Love this place!

I purchased a floor item chandelier but once it was taken down it was given to me without the bulbs. The sale rep totally misrepresented the sale.i feel the sale. Person definitely was deceptive because I even asked her about changing the bulbs to ensure they would last. Not once did she mentioned that bulbs wasnt included!! Until she handed it to me.

5:01pm with two customers standing at the main entrance on April 8th 2019. When she finally made eye contact after several knocks on the door, she rolled her eyes then asked what we wanted, without moving from her throne behind the reception desk. I told her I wanted to place an order of over $12000 of lighting fixtures, all she could say was it is 5:02pm we are closed. I’m on my way to another lighting store nearby that’s open until 6pm, I’m pretty sure they’ll take my money $$$$. Moral of the story, These types of employees never represent any organization too well when can’t compete in your own parking lot. Don’t waste your time here....

Have a vast assortment of cheap to expensive lighting, went to 5 different places before going here and those other places had nothing I was looking for. This place had a couple of choices I was looking for. Great price and very pleased I didnt have to go anywhere else.

They put together an awesome collection and variety in one place. I was looking online for chandeliers for a while and it is time consuming to go through the millions of listings. One visit here and I found what I wanted. A bit pricey but you get value for the price most of the time.

Was actually disappointed by the seeming limited selection of flush mount light fixtures. It you are looking for pendants or chandeliers then you will have an overwhelming selection.

An awesome amount of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans and furnishings that you dont see at the big box stores. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand to help if you need it, and dont get in the way of pleasant browsing.

Horrible service! I special ordered stair lights on 12/5/16. I cut open the sheetrock and wired accordingly. Finished the sheetrock, painted, scheduled an electrician to install. They called me on 12/21/16 to say the manufacturer doesnt make them anymore and they have none in stock. They did not even try to help me find an alternative. They only wanted to give me a credit and hang up the phone. This is a major problem for me and my client!

They had a great selection. I subtracted a star because of the receptionist was not friendly and the sales staff did not greet me when I came in.

Mrs Ann does not responsible or their wrong order & light bulb . It should be daylight not soft white and their prices away higher then anywhere elseNow I have too paid extra to put daylight bulb . Never recommend with service like this paid over prices and not what we expected
