When I first came to Miracle Ear I was treated very well. Karen was very professional and patient with me in explaining the results of each test and what they meant not only as far as the devices, but in down to earth explanations. When I needed to have some additional adjustments made she was very interested in what I was experiencing and what I felt was going on . Hannah also was very accommodating in scheduling appointments for me and with paperwork.I am very happy with my choice to go to Miracle Ear; not only for the device I chose but for all the help from both Karen and Hannah.THANK YOU AGAIN!

It has been a little over a week since I got my hearing aids. WOW what a difference! I wish I would have gone to Miracle Ear along time ago. I CAN HEAR!!! Hannah at the front desk is so nice and friendly and Karen who is, my miracle worker, is amazing and totally awesome. I am amazed at the things I can now hear and I dont even know they are in. When I arrived at Miracle-Ear I knew very little about hearing aids, but I knew I needed help. Karen was great! She helped me in every respect. A couple days after receiving my hearing aids, I was spending a quiet evening at the lake. In the quiet of that evening, I realized I was now hearing a sound I hadn’t heard in years. It was the sound of aspen leaves, rustling in a light evening breeze.

The staff is very welcoming. I went there with my mom because her hearing was getting worse. Through out the process they provided nice pamphlets to help us learn about hearing loss. The best part was driving my mom home from her appt. with her new hearing aids and she could hear the blinkers in my vehicle as I made turns. She could hear the birds chirping and get all of the conversations when we talk to her now. She was so happy she adapted so well and can hear. You are a truly caring doctor and we are grateful for your help!

They got me hearing my TV again and talking on the phone. Absolutely found them to know exactly what you need for your situation. Awesome experience and ever so kind.

I purchased a pair of hearing aids in my 50s at a discount store that improved my hearing, for a while. However, over a decade it became more apparent that they were not keeping up with my hearing loss: Family members and co-workers got frustrated with me for constantly asking them to repeat themselves, or to fill me in on what I missed. And though I tried coping by reading lips, avoiding noisy environments, etc. I increasingly found myself nodding or saying things that were totally out of context because I was out of the communications loop. Bad situations made worse! A free hearing test at Miracle Ear really clarified for me how much I was missing: My wife Lana helped with the testing and it showed that even with my hearing aids in I was missing nearly half of what she said. It has been a year since Miracle Ear fit me with new aids and I have been really impressed by how well they work AND with their follow up routine. My only regret was that I waited so long!

Shady business practices and bad ownership. NOT handicap friendly parking. You can either pull over in front and risk being hit by a car, or pull in back and walk about 150ft to the front door.
