Put in an order this week. Waited and waited for shipping notification, finally called and asked what happened. Was informed the order never processed because it got flagged, but never received a call or notification from the company - apparently they were going to just let it sit until I called in??Now Im a week behind because LightsOnline couldnt be bothered to notify me of anything other than your order has been successfully placed!Buy elsewhere.

Put in an Order for a Minka-Aire Extreme H2O which after several days of not receiving any email notifications showing shipped out, I called and they say something is on back order and not sure when it’s going to be delivered. Should have just purchased from Amazon.

I recently was tasked with locating a couple of rustic ceiling fans that would compliment a vaulted ceiling cabin with a loft. I found a far better in stock selection here at lights online than even from Amazon! As a matter of fact no one else had the ones I wanted in stock! They also offer free shipping with a minimum purchase and use Fed Ex, another plus as they deliver on Saturdays whereas UPS doesnt! This was my first time ordering from them and we experienced a hiccup or 2 but they went above and beyond to assist me with my tight schedule for them. Next time I am shopping for fans and lights they definitely will be my FIRST stop as they also have a fantastic selection of fixtures I came across when looking for the fans, great prices along with the super customer service!! I just wish I had known about them sooner as I just finished remodeling an entire house and saw some gorgeous lights I want! So if you are new too them as I was, give them a try, you will be very pleased, as was I!
