Girlfriend and I had our oil changed on a 2014 focus and a 2013 fusion and couldn’t be happier. 1/3 the price of oil changes elsewhere. Literally. Great service! Will be coming back.

Daughter went in for a simple inspection had a 4 pm appointment did not get waited on for 10 minutes nobody came to counter even though they saw her when they did come they said it would be a bit well at 4:45 with no service I told her to ask for her keys and leave. This was so unprofessional the way she was ignored as if she was bothering them. Apparently when they came to the counter they told her it would be a bit and muttered something under their breath on the way back into the garage if you don’t want to service people don’t take appointments but to be so disrespectful of a young lady is uncalled for and just very sad. Would never go here again.

He not only is friendly but he is honest. Ive been to a lot of machanics in my lifetime and im sorry to say that most will lie to you if your a female. They will tell you other things are wrong with your vehicle and there wont be. They will charge you more than a man. But not Kings. They are honest and their prices are awesome. I got my back brakes and rotors changed today. It was very affordable. Im serious. My friend told me about them and she was right. Now Im sharing with you all. No matter the size of your vehicle. Doesnt matter. They are amazing. Even the police take their vehicles there. And we know they do a lot of driving and must be safe doing it. So whats good enough for them, is good enough for us all. Check them out. You will be glad you did.

I went to have a cracked oil pan replaced. I scheduled my car for an appointment with Bob. My car was repaired on schedule for a fair price. Bob was good about informing me of what was going on with my car when I called to check on it. I would definitely use them again.

I called an hour before closing as I had a flat tire and wanted to see if they could possibly plug the tire. I went right over and they spent about 40 minutes fixing the tire, came out and said my car was all done and said no charge!! .. They were so polite! Guess what? I ran over a screw and Kings auto was right down the street. I stopped in there and within seconds they stopped what they were doing, came out to my car, removed the screw and plugged my tire. Great service and customer care.

The mechanics and customer service at Kings Total Car Care in Lancaster, New York are outstanding and they are very reasonably priced. I always get great service and they have become my #1 car service company - I highly recommend them.

I have ALWAYS gone to Mavis Cole. At Maviss Walden location, they have major scheduling issues, so its tough to get in. At Maviss transit/Genesee location, they always tell me theres some major issue with my cars, and try to sell me something (they work on commission).. Kings is fair priced, they keep schedules, and they dont over or under-exaggerate, they tell you the TRUTH about your car and its issues. They have today earned my business for as long as I live nearby.

TOTAL RIP OFF. THEY CHARGE YOU 4 times the cost of the part. THEY FAILED MY BRAKES DURING MY INSPECTION. AFTER MY CAR WAS FLAGGED I TOOK MY CAR TO AN HONEST INSPECTION SHOP WHO PASSED THE SAME BRAKED AND SAID THEY ARE IN SPECS AND NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE ROTORS

Kings Total Rip Off!!! Brought car in for steering repair. Was quoted one price and bill came out to over $500 more. And the steering still makes a terrible noise when driving the vehicle, and now the air bag light is stuck on. Brought it back to address the situation only to find out there are other problems with the vehicle which they didnt tell me about originally. Now Ill be out more $$$ to fix those issues which do affect the safety of the vehicle. If I would have know this up front I would never have had the initial repair work done. Now Im out $1300 in repairs for a vehicle that is only good for scrap.

Very fair pricing for routine service work I have had done on both my vehicles. They seem to work on a wide variety of brands up to and including Porsche. 19+ rims on ultra low profile tires can be a problem for their tire machine as I found out though.

First time customer during Covid pandemic. Went to get my car inspected. Not a single employee wearing masks or gloves while waiting on, working on, or getting in and out of cars. Will never return.

The best place Ive ever gone to to get my truck fixed they are the nice treat u like part of the family They go out of there way for u and try to make things as easy as they can for u Always fixed it right the first time not 20 times later and still have same issue

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. ...and they did not touch the tires. They didnt even check the pressure.... and left us with no washer fluid. If you get Bob waiting on you.....good luck!!

So far its been just a good honest shop that treated me right, not cheated me and has been extremely fair on prices. The waiting room is not entirely clean or comfortable, however, if it keeps the cost down, why worry about it! I definitely recommend this repair shop.

Had my inspection here last year and oil changes several times. My inspection last year passed no problem. Once they forgot to put my oil cap back on and oil splattered all under the hood but I never said anything because accidents happen. But now I’m a lost customer. I went in to get my oil changed, and inspection done. Got a call saying it needed over $800 in repairs because of rust on my control arms. When I declined the repair, I was spoken to very rudely and not cashed out until the guy had MADE two phone calls before even talking to me. Women always get taken advantage of in these situations so I made sure I told the guy my dad would check it out, which in response he said very rudely “ok then. I guess I’m just going to have to fail you” Anyways, I took my car else where and it passed.

I have had nothing but bad service from this place. They are friendly and personable to your face, and then screw you over with repairs. And also leave greasy fingerprints all over the inside of your nice clean car. Neither do they rotate your tires or fill up fluids, even if you ask them to specifically, which are all advertised as being included with oils changes. I was taking my car in for simple oil changes regularly and after a couple months noticed my car was leaking oil right after my last oil change. Not just a little oil but big puddles all over my driveway! I took it back in and was told theyd have to keep my car overnight and it was probably the power steering fluid...... even to the untrained eye you could easily see it was leaking from the oil pan. I took it took it to another machanic and he confirmed it was the oil! There there was no oil plug seal and it was barely screwed back in! My car had been leaking oil all over for days at this point and I was upset that they had made such an obvious mistake but took it back for them to correct. They fixed it free of charge. A while later I took my car in because it was making a squealing noise and they told me it was my alternator belt and my timing belt would both need to be replaced. Shortly after my car was still making the same noice, after I had just paid them to fix the problem!! I took it in to be checked by another mechanic and right away he said its the power steering belt. So I just dropped a bunch of cash for Kings Total Car Care to rip me off??!! At this point, Im furious. Just outright furious because this is the second time theyve ripped me off and lied to me! Just because I am a woman, young and blond, dont mistake me for an idiot. I grew up fixing cars on a farm with my dad and your bad service and outright dishonesty will not be overlooked.
