Best fit I ever had, learned more in that fitting than in having 2 custom bikes made in the past

Very professional service. I am definitely in a better, more comfortable position. There are parts you may have to purchase to be fit properly to your bike, so go into the fit with the understanding that the price is for the service, not the parts. However, I really feel that the professional fit is worth every penny. Not only will you be in less pain on the bike, but there is some coaching that is part of the fitting process which can really help you understand your riding style, position on the bike, and how to better those things. I rode for 7 seasons without a pro bike fit, and I wonder how much different those seasons would have been if Id had a proper fit. Do your body, and your performance a favor and get fit at Fit Loft.

Awesome professional bike fit! I worked with Chris Soden at Denver Fit Loft and he was spectacular. It is obvious, or should be, that a great fit is key to enjoying our long hours spent in the saddle. Chris is an incredibly knowledgable master bike fitter, but he really took the time to explain everything and educate me. He has an incredible diverse set of cockpit and saddle/shoe options to ensure that everyone can get the right equipment to enjoy their bicycle to the fullest extent possible. My bike felt immediately more comfortable and the handling/feel of it was vastly improved. Its like a whole new ride!

I am mature runner and decided recently to start biking hoping to do get to 8-10 hours of moderate intensity exercise/week. I got a new cross trail bike from the store that recommended Denver Fit lot for proposer bike fit. At first, I considered it as an expensive and unnecessary expense for somebody who does not intend to compete at the races. However, after two months of biking and multiple adjustments of seat height and angle that I did by myself, I could not find a confutable position even for shorter 30-60 minutes rides. So, I scheduled an appointment last week with Denver Fit Loft. I arrived in the morning for an appointment at 10 AM and finished slightly before noon. Sean Madsen worked with me and impressed me very much with his studios, individual and patient approach. His background in physical therapy and bioengineering was really impressive and unique. Overall, it was good investment for me and worthwhile . My bike rides have been more enjoyable! Thank you Sean and Denver Fit Loft. I will be back when I get a road bike!

(8.3.18) I want to preface this review by establishing that I am a novice cyclist, as I consider myself more of a runner turned triathlete. As such, I possess a limited understanding of the complexities of bike adjustments and therefore elected to have a professional static fit performed at the Denver Fit Loft. Additionally, I am on a limited budget and have a bike, an Aegis Trident, that is nearly as old as I am, 25… My intention for this fit was to maximize the performance I can get out of this particular triathlon bike and ultimately be in a comfortable position to lay out some power. The fit process was exceptionally quick as it wasn’t in my best interest to get the full static fit. The bike that I own is not the right frame size (top tube = 51 cm; height = 5’08”) and Josh was hesitant to even go through the process due to the fact that it seemed like he wouldn’t be able to do anything for me. Nonetheless, he had me get up on the bike and due to my athleticism was able to make some very subtle adjustments to get more into a more aggressive aerodynamic position. Ultimately, we dropped the aero bars by a couple mm by removing a spacer; maxed out the height of the saddle, while simultaneously angling it ever so slightly forward; and slid the cleat aft to re-align the pedal to the midline of the first and fifth meta-tarsal (ball of foot). These simple changes demonstrably increased my comfort as my upper body was totally relaxed and I felt as though I would be able to generate more power with my knees directly above my feet at the top/bottom of my pedal stroke. My preliminary feeling was confirmed after taking a long ride the following day and noticing that I was easily able to maintain an aerodynamic position while increasing my overall speed for the same rating of perceived effort. Another thing I immediately noticed was the smoothness of my pedal stroke and how effortless it was to keep a higher cadence. My overall balance felt better as well. It felt awesome to fly past other riders with bikes that potentially cost 10x as much as my newly fitted steed!Despite the overwhelming positive experience and noticeably better performance, there were two slight critiques I had after getting out and riding: 1. The aero bars and the front tire were not parallel (see picture 1) and thus I needed to loosen the stem cap and align the bars with the front tire. 2. The left aero bar slowly elevated during the duration of my long ride to the point where it was strikingly higher than the right bar, resulting in slight shoulder discomfort towards the end. I went ahead and bumped the left side down so that it is now parallel to the ground (and in line with the right bar). I also decided to crank down all of the screws now that everything is dialed in, just to be sure nothing moves around. Note: It could be entirely possible that my ‘antiquated’ bike has components that are stripped/worn and thus dysfunctional, which resulted in the aforementioned problems.* Update (8.10.18): I went in to get a complimentary adjustment and am completely content with the entire bike fitting process at Denver Fit Loft. Josh quickly leveled the left and right aero bar, in addition to setting the aero bars parallel to the front tire. After I saddled up, he locked everything in position to prevent any minor shifting in the future. I was fortunate that Chris was there when I went in and made suggestions to how to improve my body position to become even more aero on the bike. Both master fitters suggested I opt for new aero pads, which made a noticeable difference in both the comfort and handling of my ride. I am super appreciate of the expertise that DFL brings to the triathlon bike fitting industry and am grateful of such a wonderful resource in the Mile High City!
