Called in to ask some questions about a vehicle of mine and the the gentlemen named max wilkinson showed no interest in trying to help practically said they weren’t even interested in doing an install on my vehicle I strongly recommend that something is done because his customer service skills are very poor and acted like he didn’t even want to listen to what I had to say. I will not be using blue hawk audio & video nor do I recommend anyone to go to them because they are just going push you out their way if you didn’t buy any of your audio equipment from them

Blue Hawk in Dickinson ND. The knowlegable staff has treated me great! They did a nice job on the install on a new Alpine stereo in my Jeep. And had an emergency part that I thought Id have to wait to get online, and I was able to wrap up the sub install on my GMC. They back what they sell too. Eric

Dickinson team installed Focal Sound in my new car. The team was great from start to finish! Very knowlegeable and they told me all about my options from basic system to sophisticated amazing sound! The sub, amp, and Focal 3 way speakers made my new car sound phenomenal and I love it even more than before!! Pick-up, Install, and delivery were smooth!
