ENGINE BLEW ONLY 3 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE!Buyers beware!!! Purchased a car from Carma Automotive Group and three days after buying, the engine throws a rod and blows two giant holes in the block. I wasnt offered nor requested an extended warranty, but surely a reputable business would help if their product completely blows up in only three days right? NOPE. Surely a good dealership wouldnt make money on a deal for a car that blows up on one of their customers days later right? YEP. It took 3 weeks to finally get them to offer to have their shop only provide discounted labor to replace the engine, but they never could tell me at what cost. Meanwhile were out a car we just paid cash for 3 weeks! Plus, I had a feeling theyd actually try to make money off my repair job. They never helped with ANY compensation, just an empty offer with no financial details to have their joke of a shop who clearly did a terrible job servicing my car for sale in the first place. After almost a month, I finally had to replace the engine at an expense of another $6K myself with someone reputable that actually knows what theyre doing. This group got me... absolutely ripped me off, but no worries - Karmas a B!
My father buy this car and this car drop to the ground like low rider 2 days later. They try and say they will help but it never fix issue when i drop car off to their shop Duluth Auto Service & Imports. Mercedes dealer says its the air suspension and will be 4000 to fix. car has not move in a long time. please do not buy from this place they trick my family real bad

I recently purchased a vehicle from Carma Automotive Group in Duluth, Ga and I must say I was highly impressed with the level of service I received. I live in NC and it was the best deal by far I found for the particular BMW I was looking for. So it was definitely worth the drive of me getting it.The sales rep was great and showed great customer service and did everything she could to make the process as seamless as possible, especially with me being out of state. She kept in constant contact throughout the process. Everything was pretty much good to go when I arrived that morning, just had to complete paperwork. Big shoutout to David as well who was the finance manager! This place is a joke. Do not do business with them. As many have stated it’s an absolutely pain to get a hold of your car title. Recieved my car in September was told my title would take two weeks. It took all the way till November to receive and I recieved it after my temporary plates were already expired. Hank our dealer was suppose to assist with all of this but after months of leaving numerous voicemails and calling he can’t seem to return phone calls. Very unprofessional. Several times I have to call the general sales department to get other people to help trouble shoot this problem. My tags are expired and couldn’t register my vehicle in time in my state. I am now having to come up out of pocket for things I shouldn’t have. Do not do business here. It’s quite sad that we paid for a vehicle in full and they seem to be more concerned about the dollars rather than completing their contract

Absolutely horrible DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE EVER- Bought a 2017 Ford Explorer from this dealership, this vehicle ended up having transmission problems right after we purchased the vehicle. Took the vehicle to the shop and they informed us the transmission problem had been there for a while and this dealership had sold us a vehicle that had the transmission issue previously and offered to do absolutely nothing about it. We also bought a warranty that the dealership said would pay for the repairs, the warranty company ended up denying the claim and again this dealership offers no help and denied buying the vehicle back . Never buy a vehicle here untrustworthy and horrible dealership

Set up an appointment to test drive 911. I received a call in route from Carma confirming I would be there. The gentleman who called said the car was ready and noted he had driven it himself (also disclosed he felt there might be a minor issue with 2nd gear). I confirmed I would be there. When I arrived, I introduced myself to the secretary and said I had an appointment. I was surprised that the ‘sales’ guy didn’t engage me at all until I approached him. The car was on battery tenders and would not start until jumped. Car seemed to be pretty good - but would not restart during drive. It took 10 minutes to get someone on the phone to come pick me up - David (manager) apologized. Needless to say I didn’t buy the car. I am sitting at dealer right now finalizing a purchase. Would not consider doing business with Carma given today’s experience.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a car from karma automotive group… I used to sell cars myself so I am a very annoying customer but I can tell you that Kevin my salesman was very professional rom start to finish. Purchased a 2005 Nissan Titan, rear axle seal went out in the first week, other issues followed within the next few weeks. Long story short, I had to spend another 2 grand to get it road worthy.I understand that I purchased a used vehicle and some on this can happen.But thats not the main reason I give a one star rating. I give them a one star because they were dishonest and did not follow through with promises made. My truck had a cracked dash with they agreed to replace for an additional 300 dollars. We agreed and was given the contact name for a third party repair shop. They said they would make all the arrangements and the shop would contact me.Several weeks went by with no phone call . I contacted Carma. They sent me to their shop, who informed me that they knew nothing about it, but they would take care of it. They would order the part and call me when it came in. Several weeks later, still nothing.I called the shop again only to find that the repair shop was under new management, who once again, knew nothing about it, but also said that he would take care of it. At this point I called Carma, they only person that I could get on the phone was the receptionist who was no help at all.The manager or the salesman who sold me the truck had gone into hiding. Voicemails were NOT returned.When I circled back to the repair shop they did seem to be aware but told me the part was on backorder, this routine lasted several more weeks.At this point I was 3 to 4 months with nothing but a run around.I finally did a little research of my own an found the so called back ordered part in stock on Amazon.I would not do business with them if they gave cars away.
I just purchased my first car. A 2011 Nissan Murano yesterday. From here and I can say that was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Olivia was very pleasant when I called and inquired about the vehicle. When I arrived she greeted us and immediately Christy approached me. I asked about the vehicle, she said I think it’s in my back lot. The next thing I knew was her customer service was superb. She ran to the service station about 1/4 mile away. I helped my son buy a 2015 Jeep Patriot from this dealership, unfortunately it had a faulty fuel pump.The manager of the dealership personally called me to address my concerns. I’m very pleasantly surprised because I honestly believed my son and I were on our own. Mr Love expressed deep regret and concern about the Jeep not working and also over the fact I was so frustrated.This speaks volumes about his character, he’s not obligated to even respond to me but, he did. I’m truly humbled by his empathy for my situation. I’m thankful to report, the dealership has agreed to pick up my son’s Jeep and, it will be repaired soon.
Had an appointment for over a week! After reading reviews of people showing up and the vehicle they scheduled for being sold, I made sure to stay in contact with the sales associate everyday! I asked specifically that the vehicle was there and ready for me. I was told that it was in fact ready to go and ready for me to come. Anyway, after driving 2 hours I arrived and guess what the truck is no where to be seen. In fact the truck was in the shop with problems. Wouldn’t waste my time with them again.
Bought a 2011 Jeep in mid June........SCDMV nor Credit Union we went through have gotten the title yet in order to get a tag. Called numerous times for help, but someone is always busy and theyll call us back. That doesnt happen either. So Ill be asking them to make the payment until we get the tag. On July 31st the temp tag expires. Its on them after that. Nice to deal with during the sale, but after they get paid, their done with you. Update:. The past two days, things are starting to move. Peggy and Christy have been very helpful in trying to remedy the title issues. Fingers crossed.

This place is top notch! I called about a car I saw on their website, test drove it, and drove it home that same day. The customer service was impeccable. Ingrid was amazing. She was very helpful with getting the car ready, running the numbers, and signing all of the documents. And she is also bilingual (English and Spanish)! I would give them a 0 rating. Ive had the worst experience after buying a car from this location. Its been a year since purchasing a Buick Enclave. I paid $8500 cash and have paid out over $8500 to repair all the problems with the car. The most expensive, repairing the catalytic converter. 3 days after we purchased the car, the check engine light came on. We took the car to the dealership and was told the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. After having several shops repair what was wrong, we called Carma and was told due to many people working on the vehicle, they couldnt honor any warranty. We didnt purchase the warranty. But we were repairing what was wrong. We had all the paperwork from the vehicle being diagnosed. And it has been downhill since. This was my first experience at being able to make a purchase without having to finance. And it has been the worst ever. I would recommend anyone to get the warranty when buying a car from here. Im sure everyone dont have the same experience, so I pray no one ever have to go through what we have.
Called this place on Thursday 8/26/21 inquiring about a jeep and possibly trading . Gave all my info on trade was told someone would call me back here it is on Monday nop call back . Overpriced cars and very unprofessional. So this place is open 7 days a week they had 3 days to call me back but they want to blame it on COVID. Then train the receptionists to state that when telling a potential customer that someone would call back that day .

In my 11 years of buying cars cash, I’ve never flew in to buy one and couldn’t get a call back. Spoke to a “Desiree” who promised to call back (never did) spoke to a “David” said he would call back (never did) then I get this text from “Natalia” days later after I’ve made a deal with ALM. Absolutely ridiculous .. Now I read the reviews I’m kinda relieved, may have dodged a bullet. They had the car, unfortunately seems no staff to make it happen. Go to ALM.
Outstanding service, very professional, one of the few dealerships I can say that are true to their word, and definitely would recommend to any family or friend for service. David and the rest of the staff were friendly and straightforward. The vehicle that I was interested in was already detailed and ready for me to overlook it upon arrival. Everything about the vehicle was listed on the website. Even though the history was not available of the vehicle David was able to get that information for me quickly. The last truck I got through carvana was good. I really didnt want to go through an Auto Sales due to bad history and reputations. However, this is the one place I would absolutely recommend to buy a vehicle.

Though this place is independent, and not as big as your huge retail dealers, I was still treated with the upmost respect and understanding for my Extensive pre-purchase inspection. All the staff and customer service were truthful and sincere. The manager even came up on his off day to open up the shop so I can inspect underneath the vehicle. They were fair and up front, and also offered of me a great deal. Special thanks to Ingrid my sales lady as well 🍻 another awesome part about this Carma Group was the unique selection of vehicles. Long story short be very careful when buying a vehicle here, we drove over 2hrs and paid 10,000 cash for a truck to not even make it 1 hr back home. They did get the truck and say they fixed the problem but couldnt show proof on what they actually fixed. 2 weeks later drove 2hrs back to get the truck and didnt even make it 30 mins from the dealer. We had to pay to have it towed back to THEIR shop where they again said they were fixing the problem and again couldnt show proof. We asked for a refund bc the truck couldnt even make it back to our home but they refused bc thats their policy. Just be VERY careful bc this has been a nightmare and the truck is still not running the right way.
Went there to buy a Mustang for my son, Its a shame what they are trying to sell, the car needs a lot reconditioning; paint job on the whole body, the leather seats need to be replace, the Mustang looks like it is in a savage yard to sell parts. Unbelievable how someone is trying to sell that for a price of a good condition car. We will not waste my time with them. Thanks for nothing!
I didn’t end up buying a car from here because there was some miscommunication between the sales people in the manager David Love and so I was pretty unhappy about it and me and him talked about it and we actually came to an agreement and he refunded my deposit which I can say was a really great on their part he did me right and he was honest and so therefore I would recommend this dealership that’s very rare in this world. He could has have as easily kept the deposit but he didn’t because he knew how stressed I was about the money and the car and he did it to help me out and I really appreciate it.

Hello and whom this may concern I got to tell you I was very impressed with the management and staff at Carma automotive. I had never heard of the company but I was browsing through the internet and looking for a used and car dealership and came across this company and spoke with the gentleman by the name of Aaron who really impressed me. He said if you do everything in his power to put us in meaning myself and my girlfriend car or SUV or truck and that we wouldnt leave unless we got what we wanted pretty much. Well I come from sales marketing and I close people they dont close me well Aaron close me and I was very impressed with his manager David because it felt like a family it didnt feel like work it felt like the staff management everyone knew their role their position they greeted us and this is everyone in that office really and thats a reflection of who theyre under and thats David also theyre all very young not a motivation I dont know anyone that works there Id never met any of them and I used to work for a company called the pacesetter corporation and our company did over 500 million a year 90 offices Nationwide. Well lets just say keep that staff together its no telling where this company will be because I will go again and Im going to refer anyone I know family friends associates and Im not saying everyone that I sent to them will buy and if they dont buy it wont be because Carma automotive didnt try my hat goes off to the staff over there at Carma I want to thank you my girlfriend wants to thank you and I will see you guys again if I just have to stop in and say hi God bless sell sell sell and thank you again Carma automotive.
I purchased a vehicle here that I liked very much. However, the air condition was not working correctly. Earl worked it out with David the sales manager to have it recharged. Long story short, it ended up needing an AC compressor. David still kept his word and they fixed it free of charge. Cant ask for much more!
I had the most amazing experience with everyone at this dealership. We purchased our 2013 Honda Odyssey and traded in our previous vehicle and we love the vehicle. Purchasing the vehicle went smooth and quick. Switching everything from one car to the other was made simple due to moving the vehicles next to each other before paperwork was even finished. If there was a ZERO rating I would choose it.We have had the worst experience with the tag and title fees here. They tell you once you pay your (tag and title fees) that you will receive your new tag and new title in the mail, but guess what.....that is a LIE. We took the information they mailed us to the DMV and the DMV said we had to pay for the title and tag yet again because they never got the payment from the dealership. (We did their job for them essentially...and got cheated out of almost $100) So what was the fee for ?!?!? Hmmmm....who the heck knows.After calling they also tell you they havent had this situation happen before and that is another LIE, because two reviews down the same thing happen to another customer. So you have been warned. Make sure you get it in writing what exactly you are paying for.They better hope we dont take legal action as well for the money we were cheated out of.Get your act together Carma Automotive Group.

Wasted our gas driving over an hour and a half to this place to look at a car, that we booked an appointment to test drive, only for us to get there and have them say someone already put a deposit on it. Stated the guy put a hold on it BEFORE we even called about it, yet we were still able to place a test drive??? Said the worker couldnt see the hold....makes no sense. Disappointed in the shop and with how much gas wasted on this trip that resulted in absolutely nothing. Do not recommend

I have purchased a number of cars from smaller dealers and most of the time it is a very unsettling experience. This was not the case here. This dealer operates more like a larger dealership. The car I bought had a few issues I wasnt satisfied with before purchase and it had me on the fence for buying. Shelby and Derri really worked hard to address all concerns up front before I ever signed a paper. The items were all taken care of by the next day and the deal was done. I was very impressed with how it all worked out. They have a nice selection there and the stock all seems very well taken care of. Dont hesitate to give Shelby a call if you need a car.
This dealership was a VERY pleasant surprise - we drove from FL to look at one specific vehicle, and they extended beyond-expected courtesy & helpfulness from first in the morning. There was never any car salesman push - until the paperwork I couldnt even have said we were in the midst of a car purchase. I purchased my 2011 Ford F250 from Carma the first or second week of September. My experience was for the most part quick and painless. I called in and spoke to a woman named Rae who later put me in touch with David, the manager. David was very professional and more than knowledgeable about my F250. When I asked for what he knew about the truck he immediately told me about the spark plugs and a few other things that their mechanic replaced and before we got off the phone he had already emailed me the Carfax to the truck. After committing to a non refundable deposit that I paid over the phone, my wife and I drove down from our home in Florence, SC the next day. When we arrived, I was slightly worried because I didnt see the truck on the lot but David quickly assured me that they move cars off the lot once a deposit is taken. Long story short, after the test drive it couldnt have been more than 30 minutes before everything was finished. Thank you David and Carma! Ill be sending my son and grandson your way very soon!

Worst place ever they ran my credit Sunday never heard back. After calling a couple of days Avery finally got back with me but couldn’t keep his word. He then preceded to tell me a lie about my credit score. In an attempt to get more money down. When I challenged him he hung up in my face. I called back he told me he can’t help me then proceeded to hang up again. Please don’t do business with these people they at unprofessional.
Honestly had the best experience at this Dealer. Purchased a very nice Lexus with low miles and great price. They included a Warranty so I could drive off with peace of mind. Made it very easy to do business. Definitely recommending him to my friends and family!
The man my family and I felt with was very inexperienced. He name is John. When we arrived the original car I was going to test drive did not have gas in it. I found something else I was interested in and test drive it. I was really excited because I was going to purchase, however instead of the car being in the original price range we discussed he brought back an offer 2k more than asking price for the car. I was prepared to pay CASH! The fees for the vehicle was over 1k. Also, when we asked John why where the fees so high he couldn’t give a straight answer. Then we noticed he was googling what one of the fees was for. Lastly, we tried again to look at a different car and when we asked about price he said I’ll be right back with some numbers. He left for about 5 minutes and came back and asked,”so what do you guys think?” After that I gathered my things to leave because that clearly showed he was not interested in me as a customer nor was he listening to me. He could have made some for sure money that day but chooses not to engage. I felt like we were a burden to him the entire time we were there. My visit was 08/17/2019.

Horrible service, had to go back several times because car kept having issues. Was promised floor mats because the car didn’t have any, never got them. Radio wasn’t working at the time of purchase and was told to bring it back that they would fix it took them almost three months for them to finally fix it and it was because I kept calling them almost every single day. Would never go back to this place they treat you nice at first but once you sign that line they treat you like garbage.
Nice sales staff and polite attitude. I felt myself like in a luxury car dealers shop. Spend only 1 hour and was shown 5 suitable truck options and had just to choose. Driving 1 month already. No problem at all. Thank you Frederic and Avery

Very nice and helpful staff Frederick was the one that helped us get our car and helped us get the car, he didnt blow us off and found another alternative to getting our car. The only thing i have to stay is that they take way way too long to get the paper work and they have one person doing everything
