Sara Downs and her Hearing Wellness Team are awesome and always there for you. Sara has a wholistic approach to hearing and has really helped me with tinnitus. Grateful for their care and superb hearing technology.

I recently had an appointment with Jon at Hearing Wellness Center in Duluth, the entire experience was excellent. HIs office is conveniently located on London Road and parking is right outside the front door. The office is very clean and the entire staff is respectful of COVID related issues. Jon offered valuable information about my hearing loss and my options for treatment. Jon is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, while the entire appointment took very little time, I never felt rushed. I recommend Hearing Wellness Center to anyone in need of help with hearing related issues.

This past winter I developed severe Tinnitus due to hearing loss.Fortunately for me I contacted the Hearing and Wellness Center in Duluth Mn seeking help. I choose them basically because tinnitus treatment was part of their specialty. I have been seeing and working with audiologist Sarah Downs since February. She did my hearing test, recommended specific hearing aids for me, has patiently taught me how to use the tinnitus treatment built into my hearing aides and she has basically saved my life. I now have the tools to manage my tinnitus and lead a more normal life. I cant thank Sarah and the whole staff enough.Professionals with real solutions and compassionate service is a winning combination but also I could not believe how affordable this process has been. I had prepared my self that everything was going to cost a lot more.

I have a hard time hearing my blinker, so I went in for an exam. The doctor, Sara Downs, was able to talk me through the tinnitus and high frequency hearing loss I have. Overall, not ready for hearing aids but I am glad to have a baseline and understand why I have a harder time hearing some things than others. She also gave me an explanation of what tinnitus actually is that I found to be helpful. I would recommend Hearing Wellness.

I went to Hearing Wellness Center and Dr. Sara Downs based on word of mouth and positive reviews. Now after over a year I know I made the right decision. Robin at the front desk is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I could tell right from our first meeting that Dr. Downs was very experienced knowledgeable. I was confident she would recommend the perfect aids for my situation. In subsequent visits she has made sure all questions are answered and that I was100% satisfied before I left. Always, always very responsive to their patient’s needs. I recently had a problem with one of my hearing aids and they were able to work me in for an appointment the next day to make sure I could always hear. Wonderful staff as well!

What great service recieved yesterday having my hearing aids serviced for free.

The Hearing Wellness Center professionals and staff are easy to work with. They also offer the latest technology hearing devices and services including remote appointments and device adjustments.

My hearing issue is complicated and Dr Gervais has worked extra hard and long to come up with the best solution he could. He is patient, encouraging and very willing to have me visit his office as I feel I needed to.Robin, his receptionist and all- around helper is wonderful to work with also.I recommend this clinic for your hearing needs.

In this time of having a hard time getting even good customer service, the Hearing Wellness Center provides excellent service. Dr. Downs is readily available to answer questions and because she comes to Cloquet, it makes it easy to get to appointments. Robin at the home office is great and always personable and professional.

Good place to go for hearing test and new hearing aids. Im so pleased with the staff as they were very supportive and helpful. They do have good options for quality hearing aids and payment plans.

I absolutely love this business. The biggest thing is that I can hear. Dr Garvais has been so helpful in helping me with my hearing and hearing aids. The office is very welcoming and comfortable. Great coffee and current magazines but I don’t wait long enough to enjoy them.

Hearing Wellness Center is incredible. The waiting area is very comfortable with good coffee. I have always been greeted cheerfully. The wait is never long. I arrived early and they got me in early. It doesnt always work out this way but the receptionist and providers are caring and very competent .

From walking in until walking out was a friendly and professional experience with each person I dealt with. I think I was the first customer when HWC opened. I must say, I’m very impressed. Very knowledgeable, professional, and excellent customer service. At appointment time I never feel rushed, questions are thoroughly answered and any adjustments are made. I am very pleased with the management of my tinnitus and with my hearing devices. Direct streaming of music through my hearing devices from my IPhone, hearing better during phone calls, and overall just very pleased with the quality of the hearing devices and the service. Plus I can stop whenever convenient for me for a quick device cleaning or to get more batteries. And if I have a short wait, the Keurig is always on with a variety of great selection of coffee!

I had the absolute best help at the Hearing Wellness Center. And their hearing aids are the very best ive ever had from three other hearing places. These are far lesa tinny and fake sounding. Very clear and realistic. I especially like that they turn up your hearing aids gradually so you are not blasted with unhead sounds to the point ypu have migraines. Every couple months they turned mine up. I cant say enough good about them. I HIGHLY Reccomend.
