Katie was the ABSOLUTE BEST! My Samsung’s screen went partially blank and I changed to an iPhone. She was so patient with me and with the things needed to do to change from a Droid to the iPhone. She was so nice and very knowledgeable. My husband needs a new phone, and we will wait for her to help us out when we go back in.

My phone stopped receiving text messages. Braden at AT&T in Hermantown at the Miller Hill Mall store was very helpful. He was polite and understanding my frustration. He eventually replaced the simcard and now my phone works perfectly.

Over the last few months I was having issues with incoming calls rolling right into my voicemail. After exhausting all possibilities on my own I decided it was time to bring it in. To keep a long story short Braden (the representative that helped me) spent about an hour going through just about every phone and account setting possible to figure out what was wrong. Without any luck and nearing the stores closing time 2 other store reps and the manager decided to assist Braden to try and find what was wrong. After another hour and 4 team members help, they were able to find the fix and get my phone back working right. All 4 stayed and helped for an hour past store closing time. 2+ hours of time and everyone pitching in. A++ service. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind and above all none of them stopped until the job was done even after closing. Best AT&T store in Duluth.

Visited the Miller Hill Mall AT&T store and was pleasantly surprised with the prompt and courteous service. I had 2 questions when I entered the store and both were answered adequately by the male sales rep who helped me. Ended up buying a Samsung Note20 ultra in brass color. With a cover, screen protector and charging pad. They offered a buy 2 accessories/ get one free offer. Review to follow of the phone when it arrives.

Everyone there was awesome! As we shopped and talked to the AT&T Rep Dillon (who was great and answered all of our questions) one of the other guys chatted with my son which is amazing as he is 4 and makes it really hard to buy items especially something like Phones were we have questions! But they where patient with us and helped us through the process to pick out phones and save money on our bill. Over all great experience!

My wife and I came in to upgrade our phone. I mentioned how another store canceled our appointment after a 3 hour wait in our car and my sales guy goes off yelling at us about how customers like us are the problem? We where calmly just making conversation and I understand that customers can be rude this time of year but, yelling at someone spending over $2500.00 on two phones and a tablet is not a way to keep our business. Iv never walked out of a business half way through a sale.

I went in to upgrade my LG phone to an iPhone and ended up ordering a XR 128 GB because they had none in the store. I also purchased all the accessories the sales person said I needed. Eight days later (today), my phone arrived with no power adaptor. I checked online and found the notice from October 2020 stating that Apple no longer includes that because everyone has one. I dont, and I live 120 miles from the store. I called the store and got the young man who helped me. I explained that the phone arrived without the power adaptor and that I was frustrated because I asked if I had all the accessories I needed at time of purchase. The young man said, well you should have one, you have an iPhone. (He worked on my LG when we placed the order.) I said that I didnt and I didnt want to drive the 120 miles to get one, and he said, well then, I guess you can drive the 120 miles to buy one. I told him he needs to know what accessories come with the phones they sell. He said I bought a 3 year old phone (???) so thats my problem, said I was yelling (I wasnt) and hung up as I offered to raise my voice so he could hear the difference.I took a few minutes to replay the conversation, called back and asked to speak to the manager. The man who answered said a manager wasnt available and asked why I was calling. I explained and was told that, IF I was at all angry when I called, then the sales clerk simply responded in a like manner (yes, really) and that the staff has no way of knowing whether the phones will come with a power adaptor because things change so fast. He lectured me for several minutes on this fact. I thanked him and said I would find my own power adaptor and post a one star review online.

Jesse was an awesome sales rep and even though my first visit to the store was uneventful due to a problem that became an easy fix after a phone call to a number Jesse provided me with. He showed me exceptional customer service. Due to the COVID-19 “Stay at home” order issued by the Governor, I was unable to return to the store until 2 months later! I was able to return to the store on May 8, 2020 and Jesse remembered my previous issue preventing my purchase of the iPhone 11. He helped me get my new phone and new service set up and I left the store a Very Happy customer!!! Jesse was never pushy nor rude. He showed me nothing short of Exceptional Customer Service. I consider myself knowledgeable of quality customer service after being in that line of work for over 35 years. There should be more people like Jesse in the world providing exceptional customer service and showing true respect to me the customer.

Salesperson Sara was very unprofessional.Bought a new 11 pro max.Said it would work on my center counsel charger.It didnt.So I asked if I could exchange it for the 11pro.She jumped on the defense immediately and said she never guaranteed it and said there would be a $55.00 exchange.Ive been with AT&T/cellular One for 23 years and have never been treated like this.Yes.I was taken back, spoke my peace and left.Went to the Central entrance store.Had great service, exchanged my phone, and left with what I needed and works great.Its not about the $55.00.Its about how I was treated when I walked through the door.Although I dont think they should charge anyone an exchange if they were misrepresented

The overall vibe of the store is not great but I ended up working with the manager Travis and he was absolutely wonderful! He switched me to first net programming and saved me a ton of money. I have recommended him to all of my friends/family/coworkers. Seems like the rest of the staff at this location dont do very much but play on their phones.

Great service for my iPhone 6. We opted for the 2 week trial of the AT&T TV promotion. Were very disappointed in the product. Its just cable or satellite TV repackaged. Its not akin to streaming via a Roku device. The package has commercials and a horrible user interface.

Excellent customer service goes a long way! My phone has been disconnected for over a month now. For the past month I have been doing tons of phone/plan shopping. I needed to Find a reasonable deal. I am on a tight budget. Me being a single mother to 3 beautiful children my time is very limited when it comes to situations like this. I stepped into the store and Devon greeted me right way. I told him I’m shopping around to find the best deal. He spent roughly 40 mins helping me and explaining my options. I told him I had one more phone store to go to and that I might come back once I make a decision. He walked me to the front of the store and opened the door as I walked out. It was a very kind gesture. I walked out assuming that I wouldn’t be back:... I ran over to the another store to do the same shopping. Within 30 seconds I explained to the sales person the same exact thing “I’m phone shopping trying to find the best plan, I’m looking to get one line and possibly a second depending on the on the prices . ” the sales person said “like now?” I responded yes is there something wrong.... “ she responded “ I mean I guess....” followed by a sigh”I looked around and said why is something wrong? Are you guys closed? She said we will be closing I said oh I’m sorry and leftIt was 15 mins to closing.... I walked out and headed back to your store....I came back a few minutes later. unfortunately, Devon left for the night.... but another gentleman was just as kind and helpful. (I didn’t catch his name)Needless to say I have two brand new phones.One of those phones will be given to my son on Tuesday for his birthday! The first birthday I was able to get him a present and one he deserves. (Times have been really rough).I just want everyone to know that customer service/kind gestures/ compliments can go a long way. You never know what another person is struggling with.Like the sales person at the other store. Everyone is entitled to having a bad day. I could have screamed at her or made a review on their websites or phoned the manager.....Focus on the good things..... and be gratefulThanks AT&T for helping me out!!!!-Tiara Frankie

I get great service there. When AT&T screwed up my bill and was over charging me. I spent a month online with no luck getting it fixed. A total of 3 and a half hours of being on hold while someone would transfer me (multiple calls totaled over 3 hours). The AT&T store actually fixed it. It took an hour but they fixed it.

Try to do an insurance claim with them.They outsource it to a separate company. That company requires the primary account holder to file a claim. Youll need to send a picture of the primary account holders ID, and print of an affidavit signed by the primary account holder. Their conformation texts or emails can go to the phone that is lost or stolen. For me to fail a claim they kept sending messages to my phone that was broken, luckily I could barely see and reply to them or forwarded them to the primary account holders email. Than to top it all off they give you 3 options to to choose from for the final conformation message to get the phone mailed to you. The 3 options were my email(that I couldnt access without my phone), a text message to my phone, and the final one was, get this, a text to my brothers phone whom hasnt been on the account for 3 years. Luckily my brother was over that morning. And imagine what would happen if you couldnt contact your primary account holder. Say they wear on vacation or god for bid a year long deployment. You can give someone access to the account but nothing gets done without the primary account holder. If they are gone your S.O.L.

. Forgot ID and wouldn’t accept hubby’s. Can’t purchase a phone without an ID. Called AT&T and made sure hubby was an authorized user on account then went to another store. Long wait times, unfriendly staff, no ability to think outside the box. Curbside pickup for the win!
