I lost my left hearing aid when heading to the ER last week. This location is larger than their Cloquet site but has the same great service. I had an appointment one hour after my appointment with a 15 minute drive. I told Mark about this and he was able to finish my business there and get me to my next appointment on time.Update:I did order a replacement hearing aid for my left ear and since then the original one showed up. When in for a check up Mark told me that the extra hearing aid can easily be rewired for left or right ear. Lucky me. Really.I highly recommend Hearing Life and True Hearing. They have been great.

Office Lady very helpful 1st time i stopped an suggested a appointment. Came in for appointment with Bob he took care of problem an answered questions i had very helpful.

They give great service, answer all your questions and have plenty of batteries on hand. Hearing aids work very well.
