Ive never had a negative experience in any of their stores. Their always helpful whether answering questions or assisting in loading items in your vehicle. Making a return is quite easy and I have yet to ever have an issue.

Bought a project table with vise for a bakers table. It is sturdier than expected- well worth the money. Employees were extremely helpful, happy to serve.

Love this place for cheap tools, often times you get what you pay for but just as often am surprised by the high quality items found at absurdly discounted prices when compared to lowes or menards, etc.

Harbor Freight is one of my favorite stores, and this location is no different. The staff are reliable, the tools are good and the prices are so very good. Many of the prices are the same as things you can get at Walmart, but then when you buy on sale and use online coupons, that is where you really save your money. I was visibly surprised when they told me my total after shopping here, and I cant wait for one to be built in my town.

I call this place the China shop because everything seems to made in China and a good portion of their items are on the cheaper end. I go there to get all of my inexpensive tools and other cheaper things.

I have been going to Harbor Freight for several years and I have not one complaint about the store and the price is not too bad, if they offer it the service plan is AWESOME!!

Earthquake brand products are harbor freight only brand and there own coupon doesnt work with earthquake brand. I find this a deal breaker for me and will no longer shop or even compare prices. Soon to be off there mailing list also..

Harbor Frieght, if you need a tool they will have it at a price that wont bankrupt you.

The place has the Cheapo smell but some of the tools are actually pretty good. So dont knock it till you try them. Just be aware most everything is priced/quality, where 10 miles out of from a site youll feel okay about the tool left behind.

Harbor Freight has a huge selection of hand and power tools at very affordable prices. Although a lot of their stuff is on the low end of the quality spectrum, they also carry top of the line tools. Check the ads for sales which they frequently have.

The young man who waited on us at the till acted like we were a bother. First time visit for 2 friends and they noticed.Prior to this last visit, I would have given a 5 star rating.

Looking at 4 wheeler ramps asked the young man if we can see them before we purchase them, wanted to make sure were sturdy. He told us they are in a box. We asked can we open an end to see them we were told no....I dont buy online I like to see what I am getting not good business.

You get what you pay for these are excellent tools for somebody on a very limited budget thats trying to start out or needs a specialty tool that they may only use once however understand these are not high quality Milwaukee grade tools
