I found that other phone/computer repair shops were very limited as to which models/devices they will accept. But then I lucked up and found uBreakiFix. Super nice people, very helpful and way less expensive than I expected. They have repaired my destroyed phone back to flawless new condition. Fixed my laptop and desktop which was upgraded with a new hard drive and memory. Very impressed all around and highly recommend. They have certainly earned my repeat business for life.

3/5 stars because even though they were able to fix the issue that brought us in, they made a mistake that needs to be understood, Ill explain. My girlfriend has a Samsung Galaxy phone that started projecting a green tint on her screen which indicated to us that something has gone wrong with either the screen or another part that works directly with the screen. Anyway, after debating whether she should try to get the issue fixed or buy a new phone, we found ourselves at the uBreakiFix store. Overall, everything went well, they ran a diagnostic which indicated that the screen would need to be replaced, they wrote up our work order, they asked for a contact number to reach us by so they can notify us when the job has been completed (I gave them my phone number), and then we were told wed be contacted in about 2 hours. Now, we are at home, and we notice the time and immediately think to ourselves its past the time they indicated they would call us by, wonder whats going on, so I check my phone and see nobody has tried to contact me.. so, my girlfriend calls the store to ask about the status of her phone and they said its been ready, and they did try contacting us. Anyway, we went to the store, picked up her phone, and when we were in the car on our way home she says, you know what happened? They called her phone to let us know the job was done and also emailed her 🤦‍♂️ I just dont know what to say about this. Anyway, they did a good job on the repair, things just got a little weird in the end. Thats all.

Big troubles I got with asurion, their system was so crazy to find out nearer fix location, but this ubreakifix location paid me by their nice service. My house was hit by lightning and my TV stopped working. They had my TV for 6 days before saying it would be $400 (more than the TV cost) to fix. I took the TV back and gave it to a family friend. It was a $50 part that needed to be replaced and took him 35 minutes to do so.Absolutely do not come here. Get a second opinion on any quote they give you. They really tried to charge me $350 for less than an hour of labor.

Im going to send a follow up review after the completely fixed my problem I brought it in for a simple speaker issue all they had to do was exchange the speakers they told me it would take an hour or two maximum three after they push me off on Thursday said they didnt have time to see me although I called at 10:00 a.m. at the time the store opened on Thursday of last week so no problem I understand I bring it in at 10:00 a.m. Friday morning they tell me its going to take 2 to 3 hours I set up by 40 my phone for businesses on my tablet which was a fire tablet which is very limited in its ability to perform Google tasks which is primarily what I use for my chemotherapy treatment and correspondence to my doctor No one called me on Friday for an update when I called three separate times oh its where almost done were almost done were almost done by 7:00 they told me how to keep the phone overnight because they when putting the phone back together broke the motherboard and now have to figure that out because they put a new motherboard in there and it didnt work properly so now we are on Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday no correspondence from there whatsoever other than what I called and they told me they didnt have the replacement part here we are Sunday and I was pushed off once again by them telling me theyll have to call me back because were not sure if weve received the part yet not sure why you dont know if you have the part its a very small store with a dozen doesnt employees and Ive called repeatedly so they should know me by my name by now and I felt they should have put a priority on my phone since they broke it further. tomorrow I start another chemo session where I wont be able to leave to home for 10 days so Ill have to enlist someone in my small group of support to follow up and fix the issue with this company because it doesnt appear that they will be able to get back to me by 5:00 p.m. today solve the problem by 5:00 p.m. which is when the store closes very disappointed especially since this company has an excellent rating all around I never would have expected the non-responsiveness and the half-heartedly work that was put into bringing my phone back to a full working condition yet is a warranty issue so there are billing is Im not paying for it Dont worry about it Im worried because my phone does not work therefore I had to purchase a Galaxy tablet that ran on Google because I was not able to perform my job duties very very disappointed in the efforts of this store I will let you know with an update when it has finally been fixed to my satisfaction

Went last year to fix a cracked screen threw samsung insurance on my note 10+ only issue was the screen was cracked. Everything else worked perfectly when giving to them. Waited 4 hours for the phone after being told 2 or 3 hours received the phone back still with cracked screen and the device would not power on. They told me there was nothing they could do I would have to get a new one threw insurance and pay more. For a repair store that took me by surprise but brushed it off. Went again recently to repair a cracked screen on my s21 ultra again after waiting longer than was told received my phone with not only my screen still cracked they also cracked the back. For a repair shop they seem to break more than they fix. I tried giving them a second chance and was still disappointed.

Rename the franchise to UbreakWebreakMORE. Took my s21 ultra in for screen replacement. They quickly performed the replacement and had it ready in less than an hour. Screen worked fine, BUT now the phone wasnt responding when my sim card was inserted. They tried to blame it on my phone being network locked, which is a totally bogus excuse/lie. They then proceeded to ask if i had warranty and offered nothing to help with the issue that they created. Like who cares if i have warranty or not, yall broke my phone, do yall have insurance ?!!?!I mailed the phone into samsung afterward - their diagnosis determined there was a sim electrical failure - AKA the UBIF technician didnt properly discharge themselves during the repair.

They fix my screen on behalf of Verizon insurance but they messed my phone up when they had to open it causing the phone to boot loop If it happens after you fix it it’s they’re either inexperienced or did it on purpose…

Had my laptop a week, ordered wrong replacement charger and didn’t check to see if it would work. I offered up several options to expedite my issue, but there appeared to be no flexibility. Now back to square one and will try to resolve myself. Probably okay place if you need your screen fixed, but it was a frustrating experience with limited customer service for my issue.

11AM appointment. I was told to pick up my phone in an hour. Got a call, was told to pick up at 3pm instead due to delays. And they promised to call in case anything chances. Get there at 3pm. They tell me they havent started yet so I have to wait until 5pm.I didnt get my phone back until 5:45pm. I even asked them what in the world happened and how they would compensate for the wasted time. They said, you can try that next time you come but you probably wont get a discount or anything.Yes, they FINALLY got the job done. But NO, I wouldnt recommend, since they even had to tell me they forgot about my phone.

Dropped off a HP laptop, plus power cord, that wasn’t booting up with them on Monday the 12th. Was told I’d have a diagnosis by Wednesday, at the latest. Wednesday and Thursday come and go with no diagnosis. I call on Friday to be told that no one has looked at it yet. I don’t hear from them for several more days. I finally call on Wednesday the 21st. “Oh yeah, we looked at that on Monday; the motherboard is dead, and the repair is going to cost more than it is worth.” I’ll go along with that, but I had to call them to get that diagnosis. When I pick it up from them (for which I was not charged), there was no power cord. They claimed that they didn’t have a power cord to go with it, so that disappeared somewhere along the way.It is unlikely I will take any other equipment back here due to lack of communication on their part, and them having lost parts to my laptop (even if it was defunct).

Honestly, the customer service at this location was amazing. From the front desk to the technician, they went above and beyond. I had a problem with my phone which was addressed ASAP. I came here for a shattered phone screen at about 6:30 PM on a Friday. Earlier in the day I was told the wait would be a few hours, but Wesley offered to fix it same day and even stayed 20 minutes past closing at 7 PM to add a liquid protection to the screen. He was very professional and courteous. I had no expectation of such a quick turnaround (I thought I’d be without a phone for the evening) so they certainly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

I had to fix my Samsung Note 8 and I booked appointment on website. I went to curbside drop off and someone came after 10 minutes at our car to pickup the phone. They already knew my order, since I had talked to them over the phone before I went to do Curbside drop off. They did great job fixing front and back cover of my phone. But I had to go inside to pick up the phone to pay.

3 to 4 times, the person hasnt fixed then iPhone display of the iphone 6 plus screen and it is not operational. The screeen keeps poping out. They did not do a good job with the phone.

These guys are passionate about their work and it shows. Ive been here twice (unfortunately) and both times have been amazing. The first time, it was because my Nexus 5x bricked itself while I was homeless. This was the 6th place I called trying to get it fixed, all other places telling me no. They picked up, were super pleasant, and said theyll try and see what they can do. You can tell that they like what they do, as they like to take on technological challenges. They unfortunately werent able to un-brick my phone, but their customer service, transparency, and can-do attitude made me come back a second time.I drove an hour and a half from Jonesboro in order to come to this location. There are other i-fix-it locations, but these guys were the only ones even interested in fixing my router. They looked into it and found that the part cost would out-weigh getting a new one.They didnt charge me a dime for either of these occasions, and took on the projects out of sheer curiosity and willingness to help. If you EVER need something fixed, go here and see these guys. As a technology enthusiast who doesnt let people touch his stuff, Im willing to let these guys do anything.

Went in because they were the closest location to me recommended by my phone’s insurance. I didn’t set an appointment, just dropped by and phone was taken to the back. I was told to allow 2 hours being that they had a lot of people come in ahead of me. I went back in about an hour and my screen was replaced. The guy that took my phone was very friendly and explained the warranty to me when I got my phone back. I will definitely be using their services if needed.

I dropped off my sons iPad on Saturday & I was told the cracked screen would be fixed the same day & ready for me to pick it up in between 4:00pm - 5:00pm . When I got there to the store I was then told they were having some set backs due to high volume and my sons iPad wouldn’t now be ready to be picked up until Tuesday & they would call me with a specific time . Well here I am Tuesday & I am now being told that my son’s iPad will not be ready until “further notice” because a technician has damaged my sons iPad & it is now in worse condition than I left it . Which the store now has to order a part to fix what their technician has broken & the part won’t be delivered until 3 - 5 business days and on top of that it still has to get the screen fixed . This is just completely unacceptable & to top it off the person I was speaking to was so rude and nonchalant about this entire hassle and still couldn’t give me a specific day or time to come & get my son’s iPad . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here honestly the service & customer service I’ve received have just been a horrible experience .

I recently brought my iMAC in for repair after it would not reboot following a Microsoft office upgrade. I worked with Tyler through the entire process and he was awesome. Exceptional!! They are just superb. I had charging problem with my Pixel 2 so I brought it in for repair quote (its under warranty from Google so they asked me to get it diagnosed). I explained the issue to gentleman. I expected that he would ask me to wait at least about an hour if not to leave the phone for the day, and then would tell me that it needs to be replaced (you know how it happens when free money is coming in). BUT... he went inside, came out in few seconds and said sir, your phone is fixed! I was like WHAT? He said it was just dust and showed me that charging issue was gone. It really was! He also checked the cable I was using if that was the problem. I was out in about 15 minutes without paying a single penny or going through warranty calls with Google. Hats off, You rock!

Had a new phone screen three weeks ago, the new one they installed was totally a defect, the shade was darker and lack of transparency, also the accuracy was not as good as before!Even worse than everything above, it cracks again!
