Revolving door for staff

I went to Verizon on Merritt Blvd over a week ago to inquire about new phones for my employees. I was greeted by a woman who was outstanding. She answered all my questions with certainty and was very pleasant. I was about to make a purchase when I overheard the merchant Joshua speak to a guest in the most abhorrent, distasteful manner. He was literally having a shouting match with a couple. I almost forgot we were in a store. All the other employees looked around as if it was normal. My colleague and I were so dismayed I acted unbothered telling the woman we’d comeback another day. I’m in the business of hospitality and if I ever heard my employees talk to a guest like that, they’d be censured immediately. I’ve been to this location before but never knew they were this barbaric. These third party vendors are giving Verizon a bad name. Unless you’re in the mood for verbal combat go to the store in White Marsh.

Visited the store a few weeks ago with my mom to get her a phone and spoke with Josh. He was very patient and kind with her which is not very common these days. I will definitely be back to see him when it’s time to upgrade my phone!

This was by FAR one of the BEST experiences I have had in a phone store. Josh was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end and went above and beyond to ensure that BOTH of my teens could get their upgrades at the same time. When my husband andI are ready to upgrade, I will be going back to this store for Josh! And he is a pretty good listener too!

Definitely room for improvement with their customer service. Reopening after the COVID shut down may have had the associates a little rusty, but I think greetings and curiosity should never be forgotten. When I walked in, I was not greeted and when I was finally waited on, I wasnt asked for my information to pull up my account. Typically, Verizon asks for your number so they can see what youre eligible for. The dude mentioned a deal, but if he had asked for my information he would have known what offers I had for an upgrade. I called customer service and they took care of me. Wont return to this location again.

I was helped by a young woman name Christina. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Walked in at 6 and walked out the door with a new phone at 6:30. Highly recommend this store due to her and her coworkers’ attitudes and down to earth personalities.

The young woman who worked with me Saturday evening was incredibly helpful. Though we did not sort out my problem with an ebay phone, she gave me a plan of action. She conducted herself as if this was her successful business--professional, polite, intellectually curious. --Cheers to you and thank you again.

After spending 2 hours on the phone with tech support, I stopped by and spoke with Greg. 10 minutes later, problem solved. The staff were extremely helpful and quick. Will come back here for any future phone needs.

Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable. Listened to all me needs and what I wanted to accomplish. Made great recommendations. I actually was able to get a better plan and new devices with little out of pocket and not much added to my monthly bill. Definitely earned my future business and will recommend to all I know.

My wife tried buying an i7 cable. She’s no good with phones but asks questions. The guy was rude and agitated when he couldn’t get her to update. He raised his voice and said “you don’t know anything”. Snatched the charger and slammed it back on the wall. She was so upset we called Corprate Verizon and told them about the assault. His desk said Christopher but customer service told us it was Josh. Audrey in Verizon customer service was great and said TCC makes up names and change seats to trick you when they do something bad. This store is under inspection for poor customer service.

Had an issue with my bill, data usage, and my phone.Not only did Justin, the owner, personally see to my needs, he addressed every issue, made me feel like they were actually listening, didnt take advantage like a corporate store, and fixed all my issues. He was able to lower my bill, get me into a new device that was actually good quality and not something cheap and a waste of moneyI love my new Galaxy S9 and my lower bill!!Thanks Justin for all that you did!I will definitely be recommending your store to my friends.

This is the only location I go to now because of Tyler. He is amazing, so professional, and I always walk out happy. Definitely Verizon’s best sales associate. I highly recommend if you go to this location ask for Tyler.

We purchased our phones and accessories from TCC Verizon in Merritt Shopping Center. The staff there is incredible. Chris Logan, store manager, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Totally pleasant experience.

By far the best Verizon/Cellphone experience I’ve ever had. Two days ago I was a unhappy T-Mobile customer. Walked in for a phone charger, met the owner Justin, and I walked out with a new phone, new service, and it was a great decision. He got my bill exactly where I wanted it, unlimited data AND a new Galaxy S9.Highly recommended! They treat you like family!Will definitively be going back next time I need anything.Make sure you ask for Justin. I’ve never see an owner take pride and such compassion in his work and be hands on I stores like that.If it’s not Justin’s Verizon, I’m not going.10 Stars!!!! Not 5

Definitely suggest going to this location for anything. Questions, activations, purchases, etc!! They know what theyre talking about and they actually do their jobs instead of just trying to get you to spend money.Shout out to Josh Reyes for all of his help and hardwork in getting mine and my grandmoms phones to activate and work properly!

Josh Reyes is an amazing machine! He was working with 2 clients when I walked in at 7:45 PM to ask if he could assist with my iPhone internet laptop connection. He said he would try and fit me in to uncover my problem and made the correction immediately. Josh demonstrates serious skills! Be sure to ask for him, youll be glad you did. Thanks Josh!

Shane was Da Bomb !! He helped me during a very stressful situation ( 16 y olds) phone died on a Friday evening right before a holiday. He explained everything to me and helped me make the proper decisions.

I came here recently to pay my phone bill, and ended up walking out with a brand new phone AND a lower bill. The customer service was very fast and very efficient. I knew what I was signing, what I was getting, and was the first store that actually explained everything to me as a customer and not like I was stupid. I was treated like family.Tyler is definitely the guy to ask for.Highly recommend coming here for ALLL your future verizon needs.

Really wish I knew what Tcc was. The sign out front says Verizon, and nothing else, and when I try to find a Verizon store, its confusing when it is labeled as something else. Good service, but they need to point out the out of pocket costs up front. The free phone wasnt free, and I was pre-charged tax on both phones instead of letting me make payments.

Only one employee was there serving last customer when I walk in but I felt ignore but he did ask me if I want help I told him my problem but he said he will look into it but keep chatting with his customerI told him I just want to make sure I used to have Verizon 4 yrs ago but same phone can be turn to as prepaid phone I wait at least 30 to 40 mins then I walk out
