So unprofessional. Took off from work during lunch. Waited for 30 minutes before asking when the doctor would be able to see me and they said it would be another 45 minute wait! SMH

Horrible customer service on front desk. I really want ask to her why she been in desk for customer.

Glendon was very nice. My glasses were loose, falling off my face. He corrected the issue and cleaned them for me. I purchased some microfiber cloths for cleaning and he was courteous, friendly and showed me different patterns of the cloths without me asking. Very simple but it went a long way, especially since I left VISION WORKS (where I purchased glasses) PLEASANT HILL😠 who were total opposite.

I had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with optometry with WalMart’s vision center! The receptionists we’re friendly and efficient. Dr. Chang actually had a conversation with me about my vision and eagerly explained prescription. She was so kind and very helpful!

This is probably one of the worse customer service experiences Ive encountered over the past couple years. The doctor appears to be working under immense pressure and is in a rush to get patients in and out.The accuracy of my eye prescription suffered as she did not bother to listen and repeatedly talked over me to fast-track the process. I ended up with a prescription that worked worse than the one Ive gotten three years ago. I went to For Eyes down the road and received a level of customer service that frankly puts Wal Marts to shame.If youre looking for a doctor that listens, this is not the place to be. Youll end up being treated like an asinine moron with anything you have to say either refuted or ignored. If youre looking to get good service, read google reviews and find somewhere with a good feedback rating; your eyes will thank you.

DONT EVER PURCHASE ANY GLASSES 👓 OR CONTACT LENS FROM THIS WALMART EYE CENTER.I PURCHASE SOME CONTACTS, BUT I ONLY WANTED A HALF OF BOX OF THE COLOR FOR TRYOUT. WAS TOLD I WILL BE GET A SET OF FOUR, BUT I WAS SOLD ONE SET OF CONTACT FOR $40 DOLLARS 👀👀👀👀! WILL NEVER, NEVER, GO BACK THERE OR RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO THIS WALMART EYE STORE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Competent eye exam for a fair price, walk in service. The equipment was modern. Optometrist H. Cheng, O.D. was efficient. Walmart Vision Center was busy, so I had to wait about 45m to see the O. D. and then wait about ten minutes to pay after the exam. Ive had at least ten previous exams over the last twenty years and this was as good as any other. Why pay more and possibly have to wait days for an appointment?

They called me at 5PM a day before my appointment and told me they had to cancel my appointment due to an emergency. I already waited 4 days for my appointment and now I have to reschedule and wait another 4 days.Can’t even call anyone else because it’s after 5 and everyone is closed.

Dr. Cheng and her staff are very friendly . I’ve been going to her for about 3 years! Keep up the great work!

Great Customer Service & Dr Cheng is awesome. I made an appointment during work time (early AM), There were no crowds, or extended wait times, Dr. Cheng was very thorough and even performed one test twice without any additional charges. The staff are courteous professionals, and everything was neat and tidy. I will definitely return to this vision center again. I did shop also and everything was very good.

I will NEVER use Wal-Mart Vision again. I have been using them for years. Some issues, but not majority. This year I asked then to mail my contacts to me instead of me picking them up. My eyes have different prescriptions. They wrote them on the box when I picked them up. This time I asked them to mail it to me, but NOTHING on the boxes indicated which is Which. Called twice. Phone rang 30 times then got disconnected. Right now...I have to pick and choose which contact goes where. NO ONE EVER, EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. I EVEN CALLED THE GENERAL NUNMER, but I was still rerouted to someone who NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE!!!!

The staff is great, very nice and professional. Very knowledgeable and great over all. The Doctor is great and very through. Highly recommended...

Make sure to call first. They wont update their hours online so you might waste a lot of time driving all the way there just to find out they closed early.

Very long wait for anything....Seems to cater more to their multicultural background clients more than all customers how shop and need help .Definitely taking my business somewhere elsewhere..

I detest, that the closing time is 8 PM, and you rush over there for it to be closed at 745!!

This walmart super center is one of the most badly maintained, i have ever seen. The bathrooms stink and are not maintained at all. Most of the items in the walmart are placed in multiple places and are damaged. I would strongly recommend any other walmart location over this one.

For some reason I got charged $20 more for my eye exam and contact lenses compared to the last time I did it at another location (4725 Ashford Dunwoody Rd).

This place is horrible
