I respect the fact you are all hard-working people and I wish you success, but if youre not going to wear masks, you shouldnt have a policy that doesnt allow an exchange. I walked out of the store for one minute, realized I had the wrong product, went back to exchange it, and was denied. Rude. After years of shopping here, going out of my way to give you my business, this no longer seems worth it.

I bought a vape the other day i opened it when i get in my car it was broke and they couldnt exchange it even though i was just in there one minute ago. I understand they have store policies but they could of helped me out.

Ive lived a block away from Sadis for three years now and been a very regular customer for the whole time. Fabulous selection of a wide variety of products, very reasonable prices, and a great staff and owner who do a great job of being kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about everything they have in store. I literally cannot think of a single negative thing to say about the place.

After Nic’s review below, I had to ask the owner if this was true. I use disposables so I needed to know! He ensured me all battery operated products or temperature sensitive products we’re stored in a warm off location site. He also told me they are expanding into a bigger better shop!

Small crowded, but a great selection of everything a smoke shop should have. A little pricey for just opening up but one can only assume thats because of the stores location. They could take the time to make the outside look cooler since it is a smoke shop and not a crack house.

Not a big fan of paying high dollar for low quality items that often dont work. Not to mention they store extra product in an old freezer outside, that cant be good for juice or batteries.Do yourself a favor and check out West Duluth Smoke Shop. Good prices, great staff, and most importantly: product that actually works and is high quality. I wouldnt suggest wasting your time with this place.

Love it! Sadis shop had the best variety and best prices that Ive seen so far for disposable vapes. There were so many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful including Sadi himself with a smile and ready to assist. I am currently handicap, and they were so kind to make room for me in my wheelchair....so I could come in and look around😃 Thank you! Sadis Smoke Shop is very deceiving as you wouldnt expect it to have as wide of a selection as it does based on its looks. Carrying everything from cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, rolling papers, pipes, ecigs and more. Switched from rolling smokes to vaping about two months ago and affter recently moving to the area Sadis has quickly become my go to tobacco and ecig shop. Run by a father and his son Ive had excellent service from the owner, while the son just seems to work there and doesnt have much experience with the devices. I definitely give extra points for the girl who works there as shes extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable as shes helped me several times with ecig device and juice questions. Theres only a handful of shops in Duluth, but Id easily rank Sadis in the top three.

Counterfeit disposables, and fake CBD. Fake paid 5 star reviews on this page. Please make sure you use the authentication QR code on the back of each of your Mr Fog vapes. My friend just bought a Cherry Honeydew flavored Mr Fog vape from Sadis, when Mr Fog does not even make that flavor. He is putting peoples health at risk. I am an ex employee who ended up quitting due to the embarrassing amount of fake products being brought into the store and the horrible treatment myself and other employees received from Sadi himself. Do not waste your money here.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE SADIS SMOKE SHOP!!I have been shopping here since Sadi opened. He has come along way and it’s great to see all his hard work paying off!The products he picks are hand picked from either Sadi himself or by customers request. He works very hard to give the customers what they are looking for! He has, on a few occasions got a product in I requested.Sadi’s Smoke Shop might look small from the outside but Sadis organization skills are superb. There is an amazing selection of glass, Kratom, CBD, Tobacco, roll your own products, candles, wraps, e-liquid and as of yesterday when I went in I saw Delta-8 available. There’s not much of a chance he won’t have what your looking for!The only downfall is the new employees which being in this pandemic it has hurt small businesses so much and finding employees at the moment I’m sure, is not an easy task. So I can be understanding for Sadis Smoke Shops under falling right now. I’m a loyal customer and plan to stay that way for as long as they are open!Thank you so much for the multiple positive experiences!!I 100 percent recommend this shop to anyone reading this review!

Dont go here! Up charging insane amounts on cheap vape products! What a rip off!! I went in for a couple filter pods that are usually around $3-$4 a piece everywhere I’ve ever been. This place had them for $13 a piece! Hahaha what a joke!

I absolutely love Sadi’s smoke shop! They always have everything that I’m looking for and the customer service is outstanding. The employees are knowledgeable and personable and always make the shopping experience fun & easy.

All the glass is Chinese so its cheap but he charges like 50% more on all of it. They might ID, but they definitely dont match names on credit cards. Everything is shady, theres better shops in town with better customer service.

I consistently have to bring up 3 different brands and have a debate on my knowledge because the employees dont know what they have.

Sadis smoke shop is my favorite smoke shop in the Duluth area. The employees always offer their advice and show genuine interest in finding the option that best suits the customer. Taylor helped me choose between the numerous options offered here at Sadis Smoke Shop and I can honestly say she is the best! They make sure you try your vape in the store and offer full compensation for a defective item so long as you test it in the shop. During my most recent visit I was dissatisfied with the flavor I chose but the owner, Sadi, allowed me to purchase a new one with a significant discount in price. I will definitely be back, 5 stars!

Sadi’s smoke shop is the absolute best! They have all the essentials from awesome glass to the newest disposables. Would recommend to anyone! The staff is wonderful and follows all the Covid guidelines. I drive 30 minutes just to visit the family oriented business.

One of the worst shops Ive ever been in. They are ridiculously overpriced, the employees are rude and know nothing about the products theyre selling. Dont waste your time coming here.

This place is fine in different aspects like pipes and hemp paper, but on March 7th I purchased a mr fog max, and would highly suggest to steer clear from this. They do not work, they are selling defective items which cost $22.21 each and will Expect you to hit it right then in there (during a pandemic) and that’s the most they will do for their defective products no refund or exchanges. I lost $44 and 4 hours waiting to hear back. Cody whom I spoke to on the phone was of no help and kept me on hold for an hour claiming to speak to his boss Sadi’s which again did not get help from there. The defective pods at this smoke shop are the mr fog Max pineapple. I loved this smoke shop so much and it really sucks that this is the case but I am losing quite a bit of money.

This is my favorite vape shop in town, very helpful staff and the prices are tolerable, at least better than other area vape shops that Ive been to so far.

They gouge prices on cigarettes. Just go up to the holiday gas station on Kenwood and pay a more fair price. They have a smoke shop section for menthol too.

Great experience, my first time there. They were informative, helpful and patient. Needed something in the CBS line for extreme pain. I had No knowledge of any of the products and so I asked about every product and there is alot of choices. One by one they explained the effectiveness and how to use each product with me and steered me to the CBD tincture. I tried it as soon as I got home and found it has a calming pain relief effect. Im pleased. Also bought a large bag of tobacco and found it to be very fresh. The people that work there are great!!! I found my store and Ill keep coming back. Far and above any other smoke shop in Duluth. Needless to say, I highly recommend thier store. Then plus stars
