Giant WAS my go to store. At least 2xs a wk. 9 out of 10 xs I would go in the evening. NEVER had an issue. On 2 different occasions, when I had shopped during the day at self check out, I got asked did I ring up my water. (Which I had already done) Now I do understand the employees up front can not watch everyone. And asking me wasnt really the issue. It was how I was approached about it. Rudely, and accusingly. The 1st time I was a bit taken back, but the 2nd time! I was angry! And the person had the same demeanor when they asked me. Shopped there a few more times, but Giant shelves are no where near as stocked as they used to be. So it hasnt been hard for me to to shop at Weis. They usually always have what I need, and I HAVE NEVER had a problem in their self check out lines.

This Giant Food is always clean and well stocked. They offer a wide selection of products including quality produce. The prices are a little high, but deals can be found in their sale ads and online digital coupons. Self-checkout is a good option if you are not buying many items. Otherwise, you may find there is only one or two regular checkouts open which leaves you with two choices—either wait in a line or become a cashier and ring up yourself. This latter of which can be an unpleasant option if you have a full cart and/or many produce items. Produce items, as many know, are not the easiest to ring up unless you have been working the self-checkout as a free cashier for quite some time. Overall I would give this store 5 stars if not for the slow checkout options.

They are pretty good, thats where I do a lot of my grocery shopping. They just really need to work on their produce department. A lot of times when things are on sale in the produce department, they either dont have them or its not fresh. They also need to have more registers open with human beings. Not everyone in the world is eager to eliminate a persons job. Other than that, I think its a good store.

I love Giants grocery store. I love the gas points.

I go there for was diabetic ice creams and diabetic cookies and the fresh fruit

Gaint gets pricey but glad its here. I have reptiles and a personal need for fresh veggies and fruit. Not prechopped and bagged. Great variety and they always last longer. To me that means alot. ...Fresh... Very nice stocked seafood counter as well. So I get my bargains at the other stores in the area but on items where there is no skimping and only freshness matters well Gaint it is. Humm wonder how a super Walmart stacks up. Maybe they will not have fresh.. LOL

Always a pleasure. I find everything I need. Even on short notice for cooking meals if I dont have it at home I can make a emergency stop there and be satisfied. The workers are focused on their tasks but dont seem to mind to take a moment to direct you or answer questions. So far I have had pleasant experiences there. Hopefully they keep up the good work.😃

Prices are just ok, very high on their soda but its very clean, employees are nice and willing to help and is always stocked in priducts

We bought a cake for my nephew’s 3rd birthday that was dinosaur themed. There’s supposed to be a volcano, it’s cake with strawberry purée slapped on top very sloppily. Never ordering from their bakery again.

I want to say a big thank you for the employees at Giant working on Christmas Day. The lines were long to be expected and that didnt even bother me because they were the only grocery store open on this special day.I would of been out yesterday but I had to work till 5pm and all the stores were closed by that time.Merry Christmas to all of you.

Saw the most disgusting thing today...bakery worker was outside smoking... walks back into store straight to bakery and starts filling a piping/pastry bag. She did not wash or sanitize her hands first... I will never order from this bakery again.

Its a pretty nice Giant, nothing too crazy. They usually have a bunch of deals and sales going which is nice and the staff is usually very friendly.

Not as happy as I used to be. This Giant had such a big employee turnover anymore.There are still some of the people that have been there forever. They are all friendly and nice. While slightly more affordable than smaller grocery chains, their prices are exceptionally high when compared to those of Wegmans. Product selection is the same case (more options than smaller chains, fewer options than Wegmans).

Great place to shop! I love the variety of products they sell. Love the new wing bar but only complain is that they never seem to have it set up by 11 am. Parking space is good.

L really like this save a lot its clean, proces fair. They gave a better variety compare to other save a lots. The staff is friendly and they are well stocked.

They have good sales and marked down items. Maneuvering can be a pain because some customers use the middle of the aisle as a social club. Stockers often obstruct even more aisles and I feel like maybe the customers should just stay home so they can stock the store. The Scan It self-checkout is great.

Product choice and produce freshness is very good but there are never (I mean never) enough cashiers no matter when you go. In addition they always seem to be stocking the shelves at the busiest times. I call these things poor management.

Excellent pharmacy

Thank you to the cashier(Linda) for asking the man behind me to step 6 foot back as I was putting my food up on the conveyor to check out. He was standing so close behind me. Giant cares about social distancing, it means alot.

Everything was clean, neatly organized and well lit. There were no issues with parking or finding carts to use either. I used the self checkout and dropped one of my items, and an employee cleaned it up and got me another one without hesitation. Fantastic service!

Horrible store. They harass people.

This was a really good store to grab what you need, or stop to grab some lunch. But lately the quality of service and what they have to offer has gone completely down hill. The salad bar always looks like someone dug threw it and decided to leave a couple things here and there. They take hours to restocking and most people in that area seem to have an attitude about restocking it.

Got out early for elderly nothing on shelves. Said they haven’t unloaded trucks. How are we supposed to know if the shelves are stocked. ESP

A great place to shop! Ive been going to Giants since 2011, and despite the higher costs to purchase food there, the selection is the best Ive seen with the exception of the commissary on Fort Meade, which is a massive store. Their Deli is always hopping, as is the Bakery. The store is always clean....I have NEVER seen it in bad shape. The best part is, the employees dont act like pretentious douche bags, that dont want to help you. They actually know their jobs, and do it with a smile on their faces.

Waited at the deli counter for 15 mins. The clerk told me she had to complete a kiosk order. Dam I thought face to face costumers came first. Sorry costumer service.

Couldnt find anything I needed. The aisles have direction signs. Wont be going back.

Giant is a good store. great variety in most products. median to + on price, but worth it on savings in produce. nice meat and seafood.

Best produce selection out of the main grocery stores in the area... The sale prices (for the fruits & vegetables) are typically lower than other stores and the quality is superior as well. Overall, Giant is pricier than I like, but the atmosphere is pleasant, the store is bright & clean, and the employees are friendly.

I was able to find all my items. Always a great shopping experience, store well stocked.

It was very nice. I did self check out and didnt mess it up. Yea for me. All thu doing self check out might put a regular cashier out of work. So I wont do it again. Sorry cashiers.

I really love Giant but their service in the deli department has been rough for months. Im not a big complainer(I have complained 1/time in those many months). Weekends are the worst day or evening. I have to wait 20 or more minutes sometimes to get waited on. Many people shop while they wait for their deli order. However I do not do my main shopping there anymore. Usually just run in to grab the deli meats.
