Sales associate Morgan was friendly and helpful. She offered a solution to solve a problem that I have with my phone, and quickly found the item I had come in to purchase. I will return to this location.

Working with Ryan was a pleasure! They were going through a store remodel. With everything going on he was still able to set me up with a new phone and accessories. Unfortunately the activation on the new iPhone was being a pain. Apple was having trouble nationwide. When I went in the next day to get it resolved he promptly got to the bottom of it and sent me on my way. Overall great service by Ryan, the store manager, and a sweet new look at his store. Thanks Ryan I’ll definitely be back!

They were helpful and kind, till I noticed they did not disclose a TON OF FEES! Lied to me about my next bill.I had to find out the next day on my Verizon app. You need to be more upfront with customers with add-ons and fees when they ask about them.In all, the service was nice.. just disappointed in the lack of explaining extra fees on top of “said” bill.

I stopped in to have my new phone activated. I was treated rudely by the guy assisting me. He could not get my phone to work and told the reason was that my phone had a lock on it and may never be able to be connected to Verizon. He had a high-and-mighty attitude, talking down to me the entire time. After leaving the store, I called the Verizon support line and was told he never enabled calling on my phone. That’s why my internet service was working when I left the store and calling was not. It was fixed in 5 minutes. In the future I’ll be dealing with everything over the phone if possible.

If I could give a zero, I would. Checked in online and received a message that I would get text when someone was available to help. I get it, covid policy. After 1 hour waiting I had not gotten a text. When to the door and they let me right in. Told them Id been waiting for an hour for a text. Oh really? What car were you in? was the response. I had been told by Verizon tech support to take my phone to a store. So here I am and they say, we dont deal with that, I dont know why theyd tell you to bring it here. Problem not solved. 🤬 Sad because we had a good experience there before.

Went to pay my phone bill today at Verizon on Central Entrance. The service is always polite and professional, but I particularly appreciate their commitment to keeping us all safe from the spread of Covid.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Morgan at the East Central Entrance location!! We walked in (unknowingly) just a minute or so before she was set to close (later than normal because of holiday hours - on a Friday) and she was so AMAZING! She answered all of our questions and helped us to pick out a new phone in our price range, then went through the set up and helped us make sure everything was perfect. She was patient and kind with us, even though we are technology illiterate. We didn’t even realize until 20 minutes into the appointment (when we thought to ask) that she had stayed open just to help us! Her reply; ‘well I’m not going to turn you away when you need help’ (!!) Please give this girl a raise!! Thank you Morgan!! We will continue to sing your praises!! :)

This place does not even deserve one star!!!Went to Duluth on vacation- forgot my Applewatch charger cord so we stopped into this place to purchase one; two people working(a guy and a gal)- they were helping a couple customers and said they would be with us; they were literally setting up EVERY single thing for these account including personal stuff that should have been set up with Apple at a later and more private area. All we needed was to be rung up for the cord; we waited a good 30 -45 minutes to be helped(only cause we needed the cord)- we were not acknowledged during the wait- no I am sorry I will be with you soon and they were very slow with the customers they were helping(the girl was dazing off half the time and just sitting there)Finally after 30-45 minutes - we put the charger back and walked out- the girl just glanced for a second- didn’t say sorry- good bye - nothing- the guy didn’t even acknowledge us! Worst customer service ever!!!

Pretty ticked! A few weeks ago went to upgrade and get a new phone since I had my Galaxy S7 edge for like three n a half years. They sold me on a Galaxy Note 10 and didnt tell me I could get a $300 trade in deal for my S7 Edge on my Note 10. Instead said we could probably give you like $30-40 for a trade in value. Now due to incompetence, my family which is expecting a child soon, lost out on $300.

I have worked back and forth with Bobby Rindahl at this store and he could not be more helpful. For me, phone plans and bills are difficult to understand and it is also hard to make comparisons. Bobby is up front and honest about what is best for the customer, even if it means he does not sell them something. A real breath of fresh air in a world where honesty is fading.

I have never written a negative review before. BUT let me tell you I had the worst experience EVER at this place!!!!!!!!!! This store deserves negative stars. I switched over networks to Verizon and I traded in my iPhone 8 to get a new phone. Long story short the worker transferring all my photos lost a year and a half of my most recent photos and ALL of my videos. Including videos of me trying on my wedding dress for the first time, pictures and the video of my fiancé proposing, and the concert I attended with my mom. I did not realize all of this stuff was missing until I got home, because she reassured me she got every last photo. Once it hit me that all the photos/videos were missing I was DEVASTATED. The next day I went back in wanting in explanation. The (same) worker said it was taking a long time to transfer my photos from the machine and the app, but at least the engagement photos transferred to my phone. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!!!!! The workers at this Verizon also answer personal phone calls while they are assisting costumers.... I seriously was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to come out and say Youve been punked!!!!!Go to the Verizon by the mall in Duluth they are way more helpful and mature.

Honestly Just seemed annoyed to help me and I did not feel welcomed. I just had questions about switching sim cards due to getting a new phone. Seemed annoyed and answered questions vaguely and I ended up just googling.

Horrible and deceptive customer service! Manager wont even return several phone calls over the last 2 weeks to resolve account dispute, which he is fully aware of. Indicated we were valuable customers at first but have since proved otherwise. Extremely disappointed!

Been a Verizon customer for almost twenty years, but am rethinking after a surprisingly unpleasant experience here. Very high pressure sales, confusing, condescending. Left after 20 minutes of frustration. Sales person unable or unwilling to clearly articulate the base / device costs and options and quickly developed aggressive attitude. I know, not rocket science, right? Yet after three attempts to pin down numbers walked out, utter waste of time. Taking business elsewhere. Beware!

10/10 would not recommend this store to anybody. The staff was very unprofessional and lacked the basic knowledge that you would expect to work in a phone network store. Verizon should be embarrassed to be affiliated with this store. My new phone is already being shipped to their store unfortunately, however I will not allow them to do anything more for me. I will be asking for my new phone, still in the box and taking it to the mall location Verizon.
