I’ve been here 3-4 different times and i’m treated with the most disrespectful attitudes each time for 0 reason. Do not go here and give these people commission. Every single last employee here is rude. If you need help from associates who ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP YOU, go to the T-Mobile up the street near the Pat’s Pizza. I’ll never step foot in here again. Do better.

Kyle is outstanding. He’s very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to walk us through all the features as well as retrieving all of our photos and files from our old phones as we prepared to get our new phones. Thanks so my for outstanding service.

The staff working in this location is perfect. Very helpful and polite. The helped me to solve my problemas fast and I didnt need to wait like other stores. If you have the opportunity to go there, ask for Liz, she is a very helpful employee.

Kyle is awesome every time we go to sprint! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He remembers us - that type of customer service is unheard of these days.

I’m a frequent shopper at the sprint store on 1153 Merritt Blvd in Dundalk md. I always get greeted with a pleasant smile. The agents there is very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products in store. I even had a few friends shop there as well and they were very pleased. Keep up the great work and we will see you soon.

Ive been with Sprint for over six months and Ive been coming to the Dundalk store ever since and Im very pleased with the service that Ive gotten specially from Liz. I think shes an asset to the company. Shes very knowledgeable, and always helps me with my questions about my phone.

I will not let any other Sprint store employee touch my Sprint account nor my phones except for KYLE at the Sprint store in Dundalk! I used to live near that location and have since moved 30min away. There is a corporate Sprint location near my home yet I choose to take the drive to Kyle for any and all Sprint issues/concerns PERIOD! Competent is an understatement! Kyle knows what he’s doing. He’s a genius and has no interest in ripping people off. Kyle is not a friend of mine & this is not a phony review. Listen up people!

Had erased all phone and Sprint service man fixed now works perfectly thank you Sprint excellent service

I wanted to move my service over to Sprint after doing a great deal of research. I walked in and the young lady working was not personable and seemed very uninterested in assisting me. She didnt smile and spoke minimally. I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Dont waste your time..go to another location!! I get that the CSR was less than product informed but when we both engaged the mgr about the offer in his store and on the desk..he acted as if we were intruding on his personal time! I asked if it could be ordered from another store. I was told rudely YOU can check with other stores and if you can find it there ..buy it there!! You cant expect employees to care when mgmt doesnt!!! I only went there because when I started my acct.,the rep BRANDON was AWESOME!! Wish I knew what location he moved to!

Over all the store manger there is very rude and doesnt help out ive seen when it comes to cleaning up at the end of the day through the qWindow he does nothing at all and when I went in last time he was very rude to me and the workers there hes not fit for a management position.

Brandon was awesome. He always looks out for customers and the entire staff is knowledgeable and courtesy.

Was a Verizon customer changed to sprint but didnt have other phones that I needed to transfer over so only did mine. Rep told me I could come back in to transfer other numbers and phones over when I could get them together. He didnt exactly explain everything to me bc was with another family member and by time he got to me bc I wasnt planning on switching until I inquired, he just didnt seem into helping me.

I was with Metro pcs terrible service until I decide to switch to Sprint, my experience at the store was great, the lady was very helpful and patience showing me how use the phone and explain in details my new bill, very happy with my new phone and service.
