Dont know why I never went before but that will always be my first stop for any wireless needs. Courtney was amazing and answered all our questions. Even when I messed up resetting my phone, he was not annoyed ( or didnt act like it)! Much more friendly and helpful than the Verizon store on 36/37. 11/10 definitely recommend!!
Been in this store many times and have always recieved very good service. Helpful and resolved issues promptly until today. My wife had an issue with the SIM card in her phone. They appeared to have fixed the issue we thanked Jerome and left. A short time after we left the store we discovered my number had been ported to wifes phone. Returned to the store to have the issue corrected. Rude countermnan claimed the problem was too much for him to handle nothing he had learned in his 8yrs of servicing phones would help him fix our problem. Only Jerome could help and he would be back on Monday. Last time for that store!
I went in to upgrade my phone and had a great experience! The manager was patient and made sure my phone was set up and that everything transferred from my old phone prior to leaving the store. He also helped make sure my phone was protected, as I was leaving without a case. He was super friendly and patient. All-around great customer service!
Excellent customer service . Purchased My last phone at this location, last spring & they were extremely helpful ( Jared & another young man) . Yesterday my phone fell out of my sweat jacket pocket & into a bath tub of water. Fortunately no damage ! grabbed it immediately & headed to the store . Kayleigh was there yesterday & again found her extremely helpful . I give this store a 5 star !
To be honest, I was not too excited to have to go into a Verizon store due to multiple unpleasant experiences with the one on 36/37. I even joked with my fiance walking in how much I was looking forward to it! Once we walked in we were instantly greeted by James and his very professional and kind customer service blew me away. James was very helpful and led us in the right direction. Thank goodness we have a Verizon store on this side of town with awesome customer service! Thank you James!!

I could not be happier with the customer service at this store. James went to great lengths on a phone call with a Verizon rep to get my phone number switched back to Verizon from Visible and to set up my new account. In addition, Travis was extremely helpful with other aspects of the transaction.
I just went into the Verizon store by Kroger in Houk Rd and meet the nicest salesman, Nick helped me with my son’s phone. Helped me find the greatest deals and accessories with warranties. The salesmen Nick and Johnathan were so patient and knowledgeable. And everyone who knows me knows I absolutely loathe going into Verizon stores especially the one by Meijer don’t go to that one they never know what they’re doing! Go see Nick and Johnathan on Houk Rd!
I like the customer service and when I was phone plan shopping they were one of the best. Still I found a better deal elsewhere and I wanted to move from my parents plan. I felt like I was told the correct information I needed to switch my number to the new provider but no. I was told to wait to 24 hours from the time they sent me the pin reset request to give me a new one. Once I waited i was told that they could not be cause I was not the account holder!? Now I have to get all this other information later in the day when I could have avoid it at the beginning.

Had a very pleasant experience at the GoWireless Verizon Store at 813 N Houk Rd, Delaware, OH! I ended up at the Houk Rd. store on Black Friday 2018, after leaving the Verizon Store on 36/37 feeling fed-up and frustrated. WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE IT MAKES TO BE GREETED WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE AND TO BE TREATED KINDLY! I hadn’t purchased a new phone for over six years and Kailey was so helpful in guiding me through all the decisions in finding the perfect phone and accessories for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I would walk out of her store with the knowledge I needed to make a smooth transition with my new phone. And of course reminded me that if I had any questions or problems to not hesitate to come back and she would help me. This is a great store with knowledgeable and friendly staff and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for providing outstanding customer service! THANK YOU KAILEY AND ALL!!
This store has great customer service!! Dallas the store manager helped me save over $150 on my bill monthly!! Was going to switch to AT&T but Dallas cut my bill way down to help me stay on Verizon!! I wont go to any other store than this one and be dealing with Dallas! He really cares about his customers and making sure that they get the most for your money!
I went here based on the reviews; I left thinking that everyone who rated this store well must have been drunk. I came in with a phone wanting to add it to my account. My mom and I were instantly told that the phone I was trying to add to my current account for her was old, but here are these super snazzy new phones that are cheaper! Blah blah blah, try to sell us stuff, blah blah blah, (I say I want to stick with what Im already doing), try again to sell us more stuff (I reiterate that I want to do what I came in with), blah blah blah. They never really spoke to my mom at all, and the phone was to be for her!After having to be told 3 TIMES that I wanted to just activate the phone I came in with, the employees informed us that a SIM card would be $10 because theyre an authorized retailer. According to the Verizon website, they are meant to be free. Also, it would be $40 to activate the phone. And then AGAIN theyre trying to sell me a new phone.We walked out, picked up my husband, and drove to the Verizon store on 36/37 by Meijer. A 5 star experience there. We were in and out in about 10 minutes, the SIM card was FREE, and the activation fee was $20, not $40!!My advice is not only to think twice before going to this store, but to just skip it and go to the actual Verizon store on 36/37. We worked with Blake and he was fast, courteous, didnt try to sell us a bunch of junk, and overall amazing!Sorry GoWireless; your particular style of business is off-putting and I wont be back.
Dallas seems like the guy to deal with based on the reviews, so we went and saw him and he really hooked us up with a great deal and saved us $361.09 at the time of sale!!Awesome Store Manager, he definitely knows what hes doing!!Never leave Delaware please! Verizon guy for life!!
I come to this location because of the customer service given by Sean every time I have a technical issue I come strait here. Sean is so knowledgeable in all areas with my technical issues I have a iPhone and he has always managed to make time to help me I always leave satisfied I e gone to corporate and its a different world out there I suggest if anyone has any type of phone issues come see Sean
I had all my questions about my iPhone X answered by Haley, the store manager. She was polite and knowledgeable. I will return to this Verizon location.
