It’s the second time I go this place and both times I’ve had a great experience: the first time I was impressed with the fact that they had lots of variety of phone cases but they were all more or less the same price: you can tell they offer quality and not just brand names... I liked that!Today I was helped with my computer (they spent some time on it and actually fixed the problem) and they didn’t charge me!

Called before the long Labor day weekend. My galaxy s6 started crashing and I needed a phone asap. They thoroughly explained what they had in stock and helped me with what I was looking for. Since they were closing that Thursday for the whole weekend and wouldnt open til Tuesday, they sold me a factory unlocked galaxy s10 and offered to ship it to me that Friday morning. It was on my front door step that Saturday morning and was exactly what I asked for. Great guys to work with and there was nothing wrong with my new to me factory unlocked galaxy s10. Would definitely recommend buying from them and I will be back in the future.

Took my son’s IPhone in to replace destroyed screen..kids. Wife’s IPhone had maxed out memory so I purchased an upgraded IPhone for her. All this in one visit. He transferred all my wife’s data over, worked with Sprint to transfer phone over, and even gave a fair price for her old IPhone.Incredible experience in these day & times. The Express Electronics staff patiently worked with me when the microphone wasn’t working on our laptop. When they determined that it was an update problem, they walked me through the update, made sure the mic was working and didn’t even charge me. I appreciate their professionalism, competence, ability to listen, and great customer service. We are new to Duluth and are glad to have found such a great place to take care of our electronics needs.

Express electronics and staff exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a MacBook Pro with i7 processor to use for creative design and software programming. They had one in inventory that matched the specs I was looking for with a reasonable price tag. I live in West Georgia, so I called to confirm the MAC was still in stock before heading over. From the initial call, the staff was professional and courteous. They offered to hold the Mac for 2 hours. I headed over right away. Upon arrival the staff was not pushy on the sale, but accommodating to ensure I was pleased with the merchandise which I was and still am today. The description was spot on and the machine is fully functional in like new condition. I plan to return for future purchases

I bought my HP spectre 360 from this place last year and it was in amazing condition and the price was a a steal! But what really made me want to leave this review is that I needed to get the serial number for this laptop because it got stolen and these guys have such a great record keeping that they were able to provide me with all the info i needed! This is totally scam because they estimate $230 at first time, so I accept for repair phone, after disassemble the phone they request increase to $300,They said need some time for repair phone. 2-3 hour later They increase price again to $400, this is totally scam. It was more expensive than apple. Even Also they are using very very cheap chinese phone part.I strongly do not recommend here.

I had been shopping at this location for the past 2 years already. From iPhone to iPad Pro. You won’t find another place like this. All the workers there are knowledgeable and understanding. I got a Microsoft Surface Pro but decided that I didn’t like it. They went ahead and listen to what I need and did not charge me for restock fee. They are very reasonable with the price as well. Don’t forget that they also do trade-in as well. I usually get a respond back less than 5 minutes on trade-in value. Thank you for being here because I can get everything I needed without breaking my wallet.

Ive been shopping at Express Electronics for about five years, and every experience has been top notch. Their product inventory is wide and varied and of very high quality. Their customer service is amazing. Every time I go in they take such good care of me. Ive bought three iphones there, all in great shape, all have worked perfectly. They go above and beyond in helping me get the phones set up, making sure Ive got what I need. Ive had a phone repaired there as well and it saved me hundreds. This is a great place!

My sons iPhone 5 screen cracked, and also needed a new battery. Went to Express Electronics, and they had us fixed up with a new screen, new battery, new case, and new screen protector for less than half what other stores were charging. Wonderful customer service - only took them about 15 minutes. They have a great selection of used phones as well. Very pleased!

My family has bought six used iPhones over the years from Express Electronics, with no problems. All were just a few months old (sometimes just one or two months old), in perfect condition, with no problems activating them. Might not be the absolute cheapest, but price is competitive and if you have a problem with a phone you get from them within the first couple of weeks (or month, not sure what the warranty is, but there is one) after you buy it, I am sure they will make it right. Had some of the phones for two or three years now, all still working fine. Excellent customer service too, and these guys know their phones.

I’ve shopped here at Express Electronics and the guy Dan seem to be OK but Adrian is different I talk to him on the phone about bringing back a Microsoft pro that I had already bought from them and it seems like he just thinks what I said was funny and he claimed he didn’t remember the price he quoted initially is what he told his partner but when I talk to him on the phone he suddenly remembered the initial price he quoted me but because of the condition of the Pro price changed I just didn’t appreciate his attitude or the wayy of the conversation I felt like he could be a little bit more nicer it’s not necessary to act so Arrogant but that’s ppl for you but there store is clean and have a variety of inventory & nice electronics. I just know I rather talk to Dan sometimes better than Adrian because Adrian is not as nice as Dan. And judging by the other reviews and comments looks like people thinks Dan is more nicer too.

This place is Awesome. Adrianne is a nice guy and very customer service oriented. My Iphone 7 had the ugliest cracked screen. I could not stand it anymore. I took the phone in and the screen was repaired within 20 minutes. My phone looks new again. Out of 4 places that I called they had the lowest price plus I have a 90 day warranty. Adrian and Dan are both GREAT! I purchased a Verizon phone from them that my carrier screwed up the activation, and when I went back to them the expertly showed me the issue. They in turn worked with me trading that phone for one that worked better with my carrier. I could not be happier with the selection in both phone stock, as well as cases. Ive been dealing with this store for the past 5 years-ish. I bought a phone from a private seller the year before I found Express and it was a pain. I had to try to make sure the IMEI was clear, the phone worked, was compatible with my service, and on and on. But, the two young men Ive dealt with at this store do all of that for you. If you research the prices on most of the phones they sell, youll find that Express has great prices, especially considering you dont have to worry about your phone being reported stolen in a month and being blacklisted.The two young men there are more than helpful and they do know their stuff. Just educate yourself a little before you go, cause nobody knows everything and phone technology changes constantly. I will not buy a used phone anywhere else. Weve bought 6 phones in the last 5 years and have never, never had a problem with any of them.One small warning though, the building looks like a hole in the wall (sorry Express) and parking can be a little challenging. During the holidays, you cant even turn around in the store because its packed. Its all the guys working in there can do to keep up. So be patient, dont judge a book by its cover (cause its keeping your prices low) and dont drive a gigantic truck with no turn radius into the parking lot or you may have a coronary trying to get out of the lot.

Displayed was just bleeding blue all over... and my desperation increasing..I work out of my phone pretty much!! All my customers, team members, office groups.. you name it ...are in the there!!!!Rigth after church, we drove to Express and Dan gave us couple options... I need it a solution ASAP! So he said.. I will do this and this and it will take 20 mins! I walk out of there with a working phone, new charger and my work life back!! These people are a complete scam!! They take and sell phones from anyone off the street I spent about $500 on a phone that had water damage. They are dishonest, rude, and only set out to collect money.. I literally had an issue with my phone the same day I bought it and they told me I had to come back three days because the technician wasnt there when I had sat in the store for three hours while they activated my phone.. The ads they put up online are fake, they dont have half of the phones in the store or in stock and they dont have good customer service. Do not spend your hard earned money at this god forsaken place, you will regret it.
