I am very glad I chose to go with Raynor Door Authority of Denver for some new garage doors with windows. Shane was great do deal with through the ordering process. He was very helpful when I was trying to decide exactly what I wanted to go get. He went out of his way to drop off color samples and such and help me sort through the options. I was also pleased with the installers Mark and Austin. Nice squared away men who are good at their job and work well together efficiently.

These guys were amazing!! They called me back promptly & helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Tim then explained all my options and scheduled an appointment for the next available time slot...which was very quick given we were in the midst of the Corona crisis! They called me as said on the day of my appointment and completed the work promptly and as quoted!! I am super grateful for the excellent customer service!!:-). Highly recommend!!

The Absolute Best experience! Prompt call back from the website inquiry. I was given a fair quote for a new replacement door.And then beyond all expectations. I was given recommendations to repair my door. Extending its life by at least 6 months but probably a year. I was able to come in get the piece get a quick tutorial. I fixed my door in less than an hour. This is the only place to call if you have a garage door issue.

Have used this company several times for both my commercial building and had new garage doors installed on my house as well. Prompt, accurate and quality work done. They answer the phone, not some answering service and I usually get the same people meaning they keep their staff.
