I am new to the Dundalk area and so far I absolutely love the area. I need a clean, and professional storage company and Extra Space Storage is perfect.

Dave was so helpful even though there were so many people in and out seeking help, he got to everyone promptly. The units are excellent and so clean you could eat off the floor. I was a little surprised by a insurance fee added to the unit but it is protecting my stuff so no biggie. Climate controlled, cameras everywhere, easy access. I would definitely come here again.

Joann was amazing! Her expertise and guidance helped us choose the unit to best suit our needs. The units are nice and clean, climate controlled and camera controlled which gives me peace of mind. It’s a new facility so it’s very clean and neat. I was treated well, even though I’ve never really stored anything and had no idea what I should rent.I think I have it figured Out however, the facility by me closes at 10pm.You are unable to gain access, I had an actual emergency that cost me hundreds of dollars and a lot of pain, that could have been avoided, had the facility been open later. For that reason and that reason alone, I gave the facility a lower score.Aside from that, it’s clean, kept neat has great security in place, and a clean bathroom. Incredible!

I just need to say Thank You Melanie. I walked in the office just before closing. Melanie helped me find the size unit I needed. She didnt mind staying to rent me the unit when it was after closing.

Was looking for a storage unit so stopped at Extra Space Storage to see what they had available and to check out the facility. It was recently built. I was impressed with security, amenities and layout. I was more impressed with David Lee, Store Manager. He was courteous, knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to work with. Cant wait to store my goods there.

I started looking at the Rossville Blvd location, but they didn’t have the size I needed. So, Kiki set me up with David at the Merritt Blvd location. The contactless process was sooooo easy!! Nuff said!!I did forget to say one of the other things I REALLY liked is the loading zone AND the flatbed hand trucks waiting just inside for your use!!! Dave and Ashley was wonderful. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed and they had no problem help me. Dave showed me three different units before I decided.
