Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They helped find a couple great pairs of glasses for me, told me it could take up to an hour for them to be ready, but it only took 20 mins!! Amazing people at this place!!

Tony is a SUPERB Customer Service Associate of all times. He has now helped my daughter and I put to get all of our needs met. Also my grand daughter two weeks prior getting her glasses. His kindness should not be overlooked at all. This is the type of person this businesses need. His professional computer skills to asking questions to finding is the very best deals. Not to many people take their job to heart and to like it as much as he does. I will always ask for Tony ( Duluth Eyemart). Somehow a 59.00 eye exam turned into 139.00. My eyes were not dialated, no drops put in. I went there today to pickup my glassed and ask about it. Was told the Dr. had put it down as a comprehensive exam. What constitutes a comprehensive exam ? It was just a regular exam with no dialation, she did nothing extra. Was told it was billed to my insurance co., like that’s o.k ? The Dr. wasn’t there so couldn’t get any answers. The girl at the desk just kept sayinhg“ that’s what the Dr. said”. I will be talking to my insurance company Monday . No wonder our insurance rates are so high.And then they put the lenses in my sunglasses wrong. They were able to fix it right there. Seems like incompetence. Will never get another eye exam there. On the bright side the clerks on the optical side were very nice.

We went to Eyemart Express in Duluth to get our 16 month old glasses. The tech looked at her RX and went to get her manager to look at it also as the RX was high. The manager came out and said, if our daughter was at the age of needing a driver’s license they would legally need to consider her blind. When they put her glasses on our daughter her excitement to see was incredible and very emotional, My husband was crying pretty good. The staff was scrambling around the office to find him tissues. We had no idea how bad her eyesight really was. She was so pumped to realize she could see clearly. She looked at all of us with her jaw dropped and started quickly looking all over the place then laid her head into my husbands shoulder. When we went to leave the manager asked if the staff could take a picture with us as and our daughter as she touched their hearts. The staff said theyve never seen that reaction before and they were all also tearing up. Her reaction literally had all the staff and customers attention and I don’t think there was a dry eye in there. They went above and beyond customer service for us while we were there. Will go there every time.

I would never ever EVER go into this establishment - it is obvious that they dont care of confidentiality, customer service or just plain decent behavior

Everyone there was pleasant n friendly. We ordered my glasses with ease. They messaged me when they were done. The only thing is the person adjusting my glasses just reamed on them without heating them up and the one bow is a little crooked and the screws r loose but overall good experience and love my glasses. Just hope the second pair holds up after the adjustment.

The staff was very friendly, I worked with Emily B. who was great..She was patient and honest when I asked her how certain glasses looked and I appreciate that, but she would also go find a couple of other styles that may work better. As we were talking it was good to hear her say that she likes her job there and it showed. Also that store was good at following covid protocol which included constantly disinfecting any glasses that people touched. Well continue buying our glasses here!!

After calling on a Saturday because my current glasses broke I was told to com in with a new prescription and they could make the new glasses in an hour. Got in for an eye exam elsewhere because they were booked and made it there just before 4 and picked out my 2 sets of glasses. They explained by this time they would not have time as they close at 6. Still well over an hour but I get it. Things fall behind. Was told they would be done by 12 Monday. Waited till 11 and called to check up on them and was told at this time they would not be done until 4:30. I waited until 4:15 and called again and was informed I would not have my glasses for 2 weeks. No call telling me this. Just waited until I called them. The excuse this time was they did not have lenses. I then told them I would be there by 4:30 to get my money back. I go there and they do the paperwork. Now they are telling me the reason is their machine went down. I now want to go and get glasses elsewhere and after she runs the credit she informs me I wont have a refund for 3-5 buisness days. At no point did they offer to get these made at another location and ship them up. Or any useful alternative. Would not waist my time at this place. The customer service is beyond bad.

Last time I was looking for glasses, no one acknowledge me for about an half and hour. They were busy. That is understandable. But hey, at least say someone will be right with you. Pretty basic customer service.Next, I tried to get my prescription when my last pair of glasses were broken beyond usable and of course Im then unable to see. I called for the prescription, they can only mail it or fax it... alright I guess? No email? No. Annoying to mail something when I need to be able to see for work. But I agree to get it mailed because who has a fax machine in 2020?They call back five minutes later. My prescription just expired... Now Im pretty irritated but nothing much can be done about that. I set up an eye appointment... next available is over a week and a half out... SUPER IRRITATING. I CANT SEE. Fine. Understandable given delays with covid.Day before the appointment they call and Cancel my appointment.Never again. Will go elsewhere at all costs.

Absolutely top notch! Service was excellent, prices were good, and they had three pairs of glasses ready for me in 33 minutes!Melly Clayton went the extra mile to help me out, helping me choose frames, making sure that all of my questions were answered and she even came up with an insurance reimbursement form for me to send in - which will cover the cost of one of the pairs of glasses! Taylor was also very good, making sure that the glasses fit and were made to the proper prescription.Earlier in the day I walked out of a nationally known chain store in the mall because their price was so high and it would take a week or more to get my lenses (even though they advertise low prices and 1-hour service). I got the feeling from them that they were offering me a take it or leave it deal. I left it.I then found Eyemart Express on Google, and decided to see if they were any better than the chain store in the mall. Turns out I got three pairs of glasses from Eyemart Express for less than a single pair would have cost at the store in the mall, and I got them the same day instead of having to wait a week or more!I believe in free advertising, whether good or bad, and this is a truly pleasurable case where the free advertising I provide is REALLY GOOD! I highly recommend Eyemart Express, and I will certainly be using them in the future! Great customer service, quick, fair deals on glasses. The only thing I saw lacking a little was some quality control issues with the new glasses. Not a huge deal, but you could tell it was rushed through. There were some minor burrs on the edge of the glasses, and the clear plastic line holding the frame in was bulging out the bottom of both lenses. I pushed it into the groove, but it made the lenses in the frame looser. May have to come in to have them re-do it. Also, one of logos on one of the bows on the glasses was upside down. I know that wasnt their fault, but it was something that passed by quality control as well. Otherwise, I loved the work they do, and Dr. Kunz was great. Nothing at this point that would keep me from going again. We all have bad days. A second time? I might consider otherwise.

Does no good to make an appointment after your eye exam and choose your lenses you sit behind everyone who walked after you to look at glasses, not to mention the sales associate doesnt even go through discounts I found out I would have qualified for a 20% discount being retired military....going to rethink this business.

It was my 1st visit to the Duluth MN store. Ive been wearing glasses for 56 years so I have plenty experience in this area. I was so impressed with Eyemart Express. Great exam, beautiful selection of frames, same day service and budget-friendly prices! But what so impressed me was their superior customer service! Newly employed Amanda very carefully did her job and never hesitated to have her work checked by her supervisor. I REALLY appreciated that! Amandas goal is to be as capable as her supervisor, Melly. Im sure shell succeed. Speaking of Melly.... pleasant, efficient and calmly served her customers in a very packed store. Later, after giving me my new glasses, she followed me outside to help an elderly lady who was trying to put windshield washer in her car. When done, Melly took the ladys arm and walked her across the snowy parking lot and into the store. WOW!!! Customer Service with Customer Caring! I have only been here once so far but it was a great experience. I had broken my glasses I got from a different optical place and insurance wouldnt cover a new pair yet so I needed something inexpensive. Eyemart Express got me 2 pairs of glasses for about 40 bucks total. The staff were quick to help out, very friendly. The top of it all is that they finished both pairs of glasses in 17 minutes! I was shocked it was so quick. The glasses feel and look fine and I am really happy I went here.

We have been going here for years and have always had great service! They have a very large selection of frames and they are have fast service. I usually get glare protection on my lenses (they send the glasses out to have that done). I live an hour away and they ship my glasses to me at no charge when they are ready!

I bought 3 pair of glasses from eyemart express in Duluth yesterday. This was my first encounter with them. My entire experience, from the moment I walked through the door until I walked out with my new glasses was exceptional. The optometrist and her front office staff were professional, thorough, and very personable. Alley, the woman who helped me choose and fit my glasses was awesome, for all of those same reasons. In fact, every employee there seemed happy to be there and working with each other. And their prices were much lower than what I’ve paid elsewhere in town. Can’t recommend them enough!

It was the best eye wear experience I have had since I have had to wear glasses. The help was knowledgeable and the same day service and reasonable pricing was a MAJOR PLUS as I live well more than an hour away. Appreciate Eyemart Express!!!

Went in to check options for exam and new glasses. Exam was available in 30 minutes. Shopped frames while waiting and after exam selected frames. Glasses were then ready in in less than 1.5 hours. Picked them up next morning and have had no issues. Thanks to Haley for the great service.

My husband and I went to eye mart express after receiving new prescriptions. We each picked out two pairs. As they promised all 4 pairs were ready within an hour. We arrived and they totally messed up. They literally got 2/4 wrong which on any equation is failing No one truly apologized for their mistakes and no compensation was offered.And all this after giving them a second chance with a prior horrible experience last spring.I don’t recommend eye mart express. I’d rather pay more and wait longer anywhere else than return there. And in our experience with other optical shops their customer service is far better than eye mart.

My glasses are better and less expensive than my previous pair from Walmart. The workers were polite and put both pairs of my glasses together in only 9 minutes! I would strongly recommend this business especially considering that the second pair of glasses was only $10.

Care from the doctor was great, Jodi at the desk was rude and entered my insurance in correctly, and I had to pay out of pocket, when truth is yes my exam is covered, playing phone tag with everyone at eye mart and my insurance has been a big pain!

The only 1 hour game in town anymore. So, theres that. But, they went above and beyond when I broke my specs and needed a new pair very close to close of office time. They still did it, in less than an hour. Thank you. I love them.

I brought my 3 year old to pick out frames for the first time. We decided to do the 2 pair deal in two different colors of the same frame. I as a mom have never had a child in glasses nor knew what the sizing should be etc. The sales reps sold up two pairs of glasses that are at least 3 sizes too large for my little guy. We didntd find out until weeks later when his teacher for the visually impaired at school brought it up to us. Not happy at all. $200 and frames that are too big.

Everyone there at Eyemart was so friendly and kind, I love that place, I went in and within a half hour after my exam I had my two pair of glasses, so fast, in and out, u cant beat the efficiency there at Eyemart, Ive told my friends and family about Eyemart. I was in need of a complete eye exam and a fast replacement of eyeglasses. They were able to get me in to see the Doctor within 15 minutes and after a thorough exam I picked out the frames and options with the help of the staff. They said it might take an hour for the glasses to be completed, but they were done in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend for fast thorough service!

They had a great deal to get a pair of prescription sunglasses, however they never showed us the Actual sunglass frames. We came across them when we picked up the glasses and sunglasses we had made. We wished those frames had been pointed out to us.

My huband and I drove 2hrs from Wisconsin because I needed glasses to be able to drive. I had to have the eye exam and glasses all in the same day. The staff were so nice. The doctor was very thorough (Im also type 2 diabetic). They said on the phone it could take up to 2hrs for my glasses. They called 25min later saying they were finished. Wow, on my way home all before dark. Thanx Morgan for your patience in selecting my framed. All yall are wonderful.

*BUYER BEWARE*After having my glasses for a year and 5 months, and there being an obvious flaw in the lens, the manager suggested it was my fault because of it being from an suspected impact even without any evidence of there being an impact on the frames to crack a POLYCARBONATE lens. After agreeing with me on this point the store manager declared that hes been fooled before basically calling me a liar. In no way should I be held at a loss for something that was clearly a fault on your part, its like being shoot in the leg and being charged for the bullet.

Best experience ever. Very thorough eye exams, walls and walls of designer frames, so many to choose from. In fact, that will problably be be the most difficult task during your visit because there are so many options. They have frames from $10-$200+. All frames are clean, organized, and clear on the price. I loved all the options we had that we could afford. My daughter and I recieved our frames in less than 8 minutes after we chose our frames. They are open 9am-7pm monday through saturday, which is really convenient. All the doctors, techs, and support staff are very welcoming, happy, informative, and knowlageable on all the frames available and will tell you offhand if the frames are covered by you insurance or how much your insurance will specifically cover. Eyemart Express should be the only place you choose to bring your family to in my opinion. Be sure to just go check them out.
