Mr. Sammy Hadid is a professional sales person for Delray Genesis. He knows the product lines and explains all the features with accuracy. No high pressure to make a sale from start to finish. It was an enjoyable experience.

I bought a 2021 G80 from Mike in “Internet Sales.” I had to fly in to sign the paperwork and take possession as this was an out-of-state purchase for me.Can’t say enough about Mike or this team. They worked very hard to ensure everything was lined up and ready to go. Finance was also 100% ready and all I had to do was sign paperwork — no surprises were waiting for me.I have three Genesis dealers within 70 miles of me but Delray, over 900 miles away, had the exact color and trim package I wanted. Having to fly out should have been a total pain, but based on this experience with Delray Genesis I’ll be very open to it again in the future.

I found the staff to be calm professional well organized people. They knew how to explain the purchase process and the alternatives and were honest in describing the options available. They were knowledgeable and responsible in the sales process with no gimmicks or or pressure tactics.

My only negative comment about the dealership is that they are very busy. I was passed from my original salesman to another. However both were very professional and accommodating . The pricing seemed fare based on my prior research regarding my trade-in and new vehicle which was a used car G80 Genesis. Before I knew it I was driving home with a new car the same day !Update to my review:The fact that the owner of the dealership replied to me asking what they could do to earn a fifth star earned him that star ! Being concerned for your customer is a sign of an excellent business attitude.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Shaevitz. He was excellent in handling our needs and got us the car that we wanted. He was not all pushy and listened to what we desired. We even left some items in our old car and he brought them to our house. We would highly recommend him.

We had a problem with a point of service and the dealer was quick to respond and it really was a miscommunication. They ordered a necessary part and did not inform us. All is well that ends well.

My experience in purchasing my new (at the time) 2020 top of the line Kona Hyundai with salesperson Alan Silverman made me never fear purchasing a car fearful. He told it like it was, was helpful with the model fit for me, took time to explain everything (which was overload at the time), and did follow up calls and/or always answered my calls with questions. Small dealership with LARGE inventory. Better than other massive hyundai or Genesis dealers in the near 50 mile area. Sales dept needs more real knowledge on the new models. It was learn as you go which is not a concierge experience. I am glad I used Delray Genesis rather than Napleton or Breman but all in all GENESIS needs to better educate their staff on new model features.

Former Lexus owners for the last 20 years This weekend we purchased our first Genesis. Love this car. We chose the G80. Great price and more features than our last Lexus had. The folks at Delray were patient and overall very nice. Took a little more time than we thought to get the paperwork down. In the end so worth it. We are now the cool kids in the community. I can recommend DelrayGenesis and live this car.

We love our Genesis G80. Hubby Stan and I drove almost an hour to Delray on th recommendation of a neighbor. The sales team was an amazing. One caveat, paperwork took a tad longer than expected. Buy in the end it was well worth it. Love the car..

The Valet program is very good and Delray Genesis does a better job compared to other dealerships Ive dealt with regarding ease of booking. Tamara who runs the Valet program is very friendly and helpful.

Delray Genesis concierge is on their game. They picked up my G90 at my office and delivered it back by 5pm. Al our advisor was great. I’ve owned Mercedes sl500 and BMW750. Genesis G90 far exceeds it in luxury.
