They have all the products I need for weather sealing my historic window restoration projects. Great service, quality products. The only place in the area to get a lot of what I need.

The best store for unique items and caulk and sealents

This place is a hidden gem for contractors. I was told to check them out from a sealant rep a few years ago. I always refer them out to other guys. They have hard to find items that make my jobs easy.

Does not stand behind the products they sell. Customer service has always been great except for the owner, he is happy as a jaybird when taking your money but not so happy when confronted with an issue on something purchased. He has been there way too long and needs to retire already. I purchased Vulkem caulk in white from him on 1-14-21 which if your in the business you know has a shelf life. Everything that was caulked with that case turned yellow after 24 hours. He acted like I was doing something wrong and offered no remedy. I have been in the business I am in, for 25 Years and have applied more caulk in the last week than the owner has applied in his lifetime. Will never go back again. The younger guy that works there (I think his name is Shaun) is a great guy, awesome customer service but will not stand up against the owner when even he knows there is a problem.

This place has an abundance of hard to find items

I own and operate CRR, primarily Caulking and stonework and Universal weather stripping is beyond reproach. Very deepky knowledgeable on all products. I will not go any place else.

Great place i have gone there for many years. Always have great products. And friendly staff.

Caulk was very hard to push, may have been old.

Good looking place off the Schoolcraft and I 96 service drive. Brave business to stay in its current location, considering. Will benefit greatly from the forth coming gentrification of that area.

I went in today looking for a special gasket and although they did not have the gasket they referred me to a place that did. I would have never found it without them. Thanks

Update 11/9 came in for some caulking.was in and out. Great quick service. One big difference though. The old man wasnt there. Hopefully he retired and passed it on as Im sure that would create a lot more business for themliterally waited 30 minutes for two pails of caulking..... I think its time for the old man to retire....smhUpdate 4/15. Picked up caulk on Thursday. Waited again but also witnessed the old man yelling at his office girl. Highly unprofessional. The other customer looked at me and said hes senile and shouldnt be there anymore.Update 8/19. Was here today picking up material.Unfortunately took a while. Was three other customers there. The old man looked extremely overwhelmed upon walking in. He began reprimanding one of the other customers for asking a question. We all looked at each other and started laughing. Unfortunately the old guy began laughing as well. He just didnt know we were all laughing at him.
