Whoever was working on Friday 8/6/2021 at about 430 in the afternoon straight lied to me about not having a phone in stock and continued to try and upsell me telling me noone around town has the phone I was looking for. I ended up calling the superior location and they had one in stock so went over there to grab it. The guy called this location and asked the guy if they had them and he then said yes and lied about me coming in to the store asking about one when asked by other employer if someone was there
Today I went to cricket on central entrance to try to re-enroll in auto pay and was confused when I didn’t have my service, I was frustrated because I didn’t receive any sort of good customer service my first few times it was awful. Well today a person named Joel helped me through re-enrolling my auto pay and I would’ve had to pay extra with additional fees and what not. They never mentioned I have to enroll 1 week before my service expires. Joel listened to the problems I had with cricket wireless on my previous trips and was completely understanding and did the best he could to try and help me figure everything out. I was on the verge of switching services because of how badly I was treated my last few times. Joel switched it around and I will continue to use the service as long as there is people like him willing to help me out and provide the ideal customer service.
Had to switch to cricket since my Verizon was wayyy too much! Joel helped both my fiancé and I pick out the right plan, he answered all our questions and then some. He’s really amazing at his job! I will definitely recommend Joel to anyone who chooses cricket as their plan :)

I recently bought a phone from another Cricket store but needed more help porting old phone apps onto the new phone. Jason and Chad were very knowledgable and helpful in moving said apps and answering further questions I had about the new phone. Well be getting our next phone in the Superior store. Very satisfied with their service.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My experience with Ryan & Samantha at this Cricket was well beyond my expectations. My purse was lost when traveling and they made sure my phone was replaced and activated As soon as possible. Dealing with Asurion ( insurance replacement policy for IPhone)was challenging but the employees at Cricket helped me get thru it. They both are very helpful and professional and I left extremely happy to stay with Cricket.
The staff was attentive and very kind and happy.
First off let me explain why I give this location 2 stars instead of 1. I recently swapped over from AT&T because my family recommended service from Cricket Wireless because they have been doing business with them for 1-2+ years now providing a good pricing on the family plan with their lines. However my first time experience here was a complete disaster. I went to get a new phone for myself with service. There was only one staff member available. The wait was about 20-30 minutes for the one guy ahead of me which I didnt mind I understood the circumstances of COVID and employees. After that I was waited on by one of the staff members I had bought the phone and was waiting for the phone to charge since some phones come in with the battery life at 0% Cricket Wireless is not at fault for this however the phone I was waiting for to charge had a defective battery or charging port and we realized this after 45 minutes of charging. I know stuff like this happens and I was completely patient and kind. After paying for the defective phone the staff told me that I would have to do a refund and exchange. I stuck my card to have it all refunded back to the card so I could pay for just the phone this time. After waiting around 3 hours for Crickets tech support to fix pricing so that I could pay the right amount for my phone with their promo I grew impatient. The staff told me that Id be waiting their for longer if we wanted to keep trying through tech support or go around the system by having me pay twice for the service and having it figured out later. I chose to just pay twice for the service and pay for the phone again. After a total of 4 hours in the store waiting for a new phone and service I was finally on my way. This is not entirely the staff member at fault here. The Tech support was the biggest issue that had me waiting. Not only did I have a long wait time and it had interfered with the plans I had I also noticed the next day that $400 WAS MISSING FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I had contacted Cricket Wireless over the phone only to be greeted by a different staff member who was extremely unnecessarily passive aggressive and rude to me. I had a polite tone and manner because I wanted to approach this refund professionally just a misunderstanding and error. He was really confident over the phone that I had certainly got my money back AND SHIFTED THE BLAME towards ME and MY BANK. I had figured maybe it takes awhile for the refund to hit my bank but he told me that the refund was instantaneous. He did however provide his email so that I could show him proof of no money being put into my account. I emailed him on 8/7/20 He also said he had proof on his side that they had the refund that went through he was willing to send me. I never heard from him since no emails no calls nothing. After 3 days I decided enough was enough. I contacted my bank to file for a MERCHANTS DISPUTE AGAINST CRICKET WIRELESS. Luckily my bank actually cared about the situation as a whole and provided the most help. After my merchants dispute went through investigation I successfully got my $400 back into my account. I have heard no further emails, calls or anything from CRICKET WIRELESS No apologizes NOTHING. Just gave me my money back and swept the whole situation under the rug. I kept the names of the employees who helped me confidential I have nothing against the person who helped me in store besides messing up my refund. HOWEVER my biggest complaint is toward the rude employee WHO DID NOTHING to help me out. I had emailed him proof with a image of my transaction history WHICH IS CONFIDENTIAL and I didnt have to send it but I wanted some action done. He had no further contact with me.A message towards anyone who does business here and has to pay for something twice make sure you check your bank account before you leave because I had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back.
This place is a scam. The billing system will take you off the auto pay and then suspend your account. Then they will charge you $15 extra for a reactivation fee before letting you have service again due to their own negligence. Its only a matter of time before they are sued for fraud. Do not go through Cricket or AT&T.

Went there to get a new phone and was impressed with the service. However 2 days after I bought it the screen protector I bought broke. I didnt even drop the phone. I went back and asked if they could replace it or give me my money back and they refused. Not happy, and will not be going back to cricket in the future, even though its the only carrier with service on the rez.

Wish I could vouch for the service as its currently the best deal in town. However, I went to bring my own phone, looked it up online says its compatible i go to the store they tell me its probably compatible... I pay $100 for the plan and instantly they plug in the sim and tell me to basically go f-ck myself the phone is carrier locked and did NOTHING to help me and claims they cant refund my money. I understand there is a policy, HOWEVER it is their job to make sure that I walk out of that door with a working phone, not just steal my money and send me on my way as if I know how to unlock a phone (its not possible in this case) so now Im out $100 and have to go buy another plan elsewhere. Clearly only had any care for their own commision, lazy and lying workers only doing half their job. On top of that, I could smell marijuana as soon as I walked in... Bad bad bad place, go to t mobile or at&t. Its the same price but with real workers committed to making sure you have a phone. CRICKET if you want to make this right email me at [email protected] and show me you actually do give a single f_ck otherwise Im done wasting my time and money on you, enjoy the $100, could have had a long term customer.
While the service from Cricket is good, be wary when going to them here in person to get a new account set up. They mispelled my username and apparently no one in Cricket has the ability to manually change the username despite it being their software.If you go here, make sure you watch over the shoulder of the associate, because mine wasnt checking his work. Insist that you look it over before you continue or make your account yourself before going.
Great staff. Quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Upgrade two phones and I was still in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Very bad cellular provider. Ive seen some bad ones but unfortunately this one tops them all, as bad.One of many things off the top of my head they do, is give out your number to places that will call you on DAILY basis!... insurance companies, MANY scammers,etc.So if youre wondering how their prices are lower than the rest, well, thats how they do it...their lower rates and prices on phones come at a later price.
