These guys are great, and the sense of humor is through the roof. I would actually like to meet the person that hires these great employees. Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. And so much fun to visit here! The eye doctor was great at answering questions, and I like how she took extra time to do the exam. I have astigmatism, so it takes my eyes a minute to adjust, and she went back and forth without me having to ask her, and left the lenses a little longer for me to adjust, also without having to ask. Even if I dont have an eye appointment, if I am at the mall, I would even stop and just say hey guys!

2 stars; 1 for each of the people who arent rudeness incarnate (the optometrist and 1 other employee) every single time Ive interacted with anyone else here its been snark, smugness, arrogance and actual mockery. The last visit compelled me to write a review. The gentleman blew me away with how much of a jerk he was.Not sure why Ive given return business...maybe frame selection i suppose... Ill give them credit for being consistent at least.

I will definitely be returning to this store with my entire family even though they are out of network for my insurance. One of the employees (Ronnie?) knew more about my insurance benefits then the place that is actually IN my network did and all 3 of girls working yesterday were so helpful! They were busy but made the time to answer my questions, fix my mothers glasses and even clean mine! They didnt even charge me and knew my insurance was through their competitor!! These people truly care about people!

Love this place! Dr. Nordwall Johnson is the best! Always remembers and details about past appointments even if it was years prior. She will stop at nothing to find the right contacts. The staff is great too, especially Roni at the front desk. I have gone here for over a decade and as long as they keep the same great people we will keep going there!

So happy with the level of customer service and ease of shopping even during the time of Covid 19. It was easy to get an appointment to pick out new frames. Safe shopping, helpful staff and outstanding prices. Using my VSP plan was so easy and I was able to get gorgeous glasses AND prescription sunglasses for an incredibly reasonable price. BEST vision and glasses chain hands down.

The staff was more than helpful - the customer service was beyond great. I found the coolest, most comfortable eyeglass frames. I am very glad that I went to Vision Works. Cant wait to pick up my new glasses!

Went in for my daughters glasses and had the best customer service experience ever! A month later it was my turn... the Dr. explained everything and Ronnie is one of a kind! They are right there helping when you need it but yet they also made me feel completely comfortable when it took me an extra long time to find frames... I have recently been to the Duluth store and the minute I walked in, I felt like I had brought good friends in with me! Everyone working that day were so much fun! They made the entire experience MUCH more enjoyable then any other time Ive shopped for glasses! Kudos to your company for recognizing and hiring people who provide such fantastic service!

I’ve got my last pair of glasses here. I found the staff to be pushy and dismissive of my questions and concerns. Everything was an up charge and they added up quickly. I felt hurried throughout the process. When my bifocals weren’t placed properly, I had to firmly insist that they correct them before they took them back in. When I got them back, they were exactly the same. By then I was too tired to argue with her. A miserable experience with an $800 price tag.

Always a great experience. I cant thank Dr. Nordwall enough. She explains things in a way that makes sense and is very thorough. She is caring and compassionate, which shows through her work. The sales reps are friendly, knowledgeable, and take time to help pick out just the right frames. The lab tech was so quick with getting my glasses done. Not only does every there know their job, but they really seem to enjoy what they do. Everyone is always smiling! I would recommend this store to everyone.

They dont lie. The signs hanging in the store say if you are not happy to bring them back. My kid got frames & lenses here that look great. I brought my own frames in to have lenses put in because it is nearly imposible to find more like them. They admitted off the bat that it could be tricky, but it could be done. It took a couple tries to get it to work; they even went as far as to re-cut the lenses. They let me come back in as many times as I needed to tweak and adjust them to a perfect setting and fit. They were incredibly polite the entire time. So, even though there were some hiccups along the way, I give them 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for their incredible customer service, positive atmosphere, great deals & selection, and kudos on their sense of humor.UPDATE: I wish I could give these guys another five stars! My glasses were knocked off my face by accident, the lenses were damaged, and they are replacing the lenses free of charge! They hold true to that 100 day guarantee!

I have dealt with 3 different associates and every one was great! Roni and Margo are amazing!! They take the time to listen to what you want, help you find it and get it at the best price. I always feel good when I walk out, whether or not I walk out with my new glasses or have to wait. I dont go anywhere else for glasses😊

They are amazing! I had to come back to get my eyes checked and they were so sweet! I also decided that I wanted to try out contacts and they helped me with their little contacts class. They have even given me four sets for trials.

This is a great place to get your glasses! Ask for Roni. She is the best! Shes very knowledgeable and was able to help my (sweet but picky) daughter find glasses that look great on her. Ill be back when I need to change my look too!

Their friendly and knowledgeable staff are always amazing when we come in for our annual exams and glasses. Dr. Nordwall is a fantastic optometrist and is great with children. The retail staff take the time to make sure we are happy with our frame and lens selection. I highly recommend them!

Doctor Wright was cool. However didn’t really enjoy much else? Staff was standoffish and inattentive, had to follow them around the store to get help. Took nearly a month to have my glasses ready and never called me which was frustrating.

I cant say enough good things about the staff, selection and service at this Visionworks. Its been my go-to place for glasses for years, especially because Roni has such a great eye for the right frames. Today I brought my 90 year old mom in to get new lenses, and Sam was professional, patient and kind beyond measure. I wish I could thank their technician by name...he had my moms glasses ready for her in about twenty minutes! Everyone who works here appears to really love their job, and this creates an atmosphere that makes shopping for glasses a real pleasure.

Love Visionworks! They greet me by name, and always do a great job of helping me pick out frames that compliment me! I have purchased cheaper glasses, but dont ever wear them because the view is not as crisp as my Visionworks glasses!!

Got my glasses a few months ago. I was the last patient seen before the doctor took off on maternity leave No replacement doctor! My glasses are wrong bifocals, both readers and distance. Cant thread a needle. Should have been trifocals also. Cant get through on phone, walked in, people have no answers. How can I get a second pair free, my 90 days are almost up?! Very sad because I paid a lot of extra money on antiglare and transition lenses. They are worthless to me.

Overall staff was great - Dr Wright was not. Apparently I know absolutely nothing about my eyes even though I have been seeing Eye Doctors most of my life. His attitude went from condescending to trying to be pleasant. Apparently he forgot that part of his function was providing care,answering questions and listening! I wondered if he needed medication as his affect was all over the place. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Wont ever see him again, and if I suggest Vision works I will make sure that they use Dr Nordwall
