I had a brake controller installed on my Toyota Highlander here so I could safely pull a camper trailer. The experience I had was exceptional. Some high points: 1) They picked up the phone and did a fine job sourcing the specific controller I needed. 2) They gave me an estimate and stuck to it when it came time to pay 3) They went the extra mile when it came to getting me scheduled for an installation on a time frame that worked for me (i.e. ASAP).It was a breath of fresh air to get this kind of service. The fella I interfaced with there at the desk (did the research, put together the estimate, got me scheduled) was a young man, Gen Z young. He handled himself quite well. Cheers!

Great customer service. I had bears install a plow for me and it was a difficult install. They kept me informed as to how it was going and stayed late to finish so I could have my truck back.

Just bought a MVP3 stainless v-plow. Love the plow!! Didn’t like the way something was done and asked them and they fixed it right away I even bought few more things for my truck that they all in all did a great job for me.Thank you Ken and your team!!!

Wanted to order some new rims and tires for my project. The staff at Bears were amazing to work with, they were patient with me through the whole process, assisting me choose the look I was going for.
