This is my second set of hearing aids that I have purchased from Costco in the last ten years. I usually shop at the Mall of Georgia store but they are very busy so I had to resort to the Duluth store which was a good experience as well. I have worn hearing aids my whole life and Costco suits my needs just fine. I believe Costco has gotten very popular selling hearing aids and they make NO commission. The price is incredible compared to an audiologist office and the products are good.

Ive been wearing hearing aids for severe hearing loss for 11 years. I knew all about hearing aids when I went in. The audiologist conducted a thorough hearing exam and then we discussed options on instruments. I wasnt pressured or pushed toward any particular brand. My old instruments were 11 years old, one was dead and the other on its way out. What shocked me was the cost. 11 years ago I paid $5200 for hearing aids that werent even current technology! They were the previous generation. I bought state of the art instruments at Costco Hearing Center 11 years later for $2500! Same brand as the first pair. Ill never go anywhere else... especially an E.N.T. practice.

Went in to get my hearing aids (purchased at another Costco) checked to see if any adjustment needed. Realized afterwards I had no programs. I went back in to have programs reset and again I have no programs. I have to wait a month for an appt at another Costco
