Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Transfered everything from one phone to the other phone in just a few minutes. Didnt have the case I wanted but was able to locate one at anther store and have it held for me.

The individual helped me apply a screen protector on a new iphone. Based on this transaction, I would come to this location for future upgrade needs as opposed to the Corporate store that is further down Transit Road and closer to where I live.

We went in to look at trading in my wifes phone and where not sure what we wanted . Amanda Dennis took the extra time to not only give us a complete detailed breakdown on what we could do, but also went far beyond professional service any question, concern or thoughts she took her time and covered everything A pleasure to work with

I came into the store with billing questions and he took his time to explain to me all that I needed to know and do to resolve the issue that I entered the store with. He is the perfect customer service representative and the world needs more people like him! I will be referring family and friends to cellularsales locations. My whole family just switched to Verizon from another provider. Liz and Justin made the transition an enjoyable one. When we came across a complication in the process Liz handled it as if we were family. I might go as far to say see has earned cool cousin status in my book! Got phones here about a month ago. Second bill came in. Guy lied to us. Told us our bill would be about $170 after taxes. Give or take. But it’s $220. “Give or take” $2 from that. Ridiculous. DONT LIE TO NEW CUSTOMERS THATS HOW YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS. Will never return to a store that hires liars.

I walked in here with the thought of spending more than what I wanted to... I was dead wrong. I was greeted by a guy named Matt. He quickly asked what I needed, got me set up and guess what? I pay less in a monthly bill and less on an upgraded phone. He was awesome and so is this place.

Been to this location 4 or 5 times, the entire staff has been outstanding. From simple issues to purchasing and upgrading to quality phones Armando Teruel was spectactual this time, informative, went above and beyond, and worked hard to get the most bang for my buck. Recommend this location for all Verizon services, cause they are truly amazing here.Thank you to everyone here.

Come across as friendly and seemingly have your best interest, but they either dont know what they are doing, lied to us (know exactly what they are doing to put their interests first), or not as capable as another Verizon store (logically, those are the only possibilities). Had a much better experience at another Verizon store.

Went in to get an upgraded Verizon phone. Didnt realize this place is not an actual Verizon store, so be aware of that. They will charge you fees that Verizon does not normally charge you. Such as an Device Set Up - $35. Im assuming that fee is for the rep to transfer your contacts and such to your new device. $35 for something that we could do ourselves. Not to mention they never asked or told us about the charge for them to set that up. On top of that, it wasnt even done correctly. Hard pass on this place.

Matt was great! He was very welcoming and made sure my son and I left happy and with what we needed. Best experience with Verizon in a while, I definitely recommend working with him!

Service associates were nice and not too pushy. Tried to set up 2 phones and they ran out of sim cards, which was inconvenient considering they sell the phones but have no way to activate them.

Armando was great. I drove all the way from Amherst just to see him. He provides great service and worth the drive to work with.

If you want buying a phone to feel like buying a new car...this is the place.

Great service, the prices are steep. I went in there to pick up a charger that should of been 10$ ended up spending 30$ on a basic charger.

Yes Im up Im calling from the Verizon store in Depew on Transit and Walden and I just had some problems with my Bluetooth and this gentlemen Zach help me out and that we got everything working again I really appreciate it so I will actually come back here whatever I need any kind of any kind of help or to get a new phone in the future I will tell my my kids people that I know and I know a lot of people so definitely I will recommend this thank you very much

THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE. They charged my extra fees that an actual Verizon store would not and when I complained they did nothing about it. Terrible service by the manager and the employee who lied saying there would be no extra fees on my bill.
