So many locations dont do anything but oil changes anymore. Im sure a lot of this may be if the company isnt great to work for, so talented individuals probably take their skills elsewhere, but this is the only location Ive been to in a very long time that does more than just oil changes. I dont want to have to go multiple places to get my brakes, oil change, and emissions done. This place has it all! Theyre super friendly and professional, and I highly recommend using them!

You know, I really wanted to give this place a great review. I really did. From the time I got there until the time I left it was a really impressive visit. Everybody was friendly, the work was done fast, it just seemed like a great operation. I came in as a new customer for an oil change and to have a coolant reservoir that I had just bought from the Ford dealership up the road installed. It had been leaking slightly from around the seam and since I drive around 3000 miles a week I cant afford to take any chances when an issue arises.As I said before the work was done quickly and seemingly professionally and I was impressed with them at the time I left. I had intended to give them a great review based on what had already happened.After I got just a few miles down the road, I noticed my air conditioning wasnt cold anymore. Having never had a problem before it seems odd, then I realized that the engine was overheating. I shut off the engine and let it cool at the intersection of Satellite Boulevard and Beaver Ruin Road I believe. After a few minutes I started the engine for a few seconds to get it across the street and then was able to Coast into my office complex. From there I switch vehicles and went to the parts store to get some antifreeze. I came back and refilled the new Reservoir, and let the engine run hoping that maybe there was just a air bubble in the cooling system. After a few minutes coolant started spraying out and I was able to find a connection in the back that they had not secured. It had blown the hose off and was spraying antifreeze out from that spot. I was able to reconnect it, refill the system, and so far I have not had any other issues knock on wood. I called the store manager and explain what happened to him, and he was apologetic for what it happened. I decided at that point not to leave a review one way or the other. After stopping for fuel in Greenville South Carolina I noticed that the oil change sticker they put in the top of the windshield they placed right on top of the old one. They didnt even bother to remove the old sticker. That was the last straw. Despite the fact that everything seemed to go really well during the visit, with all the issues Ive had afterwards I cant recommend this place.

This is my second visit. First visit I was told they thru didnt have my oil filter in stock with no one even bothering to check the inventory of another location or have one brought in. Then fast forward a few weeks later I tried again and this time staff was decent but incompetent. The staff never bothered to check all my fluids and top them off and also couldnt even finish the package I had purchased to completion. Claimed they couldnt rotate the tires. Then when it came time to pay the amount they attempted to charge me was much more than expected. Not a very good experience all in all . Its a total shame because this location used to be amazing. I dont know if its franchisee who owns it now. Hopefully they will fix this and bring back the kind of service jiffy lube used to known for!

This store was not clean at all. The staff was the bright spot here. The service was performed as requested. If the store had been clean I would have given 5 stars.

I HAVE STOPPED THERE SEVERAL TIMES TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT OTHER SERVICES AND ALL THEIR EMLOYEES HAVE HELPED.

Fast oil change. Wish they were next to someplace I could shop or get a haircut or anything instead of waiting room. Coffee was a 2 out of 10, tops.

Great service and fast as usual. I was a little disappointed that the lady checking me out did not know how to work the pos system.I literally spent more time trying to pay my bill then it took me to have my car serviced. She restarted the system, unplugging the card reader and waiting for it to reboot, a total of 4 times before eventually taken manual payment. I was in the office for a little over 20min. While my car sat at the front door waiting for me to get in and drive...lol

I didnt go for an oil change or check up. I went to get my tire checked & repaired to see what I could do. The rep I spoke to on the phone was very helpful & invited me to have my tire looked at.He was very efficient & resolved my problem in about 30 mins. Regardless I did not get any usual things done at Jiffy Lube, he was still very helpful & ha came with a resolution. I would recommend this location for services based on the Customer Care & Recovery given.

Initially, a great experience. Had an oil change in our company ambulance. All was great until we were well past Charlotte transporting a patient to Boston. Low oil signal came on. Kept topping off as we went. Upon arrival in Boston, went to a local JL there. Found that the copper washer on the drain plug wasnt replaced on the first change.Update. Leaked again the next day. Shop in TN found that the tech who did the original change didnt put the filter o-rings in properly. Filter housing didnt seal, so oil sprayed from there too.

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and to have fluids topped off. They informed me that it looked like the CV axle was leaking or broken and I should take it back to the dealership where I just bought it.Today I took my car to the dealership and it IS indeed broken and needs to be replaced.Without Jiffy Lube telling me this I could have been in a terrible accident that could have had disastrous results and injuries.THANK YOU for doing thorough inspections and taking time to do things properly. You have earned a customer for LIFE.

Duluth is WAY out of my way, but I just so happen to be on that side of town when realizing I needed an oil change . This location is a delight to visit. They greet you immediately with a smile. The employees work quickly while not rushing too fast that they make a lot of mistakes. They always make sure you are comfortable while you wait. They tell you where magazines are to occupy your time while you wait. They immediately point out the location of the bathroom which I appreciate because I hate asking if I need to use the bathroom. The employees always offer options and clearly explain each option so I can make choices that are best for me and my finances. They always offer a discount booklet to help with future visits. I look forward to going back visit after visit.

I recently moved to this area from a different state, but Jiffy Lube has always been reliable and had my car in shape. I never had any problems and paid a reasonable price. This was time coming to this location and the guy totally tried to rip me off on an oil change. He said he doesn’t work on Volkswagens. Because my car is a Volkswagen it takes special oil and he was charging me $115. I normally came to Jiffy Lubes back in Tennessee I paid no more than $70-$80 for synthetic oil. He wouldn’t even take my coupons. I thought he was joking at first, but he was serious. I just left and went home without service.

Normally so nice here. But yesterday i walked into 2 young men who smelt like pot. The 1 kid was just so rude. Other never talked.. Instead of asking me questions he forcibly told me not to do things i didnt even do. I was so upset i will never go to this one again.

Changed the agreed price after services were rendered. Then totally lied about what I was originally quoted. Do not do business with these people! Unethical thieves!

This is the WORST experience with Jiffy Lube I was treated like he is doing favor to us when I was there at the entrance of the center one person came to me and ask me in a very good manner how can I help you then I told him that I’m here for GROUPON oil change voucher all of a sudden he change his tone and told me it will take an hour and there was car before you and all those excuses but there was only 1 car before me and that too will not take an hour then I argued with him all of a sudden he came up with a different excuse about the tire rotation I don’t have any instruments with me to rotate your tire you have to bring my own Now where does this come from a Oil changing company JIFFY lube doesn’t have instruments to rotate the tire What a Shame please try to avoid this location as this was my worst experience ever.........Customer needs a good service and satisfaction he doesn’t need a Business which doesn’t satisfy their demand please if you’ll want a good satisfying oil change please avoid this Location of Jiffy Lube.

The manager and staff here are very nice. My car was in and out quickly... On top of that, I left with the floors vacuumed and clean windows. They let me know what was needed so that I could put it in my budget for the next visit. I highly recommend them.

The guys here took really great care of me! They were very timely and kept me well informed about everything they were doing and made sure my vehicle was well off before they sent me home! Worst Experience for oil change!The price suddenly changed after they finished with the oil change.I cannot agree with the oil change price, so the manager called the police and I wasted so much time waiting for the police to arrive. After that, I had a really bad day. I recommend that you should invoice for price before oil changing.

These guys were really top notch. Service was quick and good. I called in advance, thought he didnt have my filter, but said he could get one delivered in 15 minutes. Then after I had a small leak and he checked it out, no questions asked, and said if I end up needed to top off oil hed do it for free.. You hear some horror stories about quick lube places, but I think these guys really know what theyre doing.

Came in with car trouble, ended up needing a new radiator. Had a family emergency and realistically couldnt drive my car. They allowed me to keep my car there for a few days until I could return to get it repaired. Honestly the best communication and costumer service Ive experienced in a very long time. Definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

I visited this location earlier today for an oil change. I purchased a Groupon for the oil change and had been shopping around for a brake service. They inspected my brakes for free and I decided to have them do the service because their price was better than their competitors; plus Mike and the other service technicians were extremely helpful. I dont particularly enjoy getting my car serviced anywhere other than the dealer, but I had a very pleasant experience at Jiffy Lube Duluth today. Check them out!

Really helpful, had a great experience here! Id been told at another location that my brake fluid was running low so I asked for a refill, and instead of charging me for the service the technician helping me explained that my brake fluid was fine (and even opened the hood and showed me how to check for myself.) There was also a piece of rubber hanging loose on the bottom of my car which he fixed for me at no charge. Great people and great service, I would definitely return!

Went to Jiffy lube all the time, does charge more but fast and good service wins, and this time the service was fast, but it was feel very weird, like the guy try to rip off me. When I comes in he ask if I want the tire rotation service which I don’t need after he checked, he still ask if I want to change it with ONLY $21, I know few places do it for free or $10, when I mentioned I will change my own ac filter to save the $50 charge, the guys say “ good luck find it” and I did it in 3 mins after I got out the door, and it cost me $14. when I showed the groupon, he immediately turned the face and saying you should have show it in the beginning of the service so I know which oil to use, and there are nothing on the groupon neither sign says I have show it before start the service, and will my service experience different when I use the groupon? Then you should have take it off from the Groupon site, he did give $66 in credit which I paid $66.99 for that, and was value for $85.99, I didn’t say anything but I know I will never be back. You lost a customer forever.

Today morning i went for oil change at this location around 8:00am. The lady at reception asked me to park my car on the backside and wait till she opens store then by 8:15 she opens and i go in to have conventional signature oil change with groupon coupon.At that moment she says she cant do it as some system is broke and asks me to upgrade to synthetic blend which i was not willing to do and had to return back. Last time when I was here they said they couldn’t inflate tires which was included in oil service package because system was broke. Looks like they need to close this location also i always felt employees here does not have professional ethics.

Ridiculously slow and overpriced.. it took an hour for just an oil change.. there was only one car in front of mine so it wasnt an issue of being busy or crowded.. at least they were pleasant

They always give great service. They recognized that my old cars harmonic balancer was about to die. Went to my mechanic and got it fixed right away. If the gentleman at Jiffy Lube hadnt noticed, wouldve driven the car on a trip and gotten stuck on the side of the road. I highly recommend them.

Do not take your car there they dont know what theyre doing they change my oil I end up having a leak. Then they sent me next door to the Precision Tune they gave me a bogus valve cover gasket change it end up being my oil filter gasket they didnt put on right they lie and its not a good place to do business.Repeat DO NOT GO THERE.

Came in for a simple oil changed. They were busy and understaffed. Few hours later my oil change was done everything seemed okay. Few days later my splash guard under the hood was never screwed back on correctly so it fell off and dragged down the road... This place is not good if they miss a simple mistake like that. Do not take your car here if you care about your cars well being. If you do go here make sure you re check everything they did to the car.

The worst ever. I took my 2013 Mini Cooper S there for a grade 5W30 full synthetic oil change on May 18. Only to notice a couple of weeks later my oil was leaking and oil light came on. My brother took a look and noticed they never tightened the oil drain plug! Secondly the washer was missing. Thirdly there was hardly any oil left, however the little oil left was pitch black! He said either they put in a cheap oil while charging me for premium oil or skipped changing the oil filter altogether. Furthermore, none of the fluids were topped off! My engine light is on now and the engine makes a laboring sound. Hell they almost cost me an engine! They don’t know how to service high end cars! Total rip off. Next time going to the dealer. DO NOT EVER take your car there!!!

Made me feel welcome, offered me coffee and made me feel like my business was appreciated.They are worth the extra 10 min drive from Lawrenceville to Duluth.If you need an oil change, make it your business to visit them.Highly recommend.

My car was leaking oil and I had to get it towed back there. They told me that the drain plug had fallen out. Oooh!!! That made me very upset! They owe me another engine. I drive a Mustang!!!! That is one hefty engine.

This was by far the Best Oil Change Service Ive ever Experienced! The technitions, Kelvin & Destiny gave me Great customer service! Also, I vape..... and was sitting out back on the curb and they brought me out a chair. Service was fast and they seemed like they really cared about my vehicle. Ill definitly be back for my next service!
