This is truly the most deplorable service “one way van lines” is really a one way service that pleases only their company. If you want quality do NOT use this moving company. If you want the bare minimum of what you should get from a moving company do NOT use one way van lines. Items worth up to $1000.00 were simply not delivered. They were stolen. An entire guitar, Dyson fan, blender, 6foot bookcase, a red children wagon to name a few were not delivered. Just missing. When asked how a 6 foot book case could go missing they said they did not see it in their ware house. I have damages to almost every piece of furniture from chipped corners of chairs to black stains on ivory furniture, broken glasses. We paid for full packing and unpacking. To start with, the moving time was shifted 3 times. When the company finally arrived, they were 12 hours late from the 3rd agreed times and showed up at 10pm and finished at 3 am. They did not walk with enough packaging to pack the items. They said they were not informed that it was a full pack even though we spent an hour on the phone with them beforehand discussing the dimensions of the items in the home. They started cursing in my home about the job they were paid to do. They proceeded to request to use my personal clothing items to wrap mirrors, glasses and fragile items, even though we paid for wardrobe boxes for the clothes. They demanded we use our wardrobe boxes for other items because the boxes were larger and could hold more. On their breaks they continued to curse loudly outside and disturbed our neighbors and even intimidated them when the neighbors started to complain. The packers started even asking about the cost of my guitar and now it along with many other items is missing. Even though we paid for a full unpack, we were left with multiple unopened boxes, disassembled pieces of furniture and a cracked TV screen. They added last minute charges of over $500.00. I would advise anyone to save the $3000.00 plus in losses and go with a better company any other company would probably do. They have no accountability for their actions and instead of trying to help and rectify the wrong done, they blame the customer and put you to speak to someone with a British accent to try to calm you down. I have moved several times and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any moving company. They will be reported to consumer affairs and will be hearing from my legal team. Strongly do NOT recommend using this company. They will be hearing from my legal team. Pictures paint 1000 words. See the photos below .
We had a nightmare experience with this company. The packers that came were very careless and instead of carefully packing things, just shoved them into boxes. We had boxes of pasta and cereal that were just thrown in and heavy items put on top of that resulting in a huge mess (see pics). Also, I have a $275 luggage bag and $180 speakers that are now missing and are nowhere to be found. Several items of furniture were also damaged. I would never use them again.
Kept upping the price or adding in extra fees at every stage of the move, changed the move date four times and then were weeks late in delivering, several of my things are missing after the move, and clearly my boxes were not treated gently, as things inside were very battered. The seemingly low initial price is misleading, and extra costs are buried in the fine print of the contract. Strongly do not recommend using this company.Edit in reply to the reply: I was charged the shuttle fee, in addition to a $225 fee for the stairs the movers had to climb, in addition to a fee for the hallway the movers had to walk down at my pickup location. These fees were not mentioned at the time of my booking, otherwise I would have budgeted for them. I was given a set fee and told to get a money order to pay it, which I did, then more fees were added and added and added. I had to go to the bank three different times and empty out my bank account, and I still didnt have enough money to pay for it all in the end. The company being more transparent about these fees up-front would have been helpful.
Do not trust anything they tell you or that is in writing (contract). Our entire experience has been very negative. As a first time consumer for hiring a moving company, I feel as though I was taken advantage of. They under estimated my cubic feet by almost 1/3, causing an increase of $1500.00. The damage that our belongings have suffered are unacceptable and non-repairable (photos attached of some items). The waiting time to receive your belongings is absolutely ridiculous! They dont tell you that they start counting days (business days) from the first day you are available to have your things delivered. In the contract, there is a guarantee for delivery of less that 500 mile, delivery will be within 10 days. Average is 0-6 days for delivery within 500 mile. We moved approximately 370 miles, had belongings picked up on Sept 6., our first day available for delivery was Sept. 18. We finally received our belongings on Oct. 17. Thats 6 weeks after pick up and 4 weeks after our first available delivery date. Keep in mind that everyday that you live without your belongings, it costs you extra money because you either have to buy kitchen ware to cook or eat out everyday. What furniture do you use? Eat, sit and sleep....on the FLOOR of your new home! If you ship your clothing, youve got only the clothes that you carried with you in your suitcase, unless you buy more. We moved to our new home and needed to repair a couple things that would have taken minutes, doing it by ourselves. Since the company held my husbands tools hostage, we had to hire people to do the repairs (costing approx. $4500.00).Please do not hire this company unless you dont mind giving your hard earned money away to a company that is only concerned with lining their pockets with it.Check out the photos to see some of the damaged items. It is so disheartening!
Horrible experience. The mixed up their orders and picked up someone elses stuff before dropping ours off so they showed up and couldnt deliver our furniture, the7 had to come back two days later. A lot of our items were damaged or broke. Be careful what you sign, they will try to have you sign something that says they only pay you by the pound for things they break. Ive given them every opportunity to make this right and its as if they want to frustrate you on purpose.
I’ve submitted a request for movers a week prior to my moving date and few companies including one way vanlines have contacted me soon after. Right away I was pretty impressed with One Way’s prompt response. They called me almost immediately after I submitted the request for movers.Zeke (rep that helped me with my moving) was very helpful and professional throughout the whole scheduling and moving process. The estimate He gave me was a just a bit higher than some other companies where offering but I chose to go with One Way anyway.I felt like I could trust them with my stuff and they did not disappoint me! I scheduled my move for the morning and the movers arrived as agreed sometime between 9-10am.Overall, they’ve done a wonderful job. All items were wrapped appropriately (Zeke suggested to include additional wrapping for some of the things that had glass doors and such) and nothing was damaged except for my Ikea bookshelf (not surprised) but the movers did warn us about that being a possibility prior to moving it.The move took a bit longer than was quoted because we’ve made a last minute decision to drop off some of the items at the storage unit near our new home. There was no additional fee for the extra stop, so that was great and I was pleasantly also surprised about that! Thanks again to One Way Van Lines for doing a terrific job! I will definitely recommend them and use them in future.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. PLEASE look them up in the better business bureau and read reviews. I would NEVER have hired them if I knew. Definition of an unethical company. They go under multiple names so heads up on that. I had gone to the point, I had hired a lawyer because they were not giving me my stuff back or giving me any answers of when I would receive it. Lied to me countless times. Once they had my things, they charged me an additional $1500 and would never send me a detail receipt of where that came from. I had multiple items water damaged; full furniture items were damaged where water just sat on them for days. They went out of contract terms by 2 weeks, which btw, they will only give you $12 a day for each day they go past (never even got that money back). What a joke. I moved from North Carolina to Missouri and a manager of one way told me that Missouri was on the west coast and so it would take longer to move my things once they finally had my stuff. Not only were items damaged, but I didnt receive everything. I am still missing multiple boxes. They rarely answered my calls. I put a claim in and was supposed to receive my check 2 weeks ago for the damages. They had 30 business days there too, but I still have not received it. Keep in mind, I moved in June and am still dealing with them. Worst company ever. Just a few photos below.
This company used two trucks to move my items because they didn’t send the right size truck I had to pay for it. They returned all of my items on the same truck that couldn’t take it the first time. told them I was missing items while they were offloading they encouraged me to file a claim. They then denied the claim saying that I did not notify them. PLEASE DO NOT use this company. I paid for a two way move and several months of storage and they stole my items and lied to me knowing they were not going to be professional and honest.
I checked about 4 companies and these guys gave me the best price. It was a 2-Bedroom apartment with a full packing option...moved from Oklahoma City, OK, to Rochester, MN, in February 2019. I had an incredible experience with them. They did everything excellently and I was totally impressed with their service. I cant thank them enough for making my relocation a stress-free. These guys are highly recommended!
DO NOT USE- SCAM!!! WORST MOVING COMPANY!We had a long distance move from NJ to FL. This is not a moving company-it’s a broker. They outsourced this move to One way van lines without even telling us which led to another disaster.Richard Clancey with Landmark was quick to call us to lock in a deposit but then you never hear from him again after you give him payment. He said don’t worry about exact number of items just give us an estimate so we can give you price quote. He quoted us $3,000 and in the end after all the deposits we gave it ended up being over $9,000. They counted and charged for every single (even a shovel, rug, etc). We thought our items would go straight on the truck and be driven to Florida and they ended up going to a warehouse in Maryland sitting for weeks. They said our items wont leave Maryland unless we give them another few thousand claiming our stuff was over weight. When he sold us the move he said we would be able to track the truck and they would be in constant communication with us WHICH IS ALL A LIE. They just make one lie on top of another. At one point they even said the truck with our stuff broke down. They put other peoples items in our truck, mixing them up.THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE, they will ghost you!! We had to call a few times a day to get someone in dispatch and the manager was always in a ‘meeting’ or ‘lunch’. We almost had to get the Maryland state cops involved and higher authorities. We never got an update where our items were or a follow up unless it involved collecting more money. They sent us an email saying it could take 21 days to get our items when Richard told us 3-5 days. The movers that came to move out household items did not speak English (had to use a translator to speak to us), were disrespectful to our home, refused to wear masks during a pandemic, spend a lot of time using our bathroom, then wanted us to tip the driver who did not even get out of the truck. After the movers left with our stuff and we read other reviews we were sick to our stomach wondering if we would ever see our items ever again. When we called the owner of the company Tom he said we interrupted his dinner and he hung up the phone on us when we were basically in tears. So unprofessional- I don’t know how these people are still in business. Our boxes were crushed when they FINALLY arrived weeks later, bird poop on them, and items missing. DO NOT USE-AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They made a long distance move more stressful then it ever had to be.
This is the first time we hired ONE WAY VAN LINES to moved our 3-Bedroom belongings from Ohio to Georgia in March 2019. The crew left us with surprises! They were very fast and professional!!! Packed everything in just about 3.5 hours with the best skills. Our items were well-handled till the last minute delivery. These guys are highly recommended!!!
When you think of relocating from one place to another, you may not ever want to move again. Lived in San Francisco, CA for the past years and want to be relocated to Kansas and we had the One Way team moved us. The process was pretty good, except little delayed at the Customer Service response. Theres nothing bad we can talk about the crew, mostly Dima, (Driver) was patient and respectful. Recommended!!!
They quoted me a low price. Inventory was done over the phone. They were very basic about listing items. I did my best to list all furniture, large number of boxes. I told them my furniture was large. After they picked up my belongings they charged $2500 more for miscellaneous items. Things like vacum, a sled, some tools, a flat wall hanging, etc found out later if they inventory every item they can’t overcharge. That should have been communicated. Instead they assured me they “padded” the cubic feet in case we left out items! Then they told me I would get my things about 5 days later. It took 17 days. They tried to tell me I would have to use a shuttle for delivery which is another $3000. I proved them wrong by sending pictures of multiple trucks passing on my street! The crew that delivered my items were basically hired off Craigslist. They damaged several expensive pieces and I am still waiting for my claims. Worst of all they lost several important items and claim they are looking for them but have never found any of the items. My husband and I had to work so hard because of the poor job they did. We had to unwrap all their blankets and carry things. We even had to put a bed and dining room together because they didn’t do it right. Worst move we ever had and we have moved 16 times with 4 out of state moves. Do not hire this company. They also changed names from Overland to One Way.
If I could give them zero stars I would. This company is dishonest, and did a very poor job. DO NOT USE them - they completely smashed our wardrobe boxes. Several dishes and clocks were broken. Their truck was very dirty, with no company name on it. They were very unprofessional, didnt speak english, took much too long loading our furniture because of the many breaks they took. But the worst part about it is that when they saw our space, they said the estimate (from Purple Heart) was very low - so they were supposed to provide another estimate before we allowed them to start. They refused. The person was on the phone talking in a different language to his manager and after a long time, said they would do the load for what the estimate was. But at the end, they wanted to charge us more. We had to argue with a VERY unprofessional manner, watch the driver also YELL at the Manager for about 15 minutes - Ive never experienced anything like this. If you are doing a long distance move, make sure that you ask the moving company if they broker out the move to someone else. In this case, Purple Heart brokered it to One Way, who then in turn dropped off our stuff at a warehouse for 3 weeks before yet another company finally delivered it. Go with a proven leader - you may pay more but the assurance of working with a quality company is worth the extra.
I contract one way through landmark moving and storage and knowing that landmark was a sub contractor, but anyway they went and pick my furniture in NJ and it was supposedly coming to Georgia within 7 to 14 days now it been a month and the dispatch is telling that they dont have a day when Im going to receive my things, Im very frustrated because they dont give me and answer, I cant speak with a service manager.
Everything went fine during our experience, until our delivery arrived and we noticed that one of our relatively new bedside tables had been broken in the move by the movers. We politely asked to be compensated, and were refused. We appealed again and were refused again. I would not recommend using this service if you want peace of mind about your belongings.
The review gets one star, simply because the stuff, though some of the furniture was mishandled (including see other peoples boxes with fragile written on them, toppled over in the truck) made it to the house eventually. What upsets me the most, is the lack of understanding and responsibility on behalf of One Way Van Lines. When speaking with Ramon (the Operations Manager), he insisted on insulting our level of patience and follow up to determine when our furniture was going to be delivered. Summary of the move out day, the movers started 1.5 hours later than their scheduled time (which set their day back), lined up 3 residences to move (myself and my 2 roommates) and did not follow the originally agreed upon schedule. Rather than heading our warning about taking the first two deliveries to the house and then loading up the third residence, they felt they could load everything into the truck. They spend an hour having to rearrange the truck again rather than following the agreed upon plan and billed us for their misplaced confidence. Once everything was crammed into the truck, they moved to our new home in DC. We made sure to pay for blocked off parking for the truck. They finally arrived at 1600 and unloaded just enough (couch cushions and a table) to then state they would have to go leave to do another pick up that they scheduled and they would be late to, not because of us, but because they started late. The reason for the hour rearrangement we paid for...they needed to make room for someone elses move as well. The foreman, Alex, stated he would be back in an hour. Four hours later with dinner in hand, they arrived back to our house (2100h) to move our furniture in. Also, part of their charge was in unloading the persons furniture that they were moving and then loading it back...talk about shady. We are still waiting for a receipt from the company who is very reluctant to get back to us. Complaints with the BBB have already been filed. Be aware, this company runs a shady business.
Items were lost, things arrived late, the movers made me feel wildly uncomfortable and one of the managers hung up on me when I was trying to work things out. Would give zero stars if possible - please do not use this company!!!!! ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Please read the one star experiences.1. I was wildly misled about when my items were going to be arriving for my move in order to have me pay for a guaranteed, which was not met. So I paid an extra $400 for a service I did not receive and they only refunded me $50 of it, no matter who I talked to. Items arrived a week after they said they would, so I was living with almost no clothes and items during that time, as I was moving across the country.2. Items were supposed to be picked up around lunchtime and they did not arrive until 10PM when it was completely dark out. When picking up my items, the movers inappropriately asked me about my dating life, who I lived with, and made me very nervous and uncomfortable. Did I mention it was almost midnight at this point???? I was planning my exit to be safe should anything bad have happened, which should not have been the case. For this trouble, I was given an apology and $50. Gee, thanks.3. Two of my large items were lost, and one of them had tremendous sentimental value. When trying to fill out a claim for these items, the process was so complicated and confusing that I could not figure out how to complete this. Unfortunately the deadline passed so I will not be getting anything in replacement of a very large mirror and piece of wall art that were misplaced my their neglect.4. When trying to coordinate my new delivery date, because they were late, I expressed frustration of course but in a professional way. The MANAGER responded to this by hanging up on me while I was basically in tears. She was completely unsympathetic to everything that had happened to me and hardly apologized for hanging up on me while I was again, basically in tears.5. I was also mislead about the price, and had additional fees the entire way. Thought I was going to be paying about $800 less than I actually did, including the meek $100 that was given back to me.Please dont ever use this company. They should not be in business. I do not have one good thing to say about my experience, it truly made my cross-country move so much more difficult than it ever needed to be.
Thank you so much fo your exceptional customer service . Joseph C. And his crew went above and beyond to meet my needs . I would utilize their services again.
This company provided my wife and I with the worst move in my life. We travel a lot, so we are not new at this (with experience, besides the US, in Spain, France, Brazil, Italy...). I would recommend to avoid this company, or at least not trust in anything they say and double check everything, little of what they say is true. They started by promising a move on Saturday, but movers never showed up. When I called they said it was a mistake, so I rescheduled for Tuesday. I canceled my work appointments to be available at 1pm (in our building you needed to be out by 5pm). They arrived at 4.30pm. Throughout the long wait, I of course contacted them and they kept saying they will be there in 20 min. Of course, that was a lie. The drivers were very nice (they had little information from the management of what was going on), we managed to do everything before 9pm. To my surprise, we received a text the next day we forgot to charge 100 dollars for boxes, boxes that of course we never received. When I called to clarify that, they said to me you need to prove that you did not receive the boxes, so I think this conversation is going nowhere. So the burden of proof is on you after you contract, we were fortunate they did not decide to charge 500 dollar.I was not very confident from the beginning because any other company I called to was not available for short notice and they were. Now I know there was a reason for that. I recommend you plan your move with some time to avoid this company.
I used One way Van line for a move Atlanta back to California. I paid $3000 for my move. The Van line lost my bed frame which cost $500. On the day there were moving my things in i noticed the driver bringing up a bed frame that was not mine. I kindly told him that wasnt my bed frame. I them showed him what my bed frame looked like and he said o. We called the owner of the Company which is name was Roam and he said pay the driver and I will take care of it on Monday because Im not in the office. I have tried to reach out to him, but his staff employee Deena would not give me is email or phone number to contact him I have filled out of the documents asked and sent them in. This place does not tell you up front what all the cost are,When you sign make sure you sign and read because they want to pay $60 cent a pond. Everything is billed by cubic centimeter and they do not tell you that. if you have stairs, they charge $75 dollars a stair. The was professional to take my $3000 dollars but not professional enough to call me back to talk abut the missing bed frame. It has been 5 months and no one from One Way Van Lines has called to update me on nothings. I would not use the service. Trust worthy is not the company mission statement.
Amazing experience! My first time to use One Way Van Lines for interstate move and everything turned out great. I didnt know that I will get such outstanding service like this. Every process went so smooth, with great price too. I really appreciate their service.
They are incredible to work with! They understood the whole thing we expected them to do. They were very careful about taking care of our pieces. The period for packing those items in the truck, they also handled them with care and attention. One Way Van Lines made the move looked fascinated from start to finish. If we need to move at some point, we will definitely make contact with the company again.
The One-way team made our moving journey a stress-free. My salesperson was Miller and he was good at every process. The packers were also good and quick. I liked their work and I will recommend them!
This was my best moving experience for 12 years now. They showed up before the time and were absolutely prepared with all their working equipment. The process didnt take these guys much than expected. Their carefulness and quickness were so amazing. Honestly, having good movers to move your things can be great and quite pleasant! Ill tell all my buddies about this company!!
Worst company ever. Poor communication. Poor customer service. My 2 year old could have handled all my fragile items better.
Hands down the WORST moving company ever!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. They doubled the amount I had to pay at last minute and I was not going to get my first payment back so I had to continue with them. Then they held my stuff hostage for over a month, after I had to call them continuously. Communication from them sucked...they will dodge you. They never called or emailed me to tell me the date I was getting my things; I received a phone call same day saying they were showing up in 4 hours. I just wanted my things so I had to suck it up. And when I finally received my things some of furniture was bent and broken. The mover had the NERVE to ask me for more money...”another hundred”. It took everything to remain polite and professional. Save yourself the money and headache and move your own things.
They have a great work force that can push your job in any direction you desire. Initially, the arrangement was changed because I had an emergency so there is a need to postpone the move for 3 days. The sales manager helped me and got everything moving again. They packed and off-loaded my goods at the right time. I recommend them to everyone.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. WHATEVER YOU DO, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.- Your stuff will arrive weeks to MONTHS late.- It will be damaged. Severely damaged.- You will not be able to contact this company at all between pickup and delivery and when you do, they will not speak an ounce of English.- Ramone (dispatch manager, I believe) is angry, rude, and downright unprofessional.- My stuff arrived so banged up, beaten, and broken with no accountability. Movers had no truck driving experience. They couldnt even unload the truck. This is quite frankly the sketchiest operation Ive ever encountered. No words. Please from one human being to another, do not use this company.I cant believe I had to even give them one star. They deserve zero.
We used One Way Van Lines storage space to protect our things during our family house we’ll recommend repairs. They have a huge space that contained all of our things. We used the storage for 3-months and we were happy we received our items back in good condition. We can’t thank them enough for their support and reasonable price-and them to our friends.
This company has super storage to store all your things. I used their storage for close to 4 months when I was repairing my house in Charlotte-NC last year, 2018 and all I can say is that well-organized facility. The price was very cheap to compare with others. My things were released with absolutely great condition. Im very happy I used these guys!
I found it very easy to work with the ONE WAY VAN LINES crew. They were quick at wrapping and packing my stuff. The customer service answered everything I needed to know about my move. Overall, they did a good job and I would recommend them.
Wow, just wow. I just can’t think of a more dishonest company than this one. 1. Bring a tape measure to verify cubic feet. 2. Take photos of the process. 3. Even getting it in writing just doesn’t matter to these guys so I’m speechless and have no advice.4. The owner threatened to leave our entire move in the garage, so always carry extra extortion cash. 5. When they say they won’t charge for stairs or long carries, it’s a lie-hence the extortion cash. 6. When they estimate arrival time, add 4-5 hours. 7. We had 15 minutes notice to take in 4.5 hours or go to storage. . If we didn’t accept the 7pm delivery then everything would go into storage at our cost. 8. This is nice: They will offer you expedited service if you pay another 1500, meaning, “good news we can get it there early if you want to pay. “ 9. If or when you have a bad experience with the company, just think that it could be worse. 80% of our house showed up without a scratch, but the 20% happens to be the most expensive furniture we’ve ever owned. 10. Sell or give away all of your stuff and only bring the photos artwork and hard drives, the rest can be replaced. 10. At 7 pm the 3 promised movers were 2 and they didn’t finish until midnight so just forget about sleep.
My things were well-packed and protected, which was my main priority. This was the first question I asked when I contacted their customers care and they assured me of safety trip. I am very pleased they kept their promises. Dealing with this team was a wonderful experience. I will make sure I recommend them to all my companions.
This company is a dishonest company! They are complete LIARS!!!!!! If I could give no star I would. They told me I could get my stuff within 2-5 business days and then they told me it could take up to 2 weeks and if I wanted to expedite it I should pay an additional $700-$1000 to get it faster. They are thieves!!! Everyday, they say the next day my items will be shipped. I am now moved into my place for 2 weeks without my furniture. Its better you pack your own furniture in a U-haul and drive it down. As you may never get your furniture back. I made sure to document all my items prior to it being loaded on the truck; if 1 piece is damaged/and or missing they will have to pay for it or legal action. They tell you a different story each time, have terrible service and seem to not care once they pocket your money. Dont hire this moving company!
This is the 2nd time I used their service. First time was okay. But this time, the service was really bad. They picked up my stuffs at at midnight even though the appointment was at 6 pm. It took 35 days to deliver from Maryland to Illinois. Not only they delayed the delivery, they were very unprofessional over the phone when we called to inquire about the delivery time. They sometimes even forward the calls and nobody picked up the call. They also disappointed us on the day of delivery. The delivery guy charged us extra 75 dollars for stairs although they used the elevator. When challenged, he changed it to long carry which is only from the parking to the elevator.I will never use their service again or recommend it to anyone .
They wont answer the phone so that I can pay my bill. The have told me in the past that that if I do not pay my bill they will sell my belongings.I am very concerned at this point that they are not going to answer the phone so I can pay my bill and then they will sell my stuff.I would like to rate them with zero stars.I have called the Maryland police department for help.
Worst company I have ever worked with. This moving company was contracted to me by Value Van Lines Inc. My move was estimated at $1450, my final bill was $2200 (my apt was 700 Sq ft)! I was told there was a 1000lb buffer in my estimate, which was not true. After my items were picked up by One Way Van Lines (late), they were delivered to a warehouse somewhere for almost 3 weeks (which was not part of my contract). I spent 3 weeks asking for a delivery date, which nobody could provide. I received a call at 6:00pm on July 3rd (night before a holiday) that they would be delivering at 8pm that night.. Upon delivery, a hutch was missing altogether from my belongings, and an armoire was broken. They told me to file a claim, I just received the claim results (over a month later). They are reimbursing me $22.00 for almost $1000.00 worth of missing/broken furniture. A 700 square foot apartment move cost me close to $3000 between the final cost and broken & missing items. I have all the paperwork & pictures from this move verifying all the information in this review, I am happy to share with anyone interested. Also, be sure to check their Better Business Bureau grade and reviews.
Terrible customer service. I moved across the country to help Veterans suffering with Covid19 infections. Oneway Van Lines, LLC damaged my clothes washer. I replaced it with a cheap used one. I requested the $200 I spent to replace it. Oneway Van Lines, LLC refused. The General Manager refused to speak to me. He informed his employee that they would not honor the claim without pictures. The old broken one was hauled away! I just paid them several thousand dollars and he acted like I was scamming the company for a $200 used washing machine. Unethical, dishonest and just bad business.
Honestly, I didnt know these guys would do such a marvelous job like this. This was an emergency move because I secured a new job at Texas and needed to report in 7 days so the only alternative was to use One Way Van Lines team. Initially, I didnt want to use them but am very happy they live up to their expectation. Thank you, guys, and definitely, I will recommend you to everyone.
These guys moved me within the California territory, from San Mateo to Walnut Creek, CA on April 28 and I had a fantastic experience when I move with them. They made everything so simple and quick. The Customer Service was also great, as they responded to all my issues in the fast mode. I am really satisfied with their services and will recommend them anywhere I go.
GREAT EXPERIENCE - MADE MOVING EASY!These movers were on time, fast and accurate. Guys packed all my furniture very nice and professional - (this is was included in my estimate). Their cheerful attitudes and work ethic was amazing! I couldnt have asked for a better team, or a better experience. I would absolutely recommend One way van lines to anyone looking for a quality moving team! Thank you for making a stressful situation so easy!
I searched online when looking for a reliable moving company that will transfer me to my new location without worries. Fortunately, One Way Van Lines accepted to do it for me because many moving companies I contacted were busy as of the time I needed to relocate. The price they gave was better and met my budget. The movers did extremely well. Theyre highly recommended!
They did a good job, very reliable. Finished quicker than estimated. Would definitely recommend working with them particularly if you dont like packing and transferring. They do both equally and it is simple to tell that they understand what they are doing.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I REALLY wish I could give zero stars!! Initially I contacted Gateway moving company-I thought they would perform the moving services however they charged me over $2000 just to Dispatch my job to One Way Van Lines. I was asked to pick my moving date which I did, but that date wasnt honored- the movers were due to come on a Saturday but they didnt come until Sunday...when I called. One way. Lines to find out why the movers never came on Saturday as promised my phone call was met by a VERY rude, nonchalant and nasty person he proceeded to tell me that the movers had a window of time in order to move my stuff THIS was NEVER explained to me- I received an email informing me that my stuff would be picked up on my chosen date. Needless to say the person who answered my call was NOT helpful at all!!! The movers finally show up LATE on Sunday! One of the movers walks straight. In and uses the bathroom without gaining any permission and also tried to hit on my Mom! They managed to move my stuff, however A little after I receive this horrible email telling me That I owed more money and that if I didnt pay one way would keep my stuff....I needed mystuff so I had no choice but to pay it. I FINALLY received an email asking me to pick a delivery date which I did. After I did this I didnt hear anything from One way for a long time...I sent an email to find out when my stuff would be delivered and I received a very generic answer- the employee who answered me back basically told me that she didnt know when my stuff would be delivered- after this I didnt hear anything else I tried calling and was told by the person answering the phone that he would ask another employee to call me back, however that call NEVER came. Out of nowhere I get a call from the movers and from prestige movers telling me that they Had my stuff outside ready to bring it into my new apartment. I had No idea they were coming that day I go out to meet the movers with the in intention of paying the $850 balance due at the time of delivery, but the mover told me that I owed an additional $350 which I was NOT informed of. The mover further explained to me that since I lived in the city a large truck wasnt allowed on a city block so my things had to be moved to a uhaul truck...AGAIN One Way Van Lines didnt tell me ANY of this. I was blindsided by this additional charge. I was told that I would need to pay the $350 right then and there in order for the movers to begin moving. I was able to pay the additional $350 Some of my stuff was lost and/or broken. I was very disappointed with my experience it is my hope that no one else goes through the nonsense I did with this company.
Avoid this company at all costs. The movers that came to pack my things did not pack them well or use the correct materials. They had a three day window for pick up, did not meet it and were 4 hours late when they did come. My stuff was delivered late. The company had horrible customer service between pick up and drop off. They did not return phone calls or answer phone calls several times. At drop off they did not get weight tickets like I requested/needed. At drop off the movers were not careful carrying things into the house they walked on the carpet without wiping or taking off their shoes. Some things were missing and they did not care and said it wasnt their fault. Upon inspection of my goods several things were damaged. I had several couch legs ripped off the couch and did not come in the move. Do not use this company. It is not worth the thousands you will spend.
The driver was calm and obedient. He did not dispute wherever we told him to place his truck. Even he joined the packing team to load my things. I will recommend this team to all my friends.
The crew came late, waited for about 45 minutes conversing before they started loading in the van. I packed and wrapped the items by myself so I was expecting them to be quicker than this. I have given them 3 stars because none of my things were damaged. They handled them good.
One Way Van Lines shipped my car from MD to FL with no dent or scratch. The guys arranged the seating in a proper manner and I saw all the things they have to remove before they brought my car out. They did all these just to secure my car from swinging. Really Amazing! Ill not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.
The initial phone call described everything we could actually expect to have before and after the transfer. I became extremely joyful about that relocating morning. As soon as the men arrived, they got the properties loaded up and able to transfer in a very little time frame. The pickup was smooth and simple, they stuck in touch with me and when the delivery morning arrived they organize each of our pieces of furniture in the areas we selected. Absolutely nothing was basically damaged or even shattered. I can mention that the prices were reasonable and also the service was excellent. I am delighted and would often inform people concerning the company.
See my post under the Unresolved tab from two years ago on their BBB page. Would give zero stars if possible.
We received our items just yesterday evening and I want to leave this feedback based on their performance. The salesperson was good and helpful, The packing workers were also experienced but we had a minor issue with the driver and the Customer Service rep...that was resolved though. Overall, theyre okay!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!- They do not show up on time.- They dont take your phone call or reply to your email.- They dont care whats on the contract and ask for more money as they arrives.- They refuse to return any deposit even they break the contract. My wife is planning to move from PA to MD to live with me recently.Since my apartment need make reservation to use loading dock, we pay One Way Van Lines Same day deliver fee aside from deposit to make sure that our items gets delivered within the reservation time window. The time on the contract is 14:00 - 16:00 for picking up.However on the scheduled time nobody show up at all. No one answers phone or email until we send out an email at 6 PM saying if they cannot provide service we will have to recall our deposit.A guy comes to the apartment 30 mins later, saying he cannot do same day delivery since he needs time to load items and driving, then asks for extra $150 for next day delivery and refuses to provide any guarantee on paper saying they actually would deliver the items next day. He also saying if we do not accept that they will not return our deposit.Again - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They dont honer whats writing on the contract and do not care about providing service. They keep lying to extort your money as much as possible. its incredible that this company still exists.UPDATE - Keep your documents. Get prepared.
Had a good experience when I used this company to move my family from Maryland to North Carolina recently. They did well but they charged me a bit higher than other movers I contacted. Only they were punctual so I have to use them. Overall, they delivered my things without a problem. Thank you, for your service!
I had a last minute local move and shopped around for the best prices, I will say One way gave me the best deal. The sales Rep explained everything to me price how many hours etc.. The movers were fast and very friendly I even bought them lunch because they did such a fantastic job. I highly recommend this moving company to anyone.
Beware of One Way Van line. They are crooks. I was moving from NJ to VA. They quoted me $3500.00 and ended up charging me more than $7000.00. Then they damaged my floor, piano dining table... When their insurance companies tried to confirm that they damaged my stuffs, they claimed that I signed a release not to claim for any damage. These people will give you a lower quote and then charge once they have your furniture.Do not use them. They lied about everything.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This was a horrible experience. The movers were rude. We had contracted for a 2 day move. They texted us the day before and said they could do it in one day (we were only moving from NJ to DE). When the movers got there (LATE), the man immediately told me we had more than contracted and gave me a hard time. We paid by weight, not by piece! We had a window from 9-7 to move into our new place. The movers were made aware of this (IT WAS ON THE CONTRACT, HENCE THE TWO DAY). Once the truck was loaded, at 2:30, the mover told me he needed a dispatch ticket? when I didnt understand what he was talking about, he got very angry, and walked out to his truck. My son asked him if he would meet us at the apartment, and he said yes. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. My husband called, they had changed the orders to a 3 DAY MOVE, and didnt bring our stuff until three days later. Then when they did come, the wouldnt unload the truck until my husband agreed to pay them an extra $300 dollars because they had to walk up stairs! they basically held our furniture hostage! AWFUL, AWFUL PEOPLE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
We hired this team to move our 2 large kitchen cabinets which another moving company dropped behind for about 3 weeks. The movers did quite well, they transported the items to our new house on time and they handled them with care. Were thrilled by their service.
I recently used One Way Van Lines for my local move from Baltimore to Philly and was very happy with the way they handled my furniture. From the time of scheduling until everything was unloaded into my new apartment, they were professional, quick and had all necessary tools needed to take apart the beds and stuff. They were also very affordable comparing to other professional movers! They showed up within scheduled time window and the driver was in contact with me throughout the move! Everything was professionally wrapped and nothing was broken, scratched, or damaged. Thank you One Way Van Lines for help me me move. I will definitely recommend and use you guys again!
We hired this company to ship some goods from Maryland to Washington DC in July 2018. I’ll give them a positive comment because the crew that did my job was very knowledgeable and friendly. They did not dispute about anything we told them to do. From the commencement to the ending, everything went so smooth.
Rolls Van Lines accomplished the job just as intrigued. The squad was in my house by 6 oclock in the morning and because we were a little bit unprepared, they got to wait for us to get ready. Soon as we were ready, they came in and started packing right away. These guys were so fast and accompanied with great skills. In about 2 and half hours, everything was packed into the truck. The following day we got to our new home. Thank you for your help and will not hesitate to recommend you guys to our friends.
They arrived by 8 am and began their task. The men were cautious with my things, they finished up 2-Bedroom apartment in just about 3 hours or so and also transported the stuff the same day. I myself, highly recommend them to any person who is looking for a dependable moving company.
They shipped 12 large pianos to my new shop at Maryland just a month ago. I considered myself as someone who doesn’t have much time to write reviews but I had to do this because of the type of service this company offered us. They really dedicated to the job and it was a delicate one. Our main concern was how to handle the items to avoid dents or damages. But we received the goods in great condition. They wrapped the items very well, and so it was super transported. My business partner and I have resolved to be using this company for all our shipping and delivery business. Thank you, guys!
So, in the long run, I received my goods last weekend. I had to be sleeping on the ground for a day or two. Exciting thing is that all my things were perfectly protected aside from some tinny scuff marks on the dining room table and the computer desk. I understand from the past moving event that such must take place. It happens to be that there seemed to be some dissatisfactions considering the delivery, I would continue to use them again.
One Way Van Lines is unprofessional, unresponsive and will try to pile on extra charges. When loading my belongings into the truck at pick-up, the team did extra packaging (bubble wrap, etc) that they then charged me for. They did not ask me if I wanted to do that (even though I was present the whole time) and I assumed it was a part of the moving/packing estimate Id negotiated with the company. When I was charged an extra $325, the company representatives refused to discuss any solution. I was told that it was my word against that of their employees and there was nothing they could do. After multiple attempts to call and email the manager, I filed a claim with my credit card to refuse the charge. Only THEN did I get a prompt reply telling me that I couldnt file a claim for damages while I still owed them money. And yes, my belongings were damaged. Multiple boxes squished (even those clearly marked fragile) and two bookcases cracked/shelves broken. In addition, despite multiple requests for an estimated arrival, I received only 6 hours’ notice of delivery and had to leave work early. The truck traveled from Baltimore to Kansas City, leaving what most would assume is plenty of time to update me that the truck was on its way and to estimate an arrival day. Yet I received ZERO communication until the day of.Do not hire this company.
The OWVL team was very good when they moved my grandmom from Georgia to New Jersey recently. They did not add extra fees and they were kind and polite. They really handled all the items with great care. Would recommend them!
Do NOT use One Way Van Lines. Read all the other reviews carefully (especially the good ones. notice the individuals are only reviewing 1 or 2 moving companies with good ratings...seems like a scam to me).I am an actual customer from the summer of 2018 and it was the worst moving experience in my life. I ended up paying over $8700 on an original estimate of $5500 and that was after I significantly fought back on the up-charges.The move out was scheduled for a Saturday. They didnt send enough people, so they didnt finish at my house until 11:47pm on SUNDAY!!!I have more details, but its not worth writing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
One Way Van Lines was great. I was quickly able to get a quote from Tarina Craig and booked for an afternoon move bet. 3-5pm on the day that I wanted. Very affordable. Someone else I was referred to quoted me a VIP RATE which was over $100 more! They called me early the morning of the move and told me they could come earlier if I wanted.I was ready and they arrived around 2, moved everything out Fast and unpacked the truck quickly once they arrived - nothing was broken :)The movers were a very nice 3 man crew.Moving is a pain, but when I need to move again Ill go with these guys.
Horrible service!!! Did I say Horrible?? This whole organization is filled with liars from the booking agent Zeke Miller, so called customer service, to the general manager. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. aid for guaranteed deliver (850.00) and still have not received house goods. One way made promise after promise and failed to meet any of them. Ive asked multiple times where my stuff physically is and they cannot tell me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! WILL RIP YOU OFF! AGAIN DO NOT USE THESE GUYS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!0917 - 2 minutes past the last promise to call in 15 minutes with an update. 1 day past the guaranteed deliver day and 1 hour past the promised 0800 delivery. AGAIN LIARS!!!
Paid extra for a guaranteed window of delivery. They arrive out of that window by 5 days. They wont accept credit card at delivery, though the contract states they will. Oh. And good luck getting any answers from them because no one answers their phones or seems to have any knowledge of what goes on there.Complete trash. Only one of my things was really damaged. No professionalism. Dont use this company.
The customer service was great and returned our calls at any minute. They also helped us and made the process easier for us. We appreciate these individuals.
Initially, I thought Im gonna experience some of the hitches as specified by most of my friends that had been relocated in the previous years. I did not come across any issue with the team. Everything went so smooth and I think Im gonna use the same people again.
They shifted a few of my things out of Denver, CO down toAtlanta, GA for my new job. The moment I called them they responded and showed up in the best possible time. They charged me lesser than the few other movers I met ant yet these people did a quick and good job. I will not hesitate to contact them again whenever I want to permanently evacuate the State of Colorado.
We didnt believe this set will end up providing a good job for us. The deal was so complicated but they really pushed their efforts to make it a huge success. We highly recommend them to everyone!!!
Packers were 12 hours late, arriving at 10 pm. Charged extra for plastic wrap of sofa and chair. Lost dining chair, bookcase, dining table, and coffee table. Will not respond to requests to locate missing items. Offered $78.00 for lost goods which cost $300 to replace. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!
I applied their storage set to secure my goods for a short term and it was a pleasure. Each move of the process was simple and low-priced. Im very happy with their service and will hire repeatedly.
We were impressed with the way and manner these guys handled our job. The moving workers were friendly and respectful. They did everything we asked them to do without questioning. We highly recommend them to everyone.
This is a very unprofessional and dishonest company, they lie right from the start. They quote one price to get your business then pick up your stuff and then the price gose up( mine doubled) and they demand payment or they will not deliver your stuff. Then when they do get paid and deliver your stuff you will be lucky if it gets there undamaged and if you even get it all. I only received half my stuff the fist trip and was told I had to wait till they had another truck that was heading my way before I would get the rest of my stuff. Witch was another week. This is a Very poorly managed and run company. With no customer service or courtesy. Just two words. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Dont waste your time or money with these people.
As consumers point of stand we deserve to always receive the best services and products since we’re paying premium for what we receive which is our case this time around with this moving company as well but it’s not the experience that we had with this company, which instead turned out to be a nightmare an absolute disaster, you may ask as to how? I’m gonna explain, alright folks whom are looking to work with this company sometime in the future you better to know that whatever price that you Negotiate at first and signed a deal for will not be the amount of money and the cost of the moving that you will eventually end up paying, why? because this company sooner or later is going to renege on that they are going to come up with all sorts of excuses to rise up your cost to their service. They will say things like your load is heavier than what it seemed to be or the goods are more than what we counted for or your goods are more fragile than we thought so to be, basically things like that so they will find all sorts of things to jack up the price which you may say fine just do the job and deliver my goods healthy I will pay for that, but it’s still not what I experienced, because even in terms of time window they said it’s gonna take up to 10 days to deliver your goods from east coast to west but it took about a month and when I received my load they were so many items missing so much of it broken and damaged to the most disgusting way where I had to Literally and figuratively dump all of my precious antiques, it was the sloppiest job ever done that I ended up paying twice of the initiative amount with waiting much longer than it was coordinated for and everything that was promised to be delivered healthy was broken, so you could imagine what has been done to me my family and my household goods and the most messed up part of this experience is that they’re not even responsible for.they don’t even care nether answer your calls they literally avoid you, there’s no responsiveness what so ever with this people. So dear future Customer if you are looking to work with this company please make sure to be aware of this all of the above.
The one-way team moved me from Maryland to California in December 2017 and delivering was excellently done. The crew was punctual and hardworking. I highly recommend them!
Found it so calm to relocate from New York to Maryland last week with the help of One Way Van Lines Company. The process was not as hard as I thought it would be. Everything was done ‘Online’ and I don’t have to worry about anything. The staff at the customer service department guided me until I finally got all I needed. Needless to say, the team that was selected for my move did well. These guys need more than 5-stars if I could do that. I will suggest everyone try them too!
I had relocated two times in 2 years because of the nature of my career and each time I used One Way Van Lines team and I will use their services repeatedly! They are experienced, friendly and also efficient. I highly recommend them!
I would give it zero if i could.DO NOT USE A BROKER! I am telling you, the fees start to pile on, they use that 21 day delivery clause to hold your stuff, move it from one truck to another truck then take it to Maryland then do another transload and MAYBE you get your stuff when you want it. the ESTIMATE was $2400....to date and i still do not have my stuff, they have charged be almost $4000 and expect another $1400 in cash upon delivery. SAVE YOURSELF from this place. rent a u-haul, hire a helper to load it and unload and drive your self if you are moving out of state. this BROKER nonsense, especially ONE WAY VAN LINES, is AWFUL. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. They will HOLD YOUR STUFF the full 21 days and charge they will definitely over charge you. DO NOT USE A BROKER WHEN YOU MOVE!!! ESPECIALLY THIS ONE
READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!!! THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Also, I want to thank the poor souls who wrote a review of their horror stories. We got scammed by American Standard who said they would deliver our stuff on one truck with no problem. The night before our move we got a text saying One way van lines would actually be moving our stuff. Nah, hard pass. After reading the reviews and speaking with one of their representatives (who sounded like he could care less about answering our questions) we cancelled the move and went with MY GUYS MOVING!!! They do awesome work. So if you are in the Virginia area and plan to move use them.
Very disappointed with this moving service from VA to Florida, high cost more than $2,500 also many things were broken. The packers put tv bases with lamp shades and I didn’t notice, of course my Tiffany lamp shade was broken, I have made repaired and send copy of check when I filled the claim and didn’t care. The insurance company CSI they used, is socks for all damages in the moving they were offering me $36 which I consider an insult, they want me to sign an agreement paper for this reimbursement which I refused to sign then I didn’t get a penny back for all damages. Do not use this company at all, they are others in the market which are more responsible, unfortunately, it was my first time using an interstate company for moving. I had a VERY BAD experience with this company.
I had never spoken with OneWay Van Lines once. That kind of silence should tell them I wasn’t interested and yet they continue to call and bother me about making arrangements with them. It is incredibly bothersome and unprofessional to cold-call like that. This behavior STRONGLY impacted my desire not to use them anyway and that assumption was validated by their communication attempts. This review was written before I read any of their previous reviews. Which only further validate my assumption.
This is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was wondering how this company could possibly have so many 5 star reviews and I realized none have been verified as customers and almost all were written by non-native english speakers...like the dishonest owner of this company.Unless you want to pay significantly more than what was quoted to have all your stuff damaged upon delivery, dont use this company. The movers were late picking up my stuff and moved me out until 11pm. They couldnt give me a delivery date and threatened to hold my stuff hostage until I paid them significantly more money than what was quoted. When they finally did deliver my stuff, most of my boxes were smashed, I had a few broken mirrors and glass (That they packed), every wood piece that I own was scratched through the blanket wrapping, and all my mattresses had ripped covers and were covered in dirt. They put holes in walls moving up my stairs, scratched all my hardwood floors, and my bed frame fell through a screen b/c it wasnt secured properly. At the end of my move, my sofa was still on the sidewalk and the owner, Ramon, told me his guys werent going to move it until I paid them more money because my stuff took up more space on their truck. I ended up calling the police to have them move it. My very expensive sofa had 3 broken legs, one that was shoved so deep into the sofa that I couldnt pull it out. The entire bottom side of my sofa needs to be redone. When I called to file a claim with their third party company, I got a sketchy voicemail that doesnt say who youre calling. When I looked on this companys website, most of the content has poor grammar, which doesnt make me feel confident that this is a reputable company....similar to One WayI didnt hire One Way Van Lines directly. They were hired through a broker and I didnt get to choose who moved me. Moving is one of lifes most stressful events and this company doesnt take that seriously. Do NOT use this company. They do not care about your stuff, your time, your emotions. The owner has zero integrity and will hold your stuff hostage until you pay more money than what you were quoted.Oh, and they charged me more on my credit card than what was on the final invoice. Sketchy company!
READ ALL THE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY, they all tell the same story. If there were a way to rate this company zero stars, I would have. Avoid this unprofessional company at all costs AND if your moving contract is sold to this company, contact the initial company and tell them to terminate it immediately. Tl;dr Their management and moving brokers are on their own schedules and show ZERO concern for their clients— regardless of the extra fees they charge for their awful services. I had to move from DC to NY and I scheduled a move with Charter Van Lines under the promise that I would get a same-day delivery. Charter Van Lines unfortunately sold my contract to this horrible company. One way van lines gave me a 3 hour slot to pick up my furniture and came a bit early at my request which was actually surprising. After they packed all my belongings, I was told by Craig that I would have my belongings delivered the same day, for which I actually had to pay an extra fee. Craig was extremely rude and unprofessional as well when I negotiated a price for same-day delivery. I caught a last-minute train to NY. They told me they would call me to tell me what time they’d deliver. However, after they left with my belongings, NO ONE CONTACTED ME AT ALL. I tried calling them, no one picked up. I tried contacting them through every possible route, but no one picked up nor did anyone try contacting me. They DID NOT deliver my belongings the same day. The following day, I tried getting in touch with them again, but no one was answering and no one was contacting me yet again. I had my friends call because I thought they would answer new numbers as they need business. Fortunately, they did answer my friend’s call and finally gave information on where my belongings were and what time they’d be delivered. Still, they did not contact me nor did they answer my emails and voicemails. They FINALLY contacted me three hours before the movers were scheduled to arrive. I ended up paying a fee for same-day delivery, but they delivered only the following day and kept the money. This company is abhorrently managed, has terrible employees that treat clients with no respect (the actual moving guys themselves are nice, but the management and brokers are terrible), and I recommend avoiding them if you can.
It was nice to move with One Way Van Lines, they really please me with their service. They have various options you can choose from and all are good to go with. Ill definitely move with them again.
My husband and I used the service of this company 2 weeks ago and we were satisfied with everything they did. Weve no complaint about them rather than they did a very good job. Were looking to hiring them again soon.
They came on time and started packing and boxing all the items that needed to be boxed. They came with a semi-truck and extra boxes for the packing and they also were fast to accomplish the job. Great moving company!
One of the best on the market. Pretty good customer service and always friendly movers. I’ll highly recommend this company and will book my next my move with guys.
One way can lines is a complete RIP off, they scam over 15 senior citizens residents of their goods and merchandise. This company needs to be ashamed of their company and themselves, and to make it worst your company offered them a 54 dollars check, my deceased father-in-laws scooter was worth way more than that, this company rips off the elderly not the young and that just sad. Be careful when dealing with this company. Oh and Ill be sure to spread your company to a lot of people until your company do what is right.
Look elsewhere...they mysteriously lost 3 boxes, no explanation given. Moving guy demanded large tip which I couldnt provide, will always wonder if thats why boxes disappeared!! Affordable but use at own risk.
My daddy used One Van Lines to shipped our cars which were about 4 cars and to his greatest surprise these guys charged him lesser than the previous company he used before, he was so amazing and was so thankful to the company I must say that this company is very nice.
The staff and Customer Service were all amazing. The movers took great care of my books and other items. None of my things were replaced or missing. I will definitely hire them again.
Nice service provider!!! These guys provided me with great service. My only complaint about them is they were a little slow in the process but everything else went successfully.
