Andrew is great guy . I had gone to multiple places today as I left work with back right tire pressure low. Turns out I had a nail .. He said he could fix it right away .

Over the past few months, I’ve had major tire troubles and had to replace the same tire 3 times within a couple of weeks of their replacements. I decided to try my luck at Mavis Tire and not only did I receive the best quality tire, but also the best customer service in my tire-shopping experience. Andrew Doorne was exceptional across the board - he was professional, efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable about tires. I would definitely recommend this Mavis Tire Supply!

I hit something in the road and the next day the low tire pressure dashboard light came on. Mavis filled all my tires at no charge and said if the tire pressure light comes on again, we’ll have a closer look at the tire that had the lowest pressure. Sure enough the light came on in a few days. Mavis then found a dented rim. Instead of saying to buy a new rim at a huge cost, they said the rim could be repaired. They put the donut tire on for a day so I wouldn’t be without a car and the next day put the repaired rim and rebalanced tire on at only $150. They were polite and the waiting room was clean with Keurig coffee. They appeared to care about the expense to me. Being on social security it was greatly appreciated.

I came in near closing time with a flat tire that needs to be replaced because of the damage. Andrew the manager took it in right away and replaced it and gave me a great price on the new tire. Great old fashion service. Big thumbs up to Mavis. Thank you. Jim d

Andrew was excellent to deal with during my visit to Mavis! I had a bolt in tire and no muss no fuss they put the spare on without any charge to me. I was supposed to take care to dealership to have tire repaired or replaced and then found out the warranty ran out - Mavis tires were over 100 less then Infiniti of Gwinnett . This place deserves a 0 star because they literally charge for every single thing when you only want to get one thing fixed. They replaced my brake pad with the worst pad for my car, so I complained about it and they charged me for it again. I spent literally over $1,000 for just replacing 2 brake pads get right. You can go to the dealer with less money and get your car fixed faster and better. I regretting that I came to this store. Never coming back.
