The facility is very clean and was cleared of the snow. The rates are affordable for both the insurance and the units. And Russ the staff member that waited on me and with whom I spoke with over the phone was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility and that you ask for Russ in particular.

Honestly a great place, weve been through alot of rough things but the team here made things so easy and even made us laugh... This is a great place so definitely come here if you need a place to store something!

Every time I go to pay my monthly bill .....no one is ever in the office ....either at another facility for employee meeting, at lunch or somewhere else......so then I have to go another day or depending on pay days end up with ridiculous late fees

Went in looking at prices and the manager Russ was a big help in explaining the different unit and prices.

Recently, I had trouble with the rollers on the garage type door of my unit. The manger, Russ, took care of the matter immediately and had the door repaired as soon as possible. He has always been very professional and willing to resolve any issue. I would highly recommend this business for your storage needs.

There was a mix up with me having 24 hour access and was unable to gain access after normal operating hours. I called the emergency number and the assistant Linda worked diligently to help me gain access. Although, Linda was unable to grant me access her effort speaks volumes to her commitment and dedication to life storage. Thanks Linda.I went to the facility this morning and had access. I walked to the office to inquire about my account and 24 hour access. Before I stepped into the office and could utter two words, Russ apologized for the mix up and explained what happened. I was impressed of his quick response and his professionalism. Great job Russ. Thank you.

I service this property through my pest control company and just wanna take time to say Ive noticed an improvement on the site since russ has been here.

The unit was great for our needs. We were packing up to sell/ renovate and list our home in order to move. It was great location right off beltway and no issues with access to load and unload. 😁

Prices are a little high but its clean and secure

This is an awesome storage facility. Me and my husband Had to visit the facility for another business matter and we were so impressed with the manager Russ we actually left our storage facility and moved all our stuff to Life Storage. He has a great attitude and is just very easy to deal wiith The prices are competitive and I also so far havent seen any signs of rodents or bugs which is great.

Russell is the best!! Actually everyone there is awesome!! They have been so awesome and helpful with my storage unit. I highly recommend using them with all your storage needs. The customer service is amazing, and the response time when you need a call back is the same day. I couldnt be happier with my storage choice then them!! Thanks guys!!

My main man Russ did a good job of taking care of me and my wife today. He had us in and out of there in less than 30 mins - ever tho there were 2 customers ahead of us, he moved at lightning speed to make sure we were accommodated. Would highly recommend this place - it is very clean and tidy.

Do not use this place . its 105 degrees in the building. Your stuff will be ruined by extreme heat. Ive been with them for a year now the workers inside are vert rude and wont help with anything. Not even werre any carts may be. They just say somewhere on the grounds. They do not care aboit the corona virus impact on peoples jobs . there is another storage place 2 min away on north point please use them. They want your business .

All I have to say is everyone there has been 100% great with me and everything completely friendly and they’re good people but a special shout out to Russ Everything going on with this Covid and being out of work and my accident as well I was there today and what a great help that man was to me he has helped me more than anyone else has I give him eight stars

Just realized our storage bin was robbed tonight and someone went in cut our lock and stole half our stuff then put a new lock on. After speaking with other customers apparently they also are having a similar problem. very suspicious since the place has security cameras.
