Katelyn was excellent. She provided a through hearing exam and tweaked my aides so I can hear very well now. She went over how to clean the hearing aides and how to adjust settings. She’s personable and professional.

Kaitlynn Hufstetler at Audiology Consultants tested my hearing today at the Duluth facility. She was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable and was able to explain exactly what the issue was and offer a solution. She listened to my needs and assisted in upgrading my health plan choice in order to accommodate my requirements. This was not my first (rodeo) or audiological exam/appointment, but it was definitely the best experience for me. Kaitlynn and Quinn in the Duluth office were so helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my many questions and helped me with any insurance issues before my scheduled appointment. No long wait, even during this pandemic.I live in Norcross, and even though it was not right around the corner from my house, they were worth the extra 10 minute drive. They do not manufacture the hearing aids but test to determine what works best for you.They accel in servicing their clients. I had to have some adjustments made on several occassions and it was done in the most professional manner possible. I always felt that they were doing what was best for me.I would endorse them to anyone who would ask.
