All the shipments came late, constant customer dissatisfaction. I worked her for about a month- do not apply to work here they fire on short notice and only pay exact cash (no change/tax) They say they start you at $9 and it takes every 60 days to get a raise -the cap being “$15” but they fire you before you can get it. They act nice and friendly but will not hesitate to remove you from all company chats and messaging before telling you your fired. They also changed my schedule one night and did not let me know and got upset that I showed up late when I was never informed it would be changed. This is the worst vape shop to work at and they’re sketchy- Save your time.

Customer service is on point at this location. Clean environment, great atmosphere and the hookah in the lounge makes the store smell great! I came in for a couple disposables and Kevin recommended me an awesome flavor of Air Bar. Will be returning to this location very often. Overall great customer service from Kevin, and he even had me test my disposables before I left to ensure I wouldn’t waste my money. I truly had a great experience!

I went today to get a piece for smoking flower.. Joey the guy on staff had put me onto some new stuff as I told him I was into wax and crumble.. he was very informative, nice and welcoming.. his advice led me to purchase a new vaperiser and he’s ordering me new parts for it I highly recommend this place just to go see this guy!

First, I did like the set up, looks very chic and nice. The guy Michael was nice and gave us coals without us having to ask, However, what completely threw me off was the fact there was no mask regulation. Now, when I asked the gentleman who worked there, his response was no one there cares, its Georgia so no regulation. We made sure we stayed away from him, and since no one was there we were like okay well stay. But the shisha was completely packed to the top, so the first round we had to keep moving the coals as the tobacco was burning quick. I also, saw someone leave, and the tables werent sanitized as the customer left. I brought santizing spray so we sprayed everything down before sitting. My opinion is that covid transmission does not depend on state, if you have a company that is running during the pandemic, there should be a standard for the customers just to ensure their safety and give them peace of mind. I hope they do start making better decisions during this time, Bc its something that shows the place youre spending your money at values you as a customer.

Drove over a thousand miles, from Las Vegas to Georgia, with a broken tank, and half a bottle of juice left. I don’t know why I didn’t stop by any of the thousands of vape shops along the way to address those issues, but I’m glad I came to this shop!Joey was super helpful in making sure I had all the right equipment I needed for my next forty days here in beautiful state of Georgia.The prices, and selections were amazing!I will certainly be returning to this shop for all my needs while I’m here, and in all future trips I will have returning to this wonderful state.

I love this place . I just moved to the area and this was the first and only place I’ve been too. They always take really good care of me every time I come. The CBD products are top notch. Drew has an outgoing personality and he is very patient . I always see him wearing a smile attentive to customers and enjoying himself . If you’re looking for a place that has quality products, excellent customer service and a nice selection of hookah inhale is the spot. I have now become a regular and very satisfied customer.

I love businesses that really care about their customers and these guys are it. First, their entire aesthetic is impeccable, the store is all white which blends beautifully with the all clear displays, it really feels like youre in a luxury smoke shop. Their prices are competitive and very reasonable, but their customer service, knowledge of products, and willingness to satisfy is what really sets them apart. So I’ve been to the first lounge and I always had a great time but wow, what can I say, this second one is really something special! I don’t really smoke hookah, but the Inhale locations pack something so much better than your average hookah spot that even I couldn’t say no. The atmosphere is amazing, the people are great, they have game systems, interior design is on point. Plus the owner is an amazing (if rare) dude that cares about customer satisfaction over everything. 12/10.

The only real smoke shop on pleasant hill!! They have a vast selection of hookah, vapes, glass, accessories, and other goodies to please any smoker of any type. Once you walk in the first thing you notice is how clean and organized everything is. Its easy to navigate through the whole shop for whatever you maybe looking for. The customer service is outstanding and very knowledgeable. I will be back to do more business and cant wait to enjoy a fresh hookah in the lounge 🙂.

I usually don’t smoke in shops, because most people can’t setup correctly, they treat it like just a job. Loved the first location and decided to try the new one out. Closer to 85 so its pretty convenient. I was worried that maybe there would be a little change in service or in quality but I was wrong. I had a great experience here at inhale! When I walked in, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The employees are very respectful and super helpful!And the selection here is great. They have everything from vaping needs, different tobacco (for hookah, for pipes, etc), a vast selection of glass bowls, hookahs, hookah accessories, and a lot more! And the prices are great too compared to a lot of other smoke shops. AND THERE IS A LOUNGE TOO! They have a great selection of flavors to choose from. And the employees here know their stuff. They can pack really good hookahs and have exceptional customer serviceI highly recommend coming to this place for your smoking needs!! We need more smoke shops like this.

I come here often. I come just to chill or even do my homework at times. Joey always hooks me up with the hookah and always makes the best hookah. They are super nice here and treat you like family. I bought a vape from here as well. They really helped me out picking out the right one for me. I would recommend coming here if you want to chill and smoke hookah or if you just want to but a vape or even a hookah.

One of the best smoke shops/lounges in the ATL. Been smoking hookah for almost 6 years and no place even comes close when it comes to the quality, price, and selection of flavors. They really know customer service in this biz and it makes sense — they have a few stores around the Metro Atlanta area as well. Whether you are trying to smoke and study or watch the Hawks or play video games (they have gaming systems here), this is the place to be. I’ve met the owner once or twice and he knows what I want to smoke when I walk in the door, real stand up guy! The lounge is very fresh and modern with tasteful furnishing as well, compared to other lounges that have old sofas and chairs. Definitely check them out!

I forget the person’s name who helped me, but he was pretty great. I am new to vaping so didn’t know too much about the different types of liquids and brands. Let me sample some of the different liquids and helped me pick out some solid juice.

One of the best, and easiest experiences I’ve ever had searching for a new pipe. Saw that this new Inhale Smoke Shop just opened up on my commute to and from work, so I decided I should stop by. Immediately found a piece I loved, thanks to the extremely friendly, and helpful staff. This is basically a one stop shop for all your smoking needs. Would recommend to my Mother, she doesn’t even smoke.

Dope spot to attend, the lighting is great, seats are dope too! They have music, TVs and youre able to play games too while you smoke your hookah! Pricing is really affordable, a lot of flavors to pick from too. You can also pick up some good smoke products. You can go there by yourself or have a nice group of friends. The staff was very personable, made sure our hookah was good the whole time we were there. If you are looking for a nice little vibe this is the spot for sure. Happy they have another location in the Gwinnett area now.

Pretty good selection. Most employees are fairly knowledgeable. Clean inside. Lounge in back looks chill. My husband loves their house brand vape juice. It has become his primary e liquid. They have a nice variety of Vapes in different colors and styles as well has other accessories such as glass and silicone bowls and water pipes. My only complaint might be parking. The parking lot is pretty tiny and is shared by other businesses. I havent had a problem during my own visits but if your visiting during a busy time, that may be an issues. Still a 5 star business.

Frankie is probably the reason most people come back. knowledgable, resourceful and sweet. Obviously knows the industry and products and isnt condescending towards new people. Honestly thought she was a manager by the way she handles the shop.

The guy working here was so rude. I called and was asking questions about what they have for sale and he wasnt giving me any information, basically just giving me one worded answers. Then I decided to go inside to figure out what I want to buy and I could tell that the guy was bothered to even have a conversation with me. I asked whats the difference between these brands? and he literally pointed at a sheet of paper and said nothing. This business had an opportunity to sell me 3-4 items but I walked out purchasing what I thought would be best and getting no help at all from the guy.

Finally a Smoke shop that has a larger variety of products. That is located on Pleasant Hill and is easy access for me. This shop is very nicely decorated. But it is the large assortment of products that they have. That I was impressed with the most. I talked to the manager who told me. There was a lounge opening soon in the back. Can’t wait to come and enjoy the atmosphere with the goodies I’ll be buying. So glad this has opened. Check out Inhale, you’ll see their Large blue sign. Used to be a mattress store I think, next to Firestone.

Kratom is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced here.I called in to check their prices and was told it was $34.95 for 8oz. The usual price at most smoke shops.I drive there and lo and behold its $34.95 for 3oz and $60 for 8oz.I gave the guy who I spoke to the benefit of doubt that we possibly had some miscommunication and got a 1oz for $18 instead. Nothing wrong with the product but the prices here are a JOKE.I cant speak for the hookah lounge. Prices for the hookah ($12) felt reasonable and the lounge appeared high quality.
