The lady at the store put a screen protector on my phone and it fell off 3 days later. When I called to tell them and see if they would put another one on, I was treated very poorly and told they dont do refunds. I told the person I didnt want a refund, just a replacement, because my screen protector should not come off after three days. They just told me it wasnt their problem and hung up on me. Do not go to this store the people are rude and clearly incompetent at their jobs.

I havent been to this store in about a year due to an old employee with the horrible service he gave me but I went today to give them another chance and had the best service from Brandi. She was amazing and helped me with everything I needed plus more and also had great customer service. I recommend everyone to switch their service to metro pcs and come to this store to have her help you out. You wont regret it😀 the new manager is also nice as well😀

If I can give 0 star I will doI bought yesterday a new phone after few hours I tried to charge it but it was not rechargeableI went to the store. I have been told that they dont have a refund or replacement policy .U wast ur money with these guys .

I would give zero stars if I could. 1. I bought a new phone last year because my screen cracked upon receiving my new phone I couldnt log into my email account despite using my password and I was told it was because my account didnt recognize the device..makes no sense considering isnt that the purpose of a password. 2. I have unlimited internet and pay $50 and Im getting 4g speed(that barley works when Im in my apartment)I go to pay my bill and notice an advertisement for 5g speed unlimited $50 so I asked why I was not receiving 5g speed...the girl at this location simply just rebooted my internet speed and it made no difference..so I got to the location on wise ave and ask about the 5g speed unlimited for $50 and this girl tells me we dont offer 5g speed...WOW. So dont waste your money or time. Do yourself a favor choose another carrier.

I went in after buying a phone that was not working and the girl with long black hair said she would put my number in her phone and call me tomorrow let me know my new phone would be ready at the metro PCs on shipping place. I never received that phone call. I waited a half hour just to speak to her in line. I do not recommend and I will call corporate and switch phone company. That was wrong. Its now been over two weeks.

Horrible service... I didnt get the name of the employees working here... The service was pretty unprofessional... They were talking with some guu and didnt gave me the attention i needed... They didnt made me feel valued as a customer... They roll their eyes at me and made me feel i was taking away their time... Ill try to avoid this store so should everyone...

Do notttt use this metro. Thw store manager is rude the moment you walk in! You would think they would want the sale but instead she would rather turn me away then listen and try to help. If this green haired monster is the store manager id hate to meet anyone else !!!

When my new phone stopped working they immediately put in an order for another one free of charge and I didnt have to wait a long time to receive the new one.

A terrible experience, its under new management and its dreadful. Just dont go to this one. Honestly steer clear of all MetroPCS locations and just do it yourself. Most of the employees are uneducated and know nothing of phones.
