John is a solid guy! He is a great host. Cigars were amazing! The vibes were unmatched! Multiple TVs. Comfortable seating and the guy is knowledgeable. The environment and restrooms were clean as well. We visited his spot twice in 1 night. Pre game and then later finished the night off at his spot. Ill most definitely be back again.

Im here atleast 5 days a week, selection is always on point, prices are great and Customer Service is top notch. Very knowledgeable, place is clean, lighters and always filled. Live Jazz some Saturdays and plenty of TVS to watch anything on.

Awesome place. Owner will actually assist with choosing a cigar which is helpful especially if you are a beginner. Owner also provided us with playing cards. We sat listened to jazz and played few hands of spades... super nice place

The sign and Google says they open at 11 am. I waited until 11:15 and nobody showed up. Terrible! Terrible!!

Its a great lowkey spot I wish they would actually open on time on Saturdays. Waiting outside for an hour. I Ended up going to a different cigar lounge.

My experience here was amazing the staff was very knowledgeable about their product. I didnt know what I wanted and they helped me pick out the right selection that was perfect for me. Plus the jazz band was great that night as well.

A good place for locals to hang out kinda like the old show Cheers. I say that due to it seemed like the little crowd that was in there all knew one another from work and the like. Cigar selection was great so thats where the 3 stars comes in! Unfortunately they dont serve alcohol or etc. The pictures that were posted with alcohol in them must be from regulars that frequent here. The Cigar Bar in Lithonia is a dive and has a better vibe than here.

Very smooth atmosphere. The owner here is really cool. Went for the first time and had no idea what I was doing and he walked me through everything, even the type of cut for the cigar to get the smoothest smoke.

My buddy and I went he for the first time last night. We bought our cigars and were about to leave when some of the guys sitting outside started conversation. We ended up hanging out for 2 hours or so. Awesome local place, great selection, and great people. Ill definitely be going back.

Finally found a spot near my house that carries JAVA by Drew Estate! Im looking forward to spending more time there as the place seems really laid back and cool. The owner John was really cool and welcoming.

I hadnt been to this lounge in years and back then, I originally gave Cigar Jazz 4/5 stars. Now, its just gone down hill. 86% of the humidor was empty boxes. The cigars that were there were overpriced and beat up. Pretty sure the humidor is running dry as well. I didnt take any photos because it was just sad to see. I have no idea what happened. Just to help for frame of reference, a Roma Craft Neanderthal was being charged at $15 and an Illusione Rothchilde was $11. Ridiculous.

Im not a occasion cigar smoker, but ive only had 2 interactions at this place and everything was emaculate, the service is great and everyone is welcoming. Nobody is frowned upon or judged, the vibe is truly welcoming.

Stay in Duluth as a business Traveller monthly. Have tried to come to this location twice now.The first time in the evening with a group of friends and colleagues but the person on the phone was so rude we just went somewhere else.The second time is at 11:30 AM today. Im writing this review from their parking lot because they arent open - even though those online presence and front door states they open at 11 AM.I wont try a third time.
