I should have stopped by Safeway instead, would have save me a few dollars. The crueller are gross, raw and tasted like grease. Bought a sugar donut, not impressed at all. Safeway is better at half the cost

Just ordered two chocolate bars that were sensational. Delicious chocolate and lovely dough! The 12in mild cheesesteak I got was amazing! Best cheesesteak Ive had in this area in quite awhile. Would definitely go back to try other items! :) check it out if you want something different and not to expensive in my opinion.

I just thought the jelly:dough ratio on this lemon doughnut was hilarious. Better than a grocery store but room for improvement. Prices were pretty average.

I took a friend there for coffee and donuts and a gyro sandwich. Either the guy that owns it is crazy or something worse. He wanted to charge $35 for two donuts and a coffee. He was rude. The gyro had no lettuce or sauce. I got my money back and left. Insane experience.

I ordered the gyro and a philly, plus six donuts. The gyro was super tasty, the salty grated cheese on top was something im not used to but definitely welcome. It was more then adequately filled, and i will be gettinh it again. The philly was delicious, but keep in mind its a philly from a greek place, so dont expect Tony Lukes lol. It was moist and meaty and the roll was a perfect delivery system, it didnt dominate the sandwich like some places. My donuts were devoured by my roommates with no complaints, and the apple filled one i had was airy but still substantial, well worth the price. Will be going here again when in the area.

Wouldnt recommend, the donuts taste like oil. Throw them away, half a dozen for is listed at 7.99 but comes out to 10.11 after tax. The guy gave me half a dozen donuts in a small brown bag, I had to ask for a box and put them in myself. The donuts were broken and smushed, I was getting them for a friend but lesson learned

Used to be really good donuts. But now they taste like grease/oil, especially the cake one. Had to toss it out. Not worth the money!!! And, they dont make enough. My favorite (was) the toasted coconut. They make a dozen and let whomever come in and buy that dozen. So if you dont show up right when they open, you can be sh@! out of luck getting one cause they refuse to make anymore.

Open early, and had a lot of choices. They have a fridge with lots of drinks too choose from to. Donuts were pretty good except one them was really dry and oily had to throw that one out.

If you dont see them change thier gloves after touching money, I would ask them to do so. The lady went behind some boxes but u could see, she just wiped her hands with a towel and never changed her gloves. I asked her to change her gloves and she told me to go elsewhere and I will.

I usually go by once a month or so. The owner fixed my gyro as he had several times before. After leaving I noticed the meat was charcoal black, “totally burnt”. There was no need to go back he obviously knew he was serving me burnt food.So, I trashed it.

I got a chocolate-custard donut, and it is rockin! Got that light, fluffy texture and hints of fried-fair donut. Custard is subtle and smooth. nice.

Lady who worked there was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed at having to do her job even though we were the only ones there and just needed a moment to decide because wed never been there. Firstly, the location on the opposite side of traffic makes it hard to get too, but I wanted to try it out because I saw the sign for Fish& Chips.The young guy behind the counter was great. His service was prompt, friendly and helpful. If I could just rate the place on service, it would honestly get five stars. But sadly the food was just terrible.Soggy, grease soaked Fish & Chips with fish that tasted old (albeit well cooked), stale doughnuts and a vanilla latte that didnt deserve to be called coffee, and it wasnt because of the way he made it, as I watched him do a great job preparing it. It seemed to me like it was a case of cheap beans and cheap flavoring.If youre going to try this place, maybe go in the morning? The doughnuts might be better. I went at about 3pm and mine was completely stale. Also, try something else other than the Fish&Chips. Perhaps other items might be better, at least I hope they are.Good luck.

Donuts are super soft, taste great and are always fresh! They have trouble keeping them on the shelf because they go so fast. Great place to grab your morning coffee and breakfast!

I can’t speak for the food or coffee here, but I most certainly can for the donuts. I had an apple fritter and a maple bar, the apple fritter had clearly been sitting out all day; the edges were dry and hard, and wasn’t crispy at all like a fritter should be. The maple bar was decent, but it wasn’t crispy and doughy like I know a well made donut can be. Granted I grabbed these donuts mid-day, but I’ve had no problem finding well made donuts that last all day at other bakery’s. I ended up throwing the donuts away.

The crullers... the chocolate glazed crullers... havent found anywhere else that has them as good near by. Coffee isnt that great but I enjoy it as it takes in the doughnut shop flavor. Gyros here are great! Ask for it extra spicy! Only reason for the reduction of stars is because I havent seen the big Boss for a while. Really great guy, best service skills of any other of his employees.

The donuts are sooo fresh! We bought a box to go. I had a lamb gyro today that was so loaded and full of flavor. The best gyro I think Ive ever had. My husband got a philly cheesesteak sandwich. He said it was off the hook good! We will be back.

Their donuts are always good but yesterday they were a little off for some reason. I ordered two dozen. They werent that fresh. I felt like they were day old.

When you rate a doughnut shop, really, there are 2 criteria. Quality of doughnuts, and cleanliness/customer service. Doughnuts at Midway Donuts are divine, full stop. Gentleman behind the counter, assuming the owner, was very nice, and very helpful. Price was reasonable, not grocery store cheap, but for the quality, it was very reasonable. Ill be back...maybe too often.

Im not usually a donut eater, but when I buy for the shop, I dig in. These are real old school donuts. They dont pretend to be anything but good fat pills. Service is quick, a plus on the way to work.

Ive been there a few times now and I typically get the beef and lamb gyro, and while I have yet to try the doughnuts, the hot food has never once disappointed. The portions are tasty and I would say hearty for the price, which is low to moderate. My favorite part is the customer service. Every person that has served me has made the food fast and fresh, and once the gentleman was clearly stepping out for a break but still served me immediately despite my insistence that I was willing to wait. Cant wait for my next gyro from here!

Rude worker. I was at the hot food side. Worker she was at the donut side. I couldnt see her over donut boxes, but she asked me can I help you?. Im like Im over here trying to order food. Not once she said hi or welcome or walked away from the donut side to the hot food side. I can understand if she was busy. But there was no other customer she was not loading donuts in the case. She was just stuck like chuck, lost in the sauce, and lost a customer. Fake Duncan donut

This place is one of greatest places I ever gone, and this is why. The worker at this place is great (he works Mondays 2:00/3:00 to closing time) hes so nice I juat would go to talk to such a nice man. The food is great the donuts are amazing, and the man is so nice he gave us a free donut but please if you go dont ask for a free donut and if you do its very rude. And all I have to say is this place is a undisclosed jem for sure what ever you do if its a lunch break, a day off or just a trip to Washington please vist this place 10/10.

Be warned! The guy making my sandwich had no idea what cross contamination was when I asked him why he put my sandwich on the same counter that he laid the raw meat. He didnt know to change is gloves after handling raw meat and before handling my cooked sandwich as he rolled it up. I asked if he had a food handlers permit and he had no idea what I was talking about. Usually a great experience here, which is why I gave 2 stars. Otherwise it would have been 1.

Walking into this place reminds you of the donut shops of old...but not in a good way. This is the type where cops might spend their late night beats waiting for their graveyard shifts to pass.I only tried their donuts, but from judging that, Id rather not try their other foods. They were dry just like the donuts I remember from my childhood. The same donuts that made me originally think I didnt like donuts.

The service was good. The lady working there was super polite! The price was a little expensive for the size of the sandwich, but it was completely worth it. Great quality of food and donuts! I will be returning.

This is my second time eating at this restaurant and last time.Went to the drive through and today an Indian girl was working there. She acted so lazy as if she didn’t want to come and open the window and take my order. She charged me for Feta cheese which is weird because that’s one of the the traditional ingredients to making a Gyro but non the less I was served half cooked fries and a semi cold Gyro. My pita was also not put on the grill and was soggy. She handed me nothing but my box out the window no bag or anything.

Individual at the counter was not wearing a mask nor did he have one. No hand washing. I threw away the donuts because there was no covid safety.

A little pricy, but mozarella sticks were made fresh and donuts werent bad.
