T-Mobile store 1290 On US40 In Delaware Ohio hours of operation says 9:00 a.m.To 8:00 p.m. and I am currently sitting out front of the store and its 10:10 a.m. on Tuesday October 12th 2021 and the store is currently close not open
Was in and out fast. The store manager Jenni has helped me on 2 occasions. I will be sure to always come to this store. My galaxy plus hasnt had good service the entire year Ive had it. After doing some kind of reset activation, it works. Ive spoken to many reps over the phone with no solution. Highly suggest this store!

This store is the biggest joke Ive ever seen. We where with sprint for over 2 years. Are bill said all phones where paid off then are bill went up. So we went into this location to find out why they couldnt tell us anything. We kept trying to find out and nobody could give us an answer. So we switched to T-mobile then we get a bill for $200 for one of the phones they said we leased it which is not what we agreed on when we got the phone. Now they want the phone back and told me to return it to the store which I tried to do but no one in there could help me once again. They have 2 guys in there that seem like they have no clue what is going on. Ive called customer service and they cant seem to do anything. Sprint is just an overall bad choice to go with and if I could Id give them no stars.
So far in my two weeks in Ohio, my sprint service is pretty spotty. This store is curiously out of the way, kind of middle of nowhere. But I had an issue with my phone fixed quickly and the store has everything youd expect in a sprint store. The location is very odd though

Miranda and Dalton are always helpful. I love this store....almost as much as the Marysville location.
Currently in here waiting. I was acknowledged when I came in and then the guy went back to a non work related conversation about relationship stuff. I hate this place. Worst customer service experience......................12/28 Another wonderful experience. The manager hung up with me over the phone and did not answer my 7 other calls. The DM of this store refused to work with me because I asked for the name of the sales person who sold me a phone and lied about the total cost as well as not telling me I’d lose my upgrade getting a refurbished phone. This place is worthless and just needs to be closed.

I live in Delaware but now go to the Marysville store because we were given completely inaccurate information.
Worst experience I have ever had in customer service. The manager told me she couldnt do anything to help me and told me to go to the polaris store. She did not even pull up my account to look at what was going on.

They tell you one thing to get you in the door and then when you get in its a totally different
Could not resolve my phone issues and phone dropped calls and would not take texts. I ended up having to go to Verizon, no problemsSprint, but got a 796. cancelation fee.
If training is anything like the Mansfield store everyone in this place should be fired incompetent staff need training
