Great experience! My phone wasn’t functioning well and I anticipated having to buy a new one. Instead, the Verizon employee helped me fix my phone and off I went! Just nice to see that they do the right thing, even when selling a new phone is an option. I will be back!
Whether it’s Matt or Tim I’ve always had a world class experience in the store. Excellent at listening and addressing concerns when I’ve had them. Always efficient and honest. Won’t go anywhere else for a device or support unless they direct me to.
I went to the Duluth Verizon in Minnesota and they handled my phone problem professionally and with care. It only took them 5 minutes to fix my pixel 5 problem. I would recommend going to that Verizon location when you live in the country like we do.
Went in. I was told wait was 2 hours. To go to best buy. Best buy people did not help me or want to show me anything.This is where you tell me to go? I have been Verizon. Customer for years. This service is not quality or helpful. I guess you dont want my business

Very poor service you say u be open at certain time and dont open up for 2 hrs after scheduled time. And if you know about short staffing the night before then you should post that you wont be open til a certain time for the nxt day

Confrontational, aggressive, and condescending behavior from both the Solutions Specialist & Night Manager of this Store Location. A detailed complaint was made to Corporate Verizion Number. This type of Customer service will never be tolerated.
If you have to deal with Verizon this is a corporate store and the manager was very helpful. They will still try to sell you stuff you dont need but thats part for any cellular service.

I had the displeasure of meeting Nikki during my last visit. The worst experience to date at a verizon. She was rude, short and of no help. We asked what features the phone she was suggesting us had and she told us to Google it. When we persisted expecting some sort of service she rolled her eyes and said fine I can Google it. Thanks for zero help. Our family can shop online.

Theyve effectively taken the customer service out of customer service.We went there with the intention of upgrading a phone and adding a line. Someone met us at the door and told us there wasnt enough time to do that and wed have to make an appointment for some time later in the week. Then suggested 2 other businesses (Verizon retailers) which might be open longer and willing to help us. Our contract is up, seriously considering shopping for a new provider, Which is sad since weve been with V for over 10 years.

COVID is giving companies and CSRs a reason not to provide 100% customer service that customers expect...especially for over priced technology that does not work properly. Verizon should schedule there appointments to give the customers the full time needed to take care of their needs (i.e. transfers). Instead of short cutting it and then having the customer lose their messages, notes, and other data needed.
I am a long time Verizon customer. I have gone here previously and have had great service and been taken care of. I needed to upgrade my phone and bought a new phone and asked the person to activate my phone 3 times. The person claimed I had to call an 800 number for that and they could not do that for me. I called and an hour and a half later the phone could not be activated by the person on the phone. The representative on the phone was surprised that the store did not assist me as I asked and suggested I go back. I had to go back to the Verizon store which wasted more of my time and asked for a manager to activate my new phone. The person who helped me was very nice and had it activated within ten minutes. This whole scenario could have been avoided and was very lackluster. I gave a review on a survey emailed by the company and told them about my experience. I was told I would be contacted about my experience and I was never contacted. This was over 3 months ago. Edit I tried the link provided and it did not work.
Worst service ever, drove a hour out of my way after making a appointment, left with two phones that didnt work, acted more like the covid police! Will never go backDo yourself a favor, drive 50 miles out of your way to the Virginia store. Service up there is outstanding!!!
Horrible experience. Been a V customer for nearly 15 years. Talked into a new phone/plan but since then, December 2020, the Disney+ bundle has NOT worked. The store refers me to VZ Customer support and so far, Ive clocked 12 hours on the phone and nearly 8 hours with live chat and the issue is still not fixed. I have an appointment with AT&T today to switch.

I like visiting the store as opposed to online for phone and tablet issues. The online service is fine too, I just like face to facw contact with people. Especially now with CoVid-19, it will be nice when stores open again

All I get is the machine, Im calling for an issue with the number receiving tons of calls for the previous owner. All I want it to know how to get off these call lists, Ive requested to no avail and looking to block calls from this place but they call from a new number each time.

No incentives to physically go to the store anymore. They dont offer any price incentives on their phones, just financing. All of the accessories are extremely expensive. Buy those online elsewhere. You will be more productive talking to a person over the phone or in the online chat than going to a store. The reason for the second star is that they are the best coverage for any network.
This is a good store with good service. The service is as good as any average modern electronics store today. Many people on here just want to complain about their little problems and have a hissy fit and smear this Verizon store but its not true. This place is just fine to go to. Its not amazing and its not terrible, its just a pretty good option compared to other places around. I usually go here for my cell phone stuff and account help. Its Verizon. The setup is weird. You come in and go into a queue. The greeter says just bum around.. no direction on what youre looking for, not guidance on anything. And then stood around and used his phone(not the tablet he was signing people in with) for who knows what. Then, the person I was helped with wouldnt give any assistance because I was having trouble with my account, and couldnt get access to it. Good customer service would have been to offer to help, or assist in any way they could given the circumstances, but that didnt happen. So I left. I could have understood of it was busy. But it wasnt. Not a good experience
Love Verizon. Always a helpful staff. Always answer my questions. Not all locations are the same. But. Thats o.k. I go to Superior, or Hayward.
This happened recently and involved managing my plan. I was greeted and helped by Michael. I needed to save money on my monthly bill by appropriating my account to my needs. He helped me figure out the best path to take for my situation. He describe how we could cut my bill down, and shave unnecessary things from my plan. I literally went in thinking I needed to sign up for a new plan, and get new phones. In reality, I was helped in a friendly manner, and not forced to buy a single thing or sign anything new. This is my own personal experience, so take it for what its worth. Micheal, you were a great help and saved me a good chunk of change every month.
The most unhelpful staff there is... my mother is 80 years old and they wouldnt help her track her phone that she lost. Canceling my service with Verizon and going to another provider. My mother is doing the same
You will have better results talking to a person over the phone or corporate than going to this store. The service was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be returning to this location and I will be switching providers actually as well after being with Verizon for years. I felt uncomfortable being in that store and some of the workers didnt know much about the phones either. I had bought a phone recently that was defective, and they tried to not refund me for the restocking fee and other purchases but corporate was able refund me which shows this stores level of professionalism. I shouldnt lose money trying to upgrade my phone and then having to return it when they give me something that has problems within 24 hrs of having it. As well as spending over 2 hrs with tech support which was also recorded so that can be proved too. When I went in to return it, they were trying to sell me another phone and I just wanted to get out of there. The lady I dealt with didnt seem all that happy with me either while I was returning the defective phone. It seems like a corrupt location and they will take advantage of you if you arent one step ahead of them. Some of the workers here just need to put a smile on their face, educate themselves on the phones, and actually try to help the customers for once instead of focusing on their commissions and selling the most expensive product.
It would be nice if they would open up when they said theyd be open they said theyd be open Ive been sitting here since 8 oclock and theyre not open and they say that theyll be open at 8 oclock funny funny and Ive been a Verizon customer for 3 years this is really funny

Slow service but just arrived at a bad time. Person helping was knowledgeable and resolved my issue promptly. Parking is a challenge when busy.
This is a good place to find most everything you need for your cell phones and tablets. They have lots of accessories to choose from, and even have FitBit products. The staff are very helpful. I like to go there instead of ordering things in the mail because they set things up for you and when I walk out of their door, my tablets and phone are functioning and ready to go.
Prompt service when you walked in. Only to be told someone will be with you shortly. 45 minutes is not a short time. It took over a hour and a half to pick up a phone and activate it. Very slow service.
I had a interesting discussion with the associate aside from the interaction about the device I bought which was pretty bumpy. Yes he was knowledgeable about the products but I felt initially belittled until I used some psychology to change the trend of the interaction (asking about his background, family, and speaking his native tongue). I specifically requested a case with a built in screen protector for my own valid reasons and rather than sell me what I asked for he BROKE OFF the built in screen protector in front of me and sold me the attachable ones instead. Maybe I wanted to use both??? He should have asked beforehand. I had to request my cases built in screen protector out of the waste basket before I left. I know they think they know best but you should give the customer what they want to avoid situations like this. I left feeling confused about the device and like I shouldnt of had to use redirecting to smoothen out the interaction. Definitely keep the employee but hopefully he uses this as a learning experience and not as a personal attack. He was a good guy otherwise. I used to work in sales so I have an inkling to what Im saying.

I was here to look at replacing my tablet. I was given one price from the saleman until I asked for a quote in writing the that price was unavailable and the price was higher. I called to cancel my tablet service on my Verizon and they were able to get me a much better deal and kept my service.

Hit or miss. The first time I was there, I had great service. The guy directed me to a local battery place because he didnt want me to have to buy a new phone if it was only the battery. The second time I was there, totally different people, horrible service. Was told to do something with my phone and after sitting there doing that for a while, they basically kicked me out and told me to come back when I was done. When I get a new phone, it certainly wont be from THIS branch.
Walked in with a minor tech issue and walked out with a plan discount I wasnt aware that I was eligible for. Fast, polite, excellent service.

The Store gets a 5 Star - Solution Specialist Morgan C was informative - courteous - had patience as we decided what to do with our broken phone.No pressure from her - but we did decide to upgrade. Easy walk through on the phone set with her.The company gets a 1 Star - they have a promotion which we should save $200 on our phone we purchased - called and was informed we must do it only on line to receive this. Do they not want you to shop at their Verizon Stores anymore? They suggested I take my phone back to the store and then order on line to save the $200.... REALLY? That makes no sense to me! Very disappointed in the company as a whole with how they offer these promotions. What a disservice they are to the front stores they have for us - their customers.

At verizon store. Walked in at 2:10 -2:15. Its now 2:56. I was told there is a 15-20 wait...its more than that. I have another appointment at 3:30... i cancelled appointment via text. Long wait😳😱Lots of people😱I did get what i needed to get done. Just let the customer know there is at least 45 mins wait. Just be upfront and let them know otherwise it can be nerve wracking for the customer knowing there may not be enough time to get phone issues resolved.

Took too long to see someone for a simple problem. Little understaffed for amount of foot traffic coming in. Once I was helped it moved smoother.
Most of the employees are great. They seem less likely to actually talk to you unless they know youre buying something. Thats unfortunate. I love the new store thought. Its nice and open with more phones and accessories on display.

Went to rhe store to transfer my number from a business account to a new famit account. Was there for an hour only to find out I have to call Account transfer which is only open mon-fri. They then pretended they didnt know what day of the week it was.

Slow service, people lined up everywhere. I was there for a simple issue, was told by staff that it would be an hour wait. Mind you I was 2nd in line. Not the staffs fault, they just need more help.

A phone I bought from Verizon has fried,(we think overheated) and was shot after only 14 months. I was offered to buy the extended warrantee for $150 wh8ch allowed me to replace this bad phone with a same model refurbished phone. BUT this wasnt offered until I turned down every other offer to buy a new phone for $700-&800 and had repeatedly asked for what were all of my options.. When I asked about my options, I should have been presented with ALL of my options instead of holding the best offer from me.

The staff here is exceptional! Joe, the manager, and Tim, the technician were extremely attentive toward solving a problem I encountered after the new update. Tim figured it out and corrected it.

Tried to switch over to Verison, but wanted to call the store first. Called 6 times during store hours and no one answered.
Not as helpful as the staff at other local phone places! Numerous issues with adding a 3rd line to our account, got charged multiple charges to the line when it never successfully was set up, the prepaid cards we were offered for switching got lost and mailed back to the company 3 times. Still waiting for our prepaid cards since April now! Not extremely helpful when asking about how to initiate a claim from the insurance and were slightly rude when asking about it!
