Don’t even bother wasting your time coming here to sell anything. Literally brought basically brand new stuff of my sons that he outgrew and it was several boxes! They bought 4 outfits for $20 not to mention they were rude and watch me struggle to carry everything back out would even hold the door open. Would not recommend coming here period unless your buying!

It’s a great place for buying baby clothes but don’t recommend if you’re trying to sell your stuff, we went in there and gave them four bags filled with baby stuff and they gave us everything back expect for a few items and claimed that my baby’s clothes had stains on it when i checked everything before i even took it there. don’t recommend!!!

We tried to sell some clothes that were barely used. They only accepted the clothes that were used the most and they put the clothes back in the bag disorganized. Dont recommend.

I understand that there are several Once Upon A Child Establishments in the Greater Atlanta Area, but believe me when I say, that they are not all created equally. My favorite store is located in Duluth, Georgia. The Staff are so friendly and professional and the store is so well organized and pristine, until I look forward to shopping there often and I do. I love their clothing and all affordable just have to pick and choose on what you get I got over 30 items for my daughter & son for under $200 and I’m pleased! Definitely fits in my budget I usually don’t buy any new items due to one onesie being $22 at retail at other stores! I definitely recommend this store! They are always so helpful and they have $10 for 10 onesies! Will be back

Very disappointing! I came in with 6 pair of name brand shoes. They only offered 22 dollars for them all. Supposedly, they give half the value of the shoe. Thats not true! I looked up the value of all those shoes. That price they came up with was an insult. Never again

Don’t sell your items here. It’s not worth it even if you have BRAND NEW stuff.The offers are always a complete rip off, you’ll come with stuff thinking you’ll get $40-$50 and instead they offer a measly $5-$10. Then put your stuff on the shelves for 2-3 times what they offered you for it. TRASH!

Amazing place I always come here when I’m expecting. It’s my number one go to place, I’ve gotten all my cribs/ clothes from this place for both my two children. The women here are super sweet and helpful. Everything is always in good condition, the store is always neat and clean I’ve never had a problem ! Been shopping here for 2 years now.

The clothing I bought ended up being in pretty bad shape. I was in and out quickly due to COVID - I never expected the boots I bought my son to have completely dry rotted soles. There were also holes in the bottom of the feet of the honest sleeper I bought. I would have let that go because stuff happens, but buying $12 unusable shoes (they weren’t even in good enough shape to donate) was very upsetting.

Great clothes at great prices! I have 3 children that I shop for that are young. Due to their rapid growth, they go through so many clothes I almost cant keep up! I used to buy new everything but realized my coins were going down there drain so when I was introduced to this place I was on a new SAVINGS journey! I stop here FIRST every school year 😉

Ive visited this location several times and have had nothing but positive experiences! Everytime Ive brought items to sell theyve bought from me. I always get good deals especially using the Fivestars app. Not sure where some of these other negative reviews are coming from. Definitely recommend this location!

Went in today, with items outside of a bag, I asked an heavy set attendant) black hair) if she could give me an tag or something to tag items that were outside my bag, she then states we know their yours....this is where things got funky, then I say I dont want someone to come in and claim these items are theirs, with an attitude she then says, they wont..i began to get kinda annoyed, then another associate comes around and tags my items for me I thank her sincerely and exit the building for an 2 hour wait. Word of advice to the associate, we care about the items, we know its a job to u but at least be good at it, ur only sorting clothes sweetie could be worse👌

I absolutely wouldn’t refer anyone to go this location. The manager was so rude. This location will NEVER GET ANY BUSINESS FROM ME, FRIENDS AND FAMILY. The other employees were nice just the manager. I couldn’t let them continue buy my items with her attitude like that.

I walked in today and they didn’t knowledge my existence. I didn’t get a hello, may I help you or anything. I stayed in the store for 10 minutes and they looked at me a few times and kept doing what they were doing. A Hispanic woman came in after me and 2 of the employees spoke to her. That said enough for me right there. The clothes looked horrible and were overpriced. I won’t be visiting this location againNote to employees: if you speak to one customer, you need to speak to ALL customers regardless of race.

I had a HORRIBLE experience today. To me, customer service is everything and you could be the meanest person because of your demeanor. Its not what you say, its how its said. The employee Gabby is one of the individuals who gives this place a bad look. First off, its very unprofessional to be on your cellphone in the front area while youre on the clock and then pretend you dont see the customer when theyre asking a question. Get off your phone, the customers are the reason you can pay your cellphone bill! And secondly, if clothes are stained and damage, why are they on the shelf? Even more so, why are you not giving a discount for these items. I used to go to this store all the time but TODAY was my last time. Her attitude and demeanor was so bad that I immediately asked for a refund within 30 seconds after paying. They lost money today and a customer.

Found great things here. A friend told me about this place during my 1st pregnancy, back in 2012. They have a great selection of lightly used baby items. I only bought clothing and shoes but saw many nice toys, high chairs, strollers, etc. They also purchase gently used items. There were some great brand names available too for pennies on the dollar. I didnt give them 5 stars because the customer service is not that great. I witnessed the manager being very difficult a few times with customers, especially those trying to sell items. The process didnt seem seamless. But, if youre going in to buy and dont need much assistance youll find some great deals here.

These ladies are truly awesome! Thanks for understanding and dealing with a mom with 2 toddlers, and a 1 month old with a oversized stroller😂😂. I always have a pleasant visit and fast.

Great finds but the store manager is rude. Every time I have gone, I hear her talking down on an employee and making condescending remarks. It makes anyone feel uncomfortable to shop while hearing her remarks. If you ask her a question, she is short with you and cuts you off. Other than that, I enjoy the deals and discounts I get from signing up to get their texts.

I had a great experience at this Duluth location!!!! I had read the reviews a couple of months prior and was hesitant to go, but today I was tired of looking at all of my daughters clothes. I decided give it a chance today. Extremely wonderful staff, clean, and nice selection. I have been to quite a few locations in different states and this was by far the best experience!!!

You can sell clothes here for cash. Its pretty cool.

I usually like all the locations. But this one I did not feel welcome. I did notice I was followed around, im assuming because I looked suspicious. However, I was unsure of my purchases and was just trying to find a uniform for my son when he attends daycare. They seem to have attitudes and I wont be giving my money to this location.

On Monday during our shopping my baby dropped his buzz lightyear toy inside this store. I didn’t realize till I was about to go to my car. I came back and asked the cashiers but they didn’t even seem concerned. Well I looked around and didn’t find it on the ground. As a left the store outside a lady told me she saw the cashier with the toy. Most likely my son’s buzz lightyear is for sell at this location now !!!!

We drive over an hour just to come shop here. Everything is nice and neat. Great shopping experience!

The store is very congested. The aisles are way to narrow and only one person can comfortably stand in the aisle. They don’t have a large selection of boy 8 year old clothes and many of their clothes look to be more than used.

Its funny to me that they make up reasons to not purchase items, wrinkles, stain, its not a outfit Etc, but they will sale you all of the above! I took the same items they wouldnt purchase and took them somewhere else and they purchased everything, I make sure I keep my babys clothing in good shape but they always find a reason not to purchase something, and on top of that they give you chump change, I know that they are used but they purchased 28 items from me and I only received $27 dollars which means they gave me Ill round it up $1 for everything, with 2 pair of shoes, and the only way you know that theyve been used is by the bottom of the shoe, so they really cheat us! And its a couple of them that have bad attitudes! especially the one black girl! Now I really like the light skin lady with the curly hair I think shes the manager but shes really sweet! Im over this location

I came here a few times, very clean. The clothes, toys, and etc look practically brand new. I was going to go to Baby R us for a car seat. But ended up buying a car seat from once upon a child.

This location is lazy and they never have anything worth buying. The manager was rude and the checkers when I returned to get my bag was no better. Oh by the way anything not in a bin or container does not get looked at twice. The checker said and I REPEAT ITS NOT FLOOR READY THATS TO MUCH WORK TO GO THROUGH A BAG. I will never go back here just a waist of time.

I enjoy shopping at this tire because I find great clothing items for my toddler son at great prices. I can walk in and walk out with really nice gently used clothing items.

I originally went to this location because a client referred me here to get rid of some of my two year olds stuff. As soon as I walk in the girl was really friendly and nice as the other employees were behind the register talking garbage. As the girl began inspecting my daughters stuff she proceeds to tell me that the system generates an amount based on price (She looked it up online) and condition that it is in(I have 3 strollers because I’m constantly traveling so this particular stroller is almost brand new). So it comes time to inspect the stroller which is a travel system so it has the infant carrier piece for the stroller, the bassinet, and a piece that is meant for toddlers that are a little bigger. She looks at me and off of her dome tells me that the stroller is only worth $50. So initially I was fine with the $50 until it clicked that she just wanted to pull a price from her precious mind because what happened to the system generating a price? Almost insulting that she tried it. Never going back and would never recommend anyone to this location because I wouldn’t want anyone that I know to take their babies precious gems here all to get scammed.

Its s great place to buy shoes. I wish they accepted more trade ins though.

I only gave two stars because I find good buys here but after today Im never coming back. The staff is very rude and lets just say if youre not Latino/Hispanic expect half ass service. Ive been told my clothes Ive tried to sell had stains which made them unsellable (but honestly I would never sell stained clothes) but Ive encountered NUMEROUS items in that store with obvious staining you could spot a mile away. Plus today I overheard(understatement cause they were talking very loud) the staff bad mouthing a manager about not giving someone a day off! Can we say unprofessional. I rather just take my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed. I am usually a avid shopper between Once Upon a Child and another local hildrens 2nd hand store. I typically go between to the two stores to find the best deals, however after my experience today at Once Upon a Child I feel like they are luring customers in with promises of coupon discounts and then not honoring them.I recieved a text a few days ago for a $5 off coupon that expired today. The text message said the coupon will automatically show up on my account. When making my purchase I inquired about my $5 off coupon. They said it wasnt in the system and couldnt honor it. I showed them the text and she verified the expiration date as today. However she said sometimes they will expire at a certain time. Which was not stated anywhere in the text message. Now that I have taken the time out of my day to drive all the way to this location to purchases needed items I am basically forced to purchase the items without the discount or leave the items and spend more time and energy going somewhere else. No one has time for that. As a result, I will no longer recommend OUAC to family and friends, nor will I continue to purchase items from this store. I would encourage others to be careful when given coupons from OUAC because they wont honor them!

The store is clean and well organized. But its overpriced and its lacking in the the 24 months girls clothing. But when theres a sale I will shop here. The text sales events are a nice touch.

I have been shopping and selling at this store for 5 years period recently the entire staff has switched hands a couple times the latest people there make the store a bad experience especially Susan. I cant stand Susan. She is rude. I have been followed around the store by her I have been asked where my items were that I was looking at as if I was stealing because I change my mind and put them back. Shes also demand to see my ID for them to appraise clothing that I wanted to sell other than selling to the store for five years. I asked him was it something new when she went on to say in a rude tone that its always been the policy yet she didnt ask the hispanic women before me for their IDs. When she got my ID she did absolutely nothing with it. She constantly tries to lowball you four items that youre selling as well. So I go to Snellville location where Im actually valued and the customer service is great. The store seems to be becoming really Latina based which is fine and all but dont act funny towards other people. I dont know if she has some type of social issue or what but she is honestly the worst person in the store and I dont plan on returning there just because of her. They really need to reevaluate their staff

Items are priced at a fair price. When you sell things to them, they do try to give you the lowest dollar possible.

Took $300 worth of name brand baby girl clothing and items . Some with tags still attached . Told me they would contact me in 3 hours . When I received the text I called and asked what the offer was they stated that they could not tell me over the phone lil hilarious . I already knew it was bs . Got there and they slid me a piece of paper that said $15 . YES I SAID FIFTEEN DOLLARS !!! That wasn’t a typo . lol this place is comical . Run Run Run don’t waste your time

Me my mother-in-law and my husband both shop at this store and the service is acceptable if your buying something, however when we brought clothes to sell they treat us as if we are criminals. My husband went up there today and was helped by a black woman who treated him so ugly he almost drove across town to another location. It was a 30 minute wait and they refuse to accept a pair of shoes still in the box, brand new clothing items and only gave us a couple dollars for a small bike. When finished and asked if hed like to purchase anything the same black lady who wasnt even taking him said No he never buys anything. I have worked customer service a long time and never treated my customer this badly. Its a shame thats how you treat your customers when we supply most of your inventory. I know if I was there Id have handle her attitude but I will make sure next time I will address her and her attitude.

It takes a while before I give a bad review as I believe everyone is allowed to has their moment but this place has just done it to me. I shop all the time,filled 3 customer cards they stamp when u spent $10. if you are at the register already with your items, great, they ring you up and send you on your way but if you have any questions or are interested in selling items to them good luck they are so rude and disrespectful. I have driven around for a week with items in my trunk that I want to sell but everytime I go in theyre yelling and screaming and talking about Customers and very unapproachable. All 57 can be working that day, not 1 will help you! I shopped during the holidays where a nice lady opened the door for me, asked me if I needed any help and was very sweet and thanked me for shopping. I can only assume she was either a bigger manager or owner of the store. She was awesome but she had her employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off because they are not normally into customer service. Ive worked retail for 11 yrs from bottom positions to management. You can not treat people this way. Their are so many people without work that would love a position like this full of family but if a requirement to work there is rudeness and being unprofessional then they have succeeded. Maybe Ill try another location but wont frequent as much since duluth is closer.

Rude employees and the manager isnt any better! They also act like they buy all brands of clothes but they dont! Theyll pick one or two items out of a whole pile. Their clothes and shoes on the racks are really worn down but they turn down clothes pretty much brand new. Dont waste your time here!
