The staff at this store is great. I had an issue with adding a new line for my son to my account on an older phone and decided to go here to resolve it. They spent hours on the phone and computer with Total Wireless to get my phone issues corrected and they resolved it the correct way. They were kind, patient and very knowledgeable in what was a complicated issue I had created myself. I highly recommend this store and their customer service is top notch.

Low price cellphone service, but that comes with low quality service too. Paying for month for 10 GB, on two lines but they were giving me only 5, my phone slow down a lot or I was not able to use the internet, when I find out I called and they have to update my acct, when I asked for a refund for the previous months they said that was not possible.

Beware do not buy a phone from Total Wireless. Customer Service terrible. It borders on dishonest or the Companys business plan is shady. we have been with total wireless for several years. I purchased a new A50 which took 10 + days to arrive and then within 36 hours it did not work, We went through technical service and they could not fix it. They said return it and they would send a new phone. they sent a refurbished phone not a new phone and would NOT send me a new phone. The refurbished phone also had a problem that technical service could not fix. They sent another refurbished phone after assuring me I would get a new phone. That phone failed also and they advised that 1) we could get another refurbished phone because of the warranty but were not eligible to return the phone because the order for the first phone was more than 30 days ago. Realize that some of that time was the time it took for them to send me the replacements which was at least 10 days each.BEWARE of Samsung phones, total wireless,and the company they merged with.

If I could do no reviews I would. they arent helpful AT ALL!! They are quick to set up your phone but when it comes down to having issues they lazy and dont want to give any help.

I was looking for ways to save money in these uncertain times. I found some monthly savings by switching my cell phone service from Verizon to Total Wireless (which actually uses the Verizon towers). I went from 3 lines of Unlimited talk, text & data for $160/month TO 2 lines of unlimited talk and text with 30GB of shared data for $60/month. The porting of the numbers DID take some time to get everything working properly, but everything is on & working. Plus, there is even more savings with recurring auto payments. I am very happy saving money!

Bought my phone here, great service

Called the store via phone and it took a very long time for someone to answer the call. When someone did answer, was informed to be put on hold for 2 minutes. Was finally answered after more than 2 minutes. The employee who finally answered was impatient and clueless about phones compatible with Total Wireless, plans available when asked about specific charges, and kept referring me to check online although answers to questions I had were not available online (that was why I called in the first place) and the customer service agents (Total Wireless main number) provided vague responses.

Will not deal with anything ordered from total wireless online. We have spent about 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issues and this store will not help. Time to find another carrier.
