THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE I WOULD RATE ZERO IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!!I brought my phone in for a screen repair which I was and I quote absolutely no problem. I payed for the part then waited for the part to come in, the part finally came in and in the process of attempting to replace my screen the destroyed my 1000 dollar phone . After having the phone back in my possession over a weekend these issues came to light so I called them to let them know. I was told to bring the phone in so they could take a look and fix the issues fast forward two weeks and I get a call that my phone is unfixable. I was offered a refund for the price of the repair (260$)in return for them completely destroying my 1000 dollar phone as it was returned to me without a screen and massive gouges on the inside of the phone. I was then told the refund was all they could do. I was also told that they would never work on this kind of phone again as that was a suitable excuse as to why I am now out 1000 dollars. I now possess a 1000 dollar paper weight if you would like to avoid the same fate PLEASE TAKE YOUR PHONE ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Had a really great experience here. Wasnt sure initially reading some reviews, but those bad reviews were WAY OFF. The staff was extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable. I went in and it was pretty busy, I was helped within 5 minutes to get my phone repaired. I had a cracked/barely functioning screen and my speaker was intermittent. I didnt know what to expect bringing it in on the weekend, but they had my phone back and functioning like brand new within a few hours. The owner was there and she did a great job of informing how they would go about repairing my phone and what to expect. Prices were great, much more reasonable than the brand name stores, and the personal service was excellent. I wasnt just another ticket in the queue, they really made sure that my phone was functioning like new, and I havent had a problem since. Ill definitely be returning and referring my friends to come here for any repairs or cell phone needs.

I had cracked my screen the other week and the staff was able to fix it so quickly. A young man named Jaden was friendly and accommodating, and had my phone ready before I knew it! The customer service was excellent and I will definitely recommend to my friends!

UPDATE: Paula contacted me the next morning and resolved all of my issues. Everyone I interacted with at Connectionz was more than courteous and I am very happy with their service and my phone works now!I brought my iPhone 6 Plus into the store for a screen repair on April 1, 2017. The screen was replaced for $110. There were immediately small issues with the screen I brushed off. One side of the screen was dimmer than the other and then would brighten, but things got progressively worse. My screen wouldnt reliably power on, would flicker, have crazy lines, etc. I could still hear noises from the phone so I knew it was on. I brought it in to have them check on it 6/14/17. I thought maybe it was a loose connection. However, they charged me an additional 25$ to diagnose. When i picked my phone up it immediately was doing what I had told them it was doing-in front of the guy that had fixed it. I asked if they had this problem with screens they replaced and he said all the time since they cannot get Apple screens. He wanted me to pay for another screen. I said no way. He was overall courteous, but I would expect a company to stand by its parts for more than 2 months. I would not recommend them to a friend.

Cell phone damage is an epidemic and this is quite possibly the most relevant shop to have around. Eric, the tech at the store, definitely has a ton of experience, and 9 times out of 10, he can save you tons of money by repairing your phone instead of having to buy one. That was my experience and I couldnt thank them enough for the work that they do. Just awesome!

I shattered my iPhone screen and these guys replaced it in 40 minutes for super reasonable price. I had some visual issues around 30 days later and they replaced no charge. Very pleased and highly recommend!!

I received very poor customer service during my last visit. The guy who was helping me was less than helpful and incredibly rude. He was more concerned with what was going on with the customers behind me than listening to the problem I was having with my phone. He did not believe me when I told him I thought it was my battery and insisted I had gotten my phone wet, twice, despite the fact that this wasnt the case. Took my phone elsewhere and turns out I was right about it being a battery issue.

I figured Id end up buying a new phone, but the tech fixed it right up in just a couple minutes. I had struggled with it for a couple days. I was kind of amazed by how easily he fixed it. Definitely recommended.

Called in for an estimate on a note 8 fractured screen .after a pause and what assumed to be a sigh of disgust. The man on the other end demaned to know if i had insurance for the phone. Then stated that it woyld probably be cheaper to make a claim.Well at least was was probably being honest. If nothing else.

They are lucky I was only passing through for a business trip. I was brought in by their promise of quick service. I was running on a tight schedule and just broke my phone. Im a business man who operates mainly using my phone as a median for email, text, and calls (as most of us do) but when I got there they were slammed. Now this wouldnt have been a problem except I called ahead, no more than 10 mins away mind you, and made sure I would receive my device back in a timely manner. The person at their counter told me itd have my phone back in 1.5-2 hrs. I questionee why I was quoted in 30 minutes on the phone no more than 10mins ago. This question was only answered with disrespect and a belittling tone implying I had no since of time or that I was lying about me ever calling. Dispite all of this I still needed my phone fixed and I was there so I moved a few things around and gave them the phone for repair. After waiting for 2hrs I came back, picked up my phone and left. Proceeded to the airport for my flight and made a phone call this is where my first problem came apparent. No sound was coming from my phone I could be heard but not hear anyone. I tried speaker phone and then no one could here me! Luckily I have my Bluetooth with me. I dont go back Ive already been late for my flight once I cant make a 2nd exception for these people. So I take the loss get on my flight and leave. No more than 30mins into my flight my phone blacks out and is only making noise. I try a hard reset nothing works. I get back home and take it to a local repair shop who informers me my phones front camera flex had been ripped and the screen the gave me was 3rd rate at best. Quick, friendly, and helpful are not the words Id use to describe this place. Unless you want them to break your phone more I would advice against going here.

This so called repair shop tried doing business with me, selling me all their broken screens. They lie and cheat in there favor, im sure thats what they do to their everyday customer as well. The owner Paula must have alzheimers or a drinking problem, becuse she sure is not aware of what she sent my company. Whatch out, next she might forget where your device is in her store or forget what shes repairing. She also tried to black mail me saying she didnt recieve her package back from us, well we have tracking and signutre that one of her employees signed for it, she was claiming send us $400 and we can settle this once and for all. For starters if she sent me everything of value like shes stating her package would have been worth around $5,000. If you knew your materials was worth $5,000 why would you settle for $400? Paula is a lier, short tempered, and not a business orianted person, i would seek another repair shop.

I came here to get my camera part fixed but they broke my Touch ID on my iPhone and now they will not step up and admit they had broken it and I was already once stuck paying for something they broke before a couple times before as well so this is a very poor quality store please do not go and spend your money at this cell phone repair store because they will break it and make you fix it

Stay away. Crabby staff, horrible customer service, they are worse than a pawn shop when buying phones. I was offered $40 on a phone that their competitors down the road bought for $140 with a smile and thanked me for coming there. That isnt the first time its happened here.
