This is one of the more cleaner Kroger’s. But I have to say the deli guys always come through for me when I need the bagged turkey breast. They are down the street from my house which is a plus and I come every Saturday. They are consistent with the times they put them out. If I happen to miss it they will let me know the approximate time the next batch will be put out.

This is a decent Kroger. Not the easiest Kroger to get in and out of but overall a medium size Kroger that carries pretty much what you need.

Person waiting on me was wonderful. Female that was working the window was mocking a customer after she left the window. It was extremely unprofessional.

For the past week and a half they have been out of so many things. Last week I just left when I saw nothing that I came there for. I just went to the kroger on State Brige road which is about 15 minutes from this store. They had everything stocked and I got what I needed. I think its just horrible management. Oh and dont get me started on only having one register open and one side of the self checkout open.

NEVER buy their sushi. Undercooked stale rice, uncut rolls, lousy prep. I threw it out. I didnt expect great, so for me to complain really tells how truly bad it was.

We love coming to Kroger, items are well organized, prices are good and there arent many people.

This Kroger is often kind of dirty, rarely have hand baskets set out for when you need a few items. Usually only one or less checkout lane open. Pretty much only go here because of the convenience of its location in relation to where I live. The Publix up the road is much nicer and generally has better deals, especially on meat.

Sarah at the fuel service station is rude and acts like she hates her job 100% of the time i see her working. It’s to every customer in line.

Great Kroger! Ada at the sushi bar is AUHMAZZZZING! She makes the BEST poke’s bowl and knows what you want every time you come in. Makes it PERFECT EVERY TIME. Check her out. Better than any restaurants. FACT, TRUTH, PERIOD, HANDS DOWN! Great deals throughout the store as well!

Had to wait like 20 minutes just to pick up lotto tickets from Customer service desk... They need more than one person working the desk during busy times.

This location went under construction but it stayed open during the renovations. It turned out nice. They added more self checkout registers and changed the layout a little. All for the better. There are 2 Red Box kiosks, a pharmacy, fall seasonal items outside, a Glacier water dispenser, a Georgia Sports team section, Blue Rhino outside, firewood, 2 restrooms (located in the front and the other in the rear of the store), if you’re looking for a deal the 10 for 10 deals are always a great option. There are 17 registers in total and also located outside is a Kroger Fuel station. With the deli, the florist area, bakery, and the fresh seafood area you can get overly excited as a one stop shopper.

Went to kroger on peachtree ind, they had a sale on Powerade we wanted to buy 120 bottles for serving to homeless people and the manager Mr. DALE wouldnt let us buy it even we told him we are buying it give it to homeless people as we are member of the charitys group, where we serve foods n drinks every week he did not care,, at Kroger they didnt have a limit how many powerade per customers can purchase at a time. Will not shop at this kroger again where they dont have respect for helping others, where we are trying to help community

Kroger is my favorite grocery store. Its not a Walmart/Aldi (cheaper) or a Publix (more $). Its just right. I can find everything I want at reasonable prices if I dont want to go to different stores to try and save a buck. Its a large store. Social distance is no problem. People check out and bag the groceries. I can order on line and just have it put in my trunk. The produce is fresh and pretty with a nice organic section. I just like shopping at my neighborhood Kroger.

Nice grocery store. Has everything you need and then some. I had a tough time locating the City of Duluth trash bags. But I found everything else I needed. No complaints. All went smoothly.

The only competitive advantage that Kroger had was Click List. This morning when I went to pick up my groceries, I was told that I wasnt allowed to buy 12 of the same item despite them having it in stock and no notice posted on item limits. The store manager reserves the right to limit purchases. I left my order and went next door to Publix, where shopping is a pleasure. Despite not being able to conveniently pick up my groceries, I was able to purchase everything on my list. I will happily take my households weekly shopping to Publix from now on.

I love Krogers on 950 Herrington rd they are so pleasant Nd respectful I move to Duluth was happy that Krogers was across the street....this one is the most disrespectful unpleasant one I have been in ..my son went Nd use his card and went to get $20 cash back the told him he needed his id since when u needed id for cash back mid u I’ve been doing it for 5years at any Krogers never ask for id....my daughter went Nd did her wic they didn’t have all the cans of milk so they took the wic check Nd give her 5cans when she had six in it gave her a receipt to come for the other one the next days...she went back Nd they denied her the can even with the receipt with the lady name on it they are rude dishonest will never go back to this one will go 30 min away to Herrington rd

The price tag on the shelf is often not matching billing.. please be careful at the billing as you may end up paying more than what you may anticipate while pick it from the shelf... Not a huge loss bit still felt cheated. Otherwise stuff is good quality and staff is helping.

Great grocery store. I love the remodel. Everything seems so much more organized, well stocked and fresh. The management and employees are friendly and helpful.

Meat counter has been down for months. This location likely pays minimum wage because the staff clearly demonstrates minimum wage efforts. The GM should be embarrassed. Now theyre implementing fees for cash back on debit transactions. Produce and meat selection is subpar at best.

Picked up at pharmacy, always kind, patient and helpful. The pharmacy staff are always ready to answer any questions.Also was able to find everything I needed otherwise with very fast self checkout. Rarely do I ever have problems at this Kroger! Best around!

My favorite local Kroger. Well stocked and clean. Never have much of a problem here. I gladly drive out of my way to visit this one. Added plus is its 24hrs unlike others near me.

Just your average Kroger with nothing special. Cramped store as could be at times. The meat department needs a lot of work, theres never enough selection and staff available. The pharmacy is the best, however. So-so of a store.

Associates are great. Like the vegetables and natural foods. Reward points are good for a discount at the gas pump. Digital Coupons.

Found most of stuff . A2 milk is not available, but we can see in other state stores . Employee are friendly and organic fruits and vegetables are less.

David in the seafood dept was absolutely exceptional! Davis followed protocol and told me that he could not take presteamed crab legs order over the phone and told me that it could only be done in person, but he told me that he would leave the steamer on until I got there, which I arrived about 8:56 pm. True to his word, he had it in the steamer waiting to turn it on as soon as I got there. This is an exceptional example of customer service, considering that my local Kroger that is 3 minutes away from where I live on 3093 Steve Reynolds Boulevard in Duluth, Ga told me that he was cleaning up and could not steam the crab legs for me, even when I called him 33 minutes ahead of time. That was not even the 1st time. The seafood department in that location could definitely take a page from Davids customer service and use it. I am actually a manager myself at an Fortune 500 company and when I see employees that go out of their way to show great customer service, I want them recognized. Davids exemplary customer service should be a standard for customer service and be uniformly applied to all departments. The cashier Lisa was outstanding in that she made me laugh and joke to top off my great experience at this Peachtree Industrial Kroger location. Thank you. Please give both David and Lisa a standing ovation for representing your company so well and making my experience and Im sure other customers who shop here a pure pleasure in shopping here.

This is a decently stocked grocery store, and they maintain adequate checkout staffing. Safety outside the building is the biggest concern, so please be alert to your surroundings when exiting the store. The firelane is constantly occupied by people, so traffic visibility is impaired. Take care with traffic safety when exiting the store .

Generally good selection of goods. The majority of the fruits and veggies are in great shape (though the berries can be hit or miss with mold, but weve seen that to be the case at most places). Despite the checkout lanes usually looking decently long in the evenings, they tend to move rather quickly.

Had a great experience at this store. Pedro was so helpful in the produce department and provided great customer service. The staff is super friendly and the prices are great.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat between tests at the nearby hospital. The food was good and hot. Took a bit to find the deli section as the placement was different from my neighborhood store.

This Kroger is well-provisioned, clean, and the staff is particularly polite. The meat selection has been fully stocked each time Ive gone and there is always a selection of prepared foods got and ready to go when I get out of work. Better than most locations!

Had a manager tell me I cant buy 8 cases of mountain dew. Said I have to leave some for every one else. Excuse me? I said. This is a grocery store and I cant buy groceries? Im buying too much from this store? Is this north Korea or America? Have you ever heard of such nonsense?

Love Kroger but I do not like the new store layout. Prefer the old layout of the store which was better for our shopping needs.

Pharmacy always exceeds their estimated time. Not buy 10 - 20 minutes, Im talking about your prescription should be ready in 30 minutes.Well now its going on an hour and a half. Dont tell me to have a seat, itll be ready in a few minutes and have me sit here for well over an hour.

Gloria from money center was a horrible employee she refused to take my payment to get a money order EVEN AFTER HER OWN MANAGER TOLD HER IT WAS OKAY. Like why does a manager have to beg its employee to listen and help. I will never return to this location again to shop it’s pretty sad I live five minutes from this location and was racially discriminated against and the manager although was nice enough to BEG HER IT WAS OKAY TO USE THE CARD SHE STILL REFUSED. I had to drive ten minutes to another Kroger who had help me and was professional from start to finish. She needs to be fried.

Worst experience I ever had at a store. I asked for assistance from 3 different people. Neither of them gave me the assistance I required. I wanted to find some beef broth. One sent me down the wrong aisle.The other two were like Im not sure. I asked for a manger. One was paged but didnt show up.

I like their whole foods section. I can find many vegan friendly foods, though I wish they had a larger organic fresh fruit and veggies section. Their beer selection is pretty good as well.

My favorite chain grocer. Super nice and helpful staff. Always clean and well stocked with competitive prices.

Im not a fan of Kroger in general. However, we were visiting from out of town for a conference and had to get food to feed a bunch of teenagers so we stopped here. The store itself was nice. My only complaint would be that stockers were on most aisle during peak hours with their big roll carts blocking traffic.

With the remodeling of the store, some things are easy to find. Then the self checkout is a trying experience, not read your card when paying. Makes you want use cashiers.

The in store sushi chef is great! She will make custom orders for you if you ask and the store is always clean

Usually stop here on my way to potlucks from work. Easy to shop quickly, great food selections... a little more specialized than other Krogers. Traffic is a little heavy right there but not a huge deterrent.

I was shopping primarily with Publix. About 15 years ago, I had to get a few things and there was only Kroger available. Thats when my life with Kroger started.Our habits changed quite a bit over the years. But we can still get a lot of our shopping done at Kroger. They made quite a few improvements in recent years. New store brands, premium, basic and organic. I tried them all and Im OK with them all. Private Selection has been my top choice if I want something good to either enjoy myself or share them. Psst is ok for some basic stuff on the cheap. Of course, theres Kroger brand all over thats the handles the middle ground.The only thing that needs a lot improvements is produces. Their produces are not as fresh or high quality as others I have experienced. Organic section needs expansion, too.All in all, we love shopping at Kroger. We can get most our grocery shopping at Kroger.

I like that this location has the station where you can select a variety of olives, and other Mediterranean delacacies. Its also usually clean and well stocked.

They would get 5 stars, but the need to fix there app and digital coupons. Every trip I go there I review my receipt and some of the coupons I have loaded do not go through, even though there are signs right next to the product. Reaching out to customer service by email is a joke. I would go to the customer service counter, but the line is always so long and the cashiers at the register cannot do anything to make it right.Also there is only at the most two lanes open and one bagger, if any bagger.

Nice clean and helpful even if they dont have what you need. Helped me find a specialty baking product at a competitor. Ill be back just for the service.

I dont get all of the commercials. I have not yet been to any Kroger that offers as good of services as Publix. They have self checkout lanes but it will not scan the reward card so you will have to ask an attendant for assistance. But most of the time the attendant or the cashier all have some type of attitude as if I should feel privileged to be able to shop here.

The recently refurbished and reorganized store is taking some getting used to! Ive shopped at this store since 1998, and this is QUITE a change...but, I think, well worth it. But, during all of the changes and reorganizing, I have found staff to be extremely patient and helpful. This is a big change for them, too -- especially the introduction of the Scan, Bag, and Go procedures with new technology and self-bagging and self-checkout. I appreciate the assistance from everyone who has been explaining how to use the hand-held scanner, and how to check out. Tops in my experience are Mila, Dilip, Maria, Jason, and Reina -- these front-end employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and patient. THANK YOU, Kroger, for employing such wonderful people!!!

The store can use a makeover, seems very dated in the inside. Also, I bought two six packs of craft beer there from two different breweries, and both six packs were past their shelf life.

This place is massive. Staff are kind & helpful, though, and the supermarket is well-organised and clean. Good wine selection.

They do not comply with the working hours they close at the time they want I went 40 minutes before closing and they just said they wanted to close early and go home

I went to kroger yeasterday, the lines is too long they only have one register open, not everyone likes to do self check, it use to be a pleasure shopping at kroger, now that they put the self check and no one open register its a HEADACE :(

Your typical grocery store. Checkout lines are usually fast during most times, but be aware that after 10 or 11 pm only the self-checkout lanes are open & can be long & slow. This location also has a gas station that is open until 11 pm.

I used to love Kroger for being Kroger. They had all my products I frequently buy in one isle. A few months back some corporate desk jockey decided it was a good idea to disperse all of the gluten free dairy free items haphazardly throughout the store. Kroger was a store I depended on for affordable healthy food. I could easily find what I was looking for. Now I feel like Im in some twisted Easter egg hunt just to find gluten free cookies. Sorry kroger...ive decided to deal with price gouging competitors for the sheer ease of shopping. Why would you do this? I talked to your employees and they thought it was just as stupid as the rest of us! Way to go! Hope you find a new job and someone comes in to make kroger great again!

The people here are super friendly. The store is always nice and clean. The sandwiches are delicious.

This Kroger always seems old and outdated. There is a lack of customer service and the store doesnt feel inviting. Seems very dimly lit even though there are like a million lights. I went to this Kroger again on January 5 2018 at around 4 in the afternoon and the old man helping people at the self checkout was very rude. I have never seen such rude staff at Kroger until I met this one. I wanted to void a item and he gave me an attitude before yelling at me that I was doing it wrong. Very unfriendly, I hope he gets fired.

Its smaller than usual other Krogers. The staff is very helpful though. Its a very busy place, had to wait 5-7 minutes for checkout.

Your average run of the mill Kroger. The deli however is TERRIBLE! The gravy had skin, the chicken was dried out like it had been out for days. The macaroni and cheese was dry and crusty. I wouldnt eat that for free, let alone paying for it. Its a decent place for groceries, but a terrible place if you like to eat from the deli.

Really displeased with the customer service here. I asked for a $40 cashback and the cashier did not give it to me. I was distracted since I had to bag my own groceries and was unaware until after I got home . I immediately drove back and when I confronted the cashier she said she didn’t remember me and it must’ve been someone else. (Her name is on the receipt) After that, she got someone else to attend me and that person went to the back to count the till. 10 minutes later she comes back with the $40 in hand rolls her eyes and doesn’t even apologize. I don’t understand why someone would be rude when they wereclearly at fault. Ruined my morning
