The staff was up-to-speed on the current games and helped me find a game -- I didnt know which game to get for myself and Ive been enjoying their recommendation.This location also felt cleaner somehow. Im not sure how to describe it because all Game Stop locations basically look the same.They did have the standard counsel games youd expect. Im not sure about the selection of their used games or retro systems though. I was not looking for those this visit.

Dundalk gamestop is a nice store plagued by nerdy entitled employees with arrogant attitudes. Worker with glasses and a neck beard got smart with my son (whos 13) simply for not knowing which cash register to approach. Took every ounce of restraint to keep from telling him off.

This is one of the best if not the best GameSpot Ive ever stopped at. Maybe it was the employees that wowed me more then the actual store which was filled with inventory clean and very inviting. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable This is the norm at my usual Gamestop but not at all of then so I was pleasantly surprised when I got service I usually only get when I go to the same store Ive been going to forever!! This was a unique Gamestop from all the others. There was more collectables and cloths than video games. The staff was cool and helpful. They could order any video game or collectible for us not in the store.

Staff is really nice

Due to Christmas Ive been there 3 times this week. All 3 times the associates were super helpful and attentive. Im not sure of the girls name but she was especially helpful.

The staff are friendly and the line moves fast. However apparently now there are required to keep game boxes on the shelf even if they are sold out. It was fairly frustrating grabbing things and standing in line only to be told everything I grabbed was sold out. They said it was a new policy they had to follow. I guess Ill stick with online orders.

Love this Game Stop. Friendly knowledgeable staff and huge selection of new and used Games and March. Mostly, I love the no questions asked warranty they offer for next to nothing when you buy pretty much anything from Game Stop. It covers ANYTHING(except loss or theft)!! I mean you could bring back a system in a hundred PIECES or a game thats broke in half and they will replace it for free! With a 9 year old son, I cant tell you how much I appreciate that! It definitely my go to spot for all things video game!

This is one specific experience which Im sure is an outlier, but the store should be aware of what works and what doesnt, so I wanted to type it and air my grievances.I went there to reserve Links Awakening on the Switch. Out of all the things that the dude tried to upsell me on (buying protection for the game, reserving additional games, signing back up for GameStop Pro, trading in games for an additional 20% toward the reserved game), he somehow failed to mention that there was a Dreamers Edition of Links Awakening that I could have gotten instead. The limited collectors edition that includes a cool art book.He bombarded me with a laundry list of things I didnt need, but ironically didnt mention the one thing I would have sprung for. And it left me disappointed, when I left the store with no extras, after learning that Target was giving out special edition pins with the game, and Walmart had the game for $10 cheaper. Made me wonder why the heck I reserved the game here in the first place.

This reflects his employees. Making them lack in this area. I can go on with witnessing with my own eyes not delivering good service to a family of a different race. Watch Bill delightful cater to the same race as he is. This rubs me wrong. I dont like to be touch inappropriately. From this I would not recommend this store. Thanks.I will add no matter you Race, Gender, Background, or Religion. We should give everyone equally respect, and curiosity.

I have been to a few, moved around a bit, but this one and its people keep me coming back. I get its Dundalk but this is THE GameStop to me.

Its always so friendly when i go in there, yes the lines may be a little long but if you need information on a game or their opinion they will take all the time they need to help you. Even if they risk losing a sale, theyll still tell you exactly how they feel about a certain game. Great place to shop for games. Id much rather wait in line for a few more minutes over bring rushed and brushed off to just get me out the door.

Came in to get my wife a game, spent 30 minutes and no one helped us until we hit the clearance rack THEN they were quick to push for a sale on toys and shirts NOT what we came for. Their used games are only 5-10 dollars cheaper than new

The customer service was very poor. I had the opportunity to not be assisted by Luke. With every question he would cut me off, to the point that I was offended enough to ask him if he was alright. In addition, not sure if it was lack of knowledge, or simply not caring demeanor. Wont be returning to this Location ever again. Also, the pre-owned games I received had smudges on it. When I brought this to his attention he used his fingers and shirt to clean it off.

Whoever is checking the used games for scratches is doing a horrible Job. More times than not, they are scratched to hell and dont work. Do not buy pre used games from this location. Also the staff is super slow, expect to spend atleast 30 mins in store without a line.Most of these reviews are BS to boost store popularity

Tried to trade in games, but the lady there was super rude. She was very rude to the guy before me trying to trade in also. Heard her saying to them that they should try the pawn shop if he wants more money for his games. After she deducted like 40 dollars off my trade saying no one would buy my games in this condition i told her nevermind. She just grabbed my games and three them in a bag with no care. Very disappointing.

I bought a horizon game my ps4 not only did they not give me a the correct case (which they had plenty of) but once I got home it had the red box sticker with the bar code on it and it had scratches and chipped pieces of the game missing smh I returned in and got another one and the case looked as if it was chewed up smh like why didn’t you just give me the case from the shelf smh never going back here

I was able to trade in a PS3 and games to get my grandson a PS4 and got good price

No seriously, they dont answer the phone. Ive actually watched someone call the store while inside, as one of two customers, and the phone was not answered. I understand phone calls make people uncomfortable, but, you know. Please train someone to be more comfortable with it. Other than that, the people are usually friendly. Stock can at times leave a little to be desired but that might just be the video gaming industry in general- you can get everything online these days.Still my favorite gamestop tho. Still my favorite.

Great customer service that went the extra mile

Never had a problem with this place until today when i went to buy a playstation plus card the cashier didnt seem to care if i had a good experience or not in the store. He didnt ask if i had a power up card, he didnt ask if i had any pre orders or if i want to place pre orders on any future games. Maybe im just spoiled by the excellent service i always receive from the laurel location, in which they make sure the customer leaves satisfied not just trying to rush to the next customer like the cashier i had the misfortune of dealing with this evening. I wont be returning to the east point mall location anymore. ✌

Bought used Smash Brothers game and $3 warranty on disc. Got home and the disc would not play. The very next day, took it back and they would not give a full refund. They sold me a bad disc and I had to pay $3 dollars for privilege of disappointing my children. The absolute worst in customer service.
