VERY angry about the bad service I received yesterday. Went in to get brakes fixed and was quoted $450. When it was done they tried to charge me $800+. When I was shocked they looked and it turned out someone had double charged something. Fine, mistakes happen, no biggy. So now it’s down to $750 which is still $300 more than what I was quoted. I ended up paying $650. I get that the quote won’t be exactly accurate but that is an insane jump to not run by me.I also requested an oil change, and now my car is having issues accelerating, a problem I never had until today. VERY disappointed and will be telling everyone I know to NOT use these service.

Called all around town for a simple flat fix and was going to be waiting all day some times several days. Quick lane got me in right away and out again in no time. First time going and I will definately go again. Fair price right service exactly when I needed it

Terrible customer service and not helpful at all. If you care about your time and money, then dont bring your car here. I figured that since I just bought my car here it would be the best place to take it but I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Got an oil change on a Saturday morning ahead of leaving Sunday for week long work road trip. By 4:30 Saturday afternoon I had a puddle of oil in my garage and Quicklane was closed till Monday. Northstar let me use a basic courtesy car, but it was not a smooth process. I had to make a return trip to sign additional paperwork they missed the first time and when I mentioned the car had no washer fluid they couldnt get any because Quicklane was closed. After paying for an oil change I had to buy washer fluid. Not a big deal, just disappointing. The puddle was a result of not cleaning the oil (apparently a significant amount) from the brush/dust guard under the oil pan. The follow up call from Quicklane asking about my service was obviously a mandated task made by someone who had little interest in saving a customer. When I got my truck back the tires had low pressure from sitting outside all week. Considering I spent an extra 2 hours beyond the actual service making phone calls and trips to Quicklane/Northstar to have mistakes addressed, needed to re-fill my own tires with air and buy washer fluid it was the least quick and most inconvenient service Ive had. This was my first and last time as a Quicklane/Northstar customer. Ill happily drive over to Superior to give Benna Ford my business going forward.

SCAM!They do not know how to fix car and the people there do not say the truth. You can only listen to 20% what they say! Super disappointed! They fail to provide a good service.

I will not be doing business at Quick Lane in the future. I tried to find out an estimate to get an issue fixed with my car. The associate only told me what the issue may be and that they did not have a tech to look at my car. That was fine, what was not okay is no interest was shown in setting up an appointment to look at the issue at a later date. They are obviously not interested in my money or business at this establishment. Also, it was raining out, I go to pick up my car, and the window is left down. It was not delivered with the window down. The radio was messed with as well. If they cannot respect personal property nor care to receive additional business from me, I would urge no one else to provide them with your hard earned money. Firestone will receive my business in the future.

Very disappointed after my last visit here. Brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a 4 wheel alignment. My appointment was set for 3:00pm, they did not get the truck in until 3:35pm. Took my truck off the rack after the oil change and rotation, then told me it would be 45 minutes until they could get it back on the rack for an alignment. Who knows why there would be a space in the time. THEN, after the alignment was done which took over 2 hours and 6 times on and off the rack AND test drives they completed the job. When I went to leave there was grease ALL OVER the inside of my truck; all over the driver door, steering wheel, and the cloth of my center console. After 45 minutes of them cleaning it, they brought my truck back around. I went to leave and as I was backing up and turning my steering wheel, there was resistance then a loud CLUNK. I replicated the noise 3 times then proceeded to go back in and tell them the issue. They ended up having to keep my truck overnight to look at it in the morning. THEN, the next day it took them all day to figure it out! Its a simple alignment! Im not a certified mechanic but I know that alignments aren’t that hard! So after a total of 1 day taken off work to deal with this issue I was left with a MAYBE fixed problem with no refund or compensation of any kind! They offered me 2 free oil changes however that doesnt make up for what happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. They are very unreliable and do not know what they are doing or talking about. Ive never been one to complain about service however this deemed a negative review in hopes that others do not make the same mistake nor waste their money at this place! Absolutely disappointing. I will be giving my business to either a local shop that is known for GOOD and RELIABLE service or Driveline Specialists.

Overfilled my engine by over a quart, when I asked them to remove the extra oil, they laughed and did nothing. I brought it to the attention of the service manager, who could not care less if he actually tried!

I try not too be too quick to judge a place on one experience but both times I have been here I have had an unbearably long wait time (2 1/2-3 hours for something that typically takes an 1.5 at most). Not only that, but I went in to get a few things checked out and I was told it was urgent that I get it done and replaced. Went to another auto body shop to get a second opinion only to find out that was not the case and it wasn’t even in need of repair and their estimate was outrageous for what I could have done for nearly 1/3 price less anywhere else.

Fast and good service, just using the parts counter myself though, fast lane I know nothing of.

They are a SCAM! Their manager Heather Knott is TERRIBLE and so are their repairmen. They told me I needed new rear brakes which cost me nearly $300. This ended up never fixing my problem, so I went back in and they told me that they made a mistake and it was actually my tires that were the issue. They never apologized and they never refunded me my $300 which was absolutely pointless of me to pay for. I have called numerous times and emailed the manager Heather FOUR TIMES, and she has ignored me every single time! What a scam artist!

Don’t use them if you want to get your oil change within 2 hours. Even with an appointment my truck sat for over an hour without them touching it.

Horrible service. They wont admit to making a mistake, and wont fix the mistake they made. They try and scam people by making false claims. Not helpful at all.

This place is absolute garbage. Don’t bother going here unless you want an undertrained kid to break your vehicle. First off after the oil change was completed (rushed) and the tires were rotated the entire skid plate under my truck was soaked in oil which I didn’t notice until the next day when my garage floor was covered in oil further inspection revealed the top of the plate was covered in an inch of oil. Then they broke 2 hub caps by cracking all 6 nut covers on 2 tires cannot even tighten them on whatsoever after calling multiple times bringing the hub caps in still have yet to hear from the manager. They break things then blame the customer is what I’m getting from this place now I have to order new hub caps because this place is sticking behind their undertrained mechanic who gave me attitude like a child after coming in to try an resolve the issue. He claims they were already broken but that’s impossible and if they were anyone with a brain could determine to tell the customer unless you broke them and hoped I wouldn’t notice until I got home which is what happened when my hub caps were hanging off my wheels. Congratulations North Star quality service for screwing your customers.

They saw my daughter coming. Shes a bit naive and unknowledgeable about cars and tires and she probably could have bought her tires almost anywhere else for about $200 less. They also took an hour longer to put them on than they told us. She will not be going back there for any further work. Very disappointed.
