Very nice customers service always helpful and friendly. This is a very clean store and have everything you need for moving. They also except old boxes if they are in good shape, so that other that need then can have them and there free. They also sell there own boxes.

I Love This U-Haul Moving & Storage location!!It is a huge place that has VERY clean storage units. Most of the building looks new. Very clean and easy to see and access from road. Employees are great and it seems secure. Police make rounds for added security. We would definitely recommend this U-Haul Moving & Storage. Prices are competitive also. Units are very clean and climate controlled. 💯😁

Stood in store for 5 minutes before walking to the back to find a a young girl just playing on her phone and seeming bothered. Was informed the truck I reserved was not available after I had arrived. Than was given a larger truck (26ft) and told to go find it out near Northpoint rd. obviously the truck wasnt checked because after it got hot had little to no power steering. Also the employee in the building never had her mask on.

Well I rented a 20 ft truck from them and it was night time. I did see the truck was dirty hadn’t been cleaned and I was on a time schedule but then as I was riding the truck it would hit bumps and the drivers mirror was loose. I mean every time I hit a bump the mirror just shook and in order to see the cars behind me I would have to roll the windows down and fix the mirror because the bolts were loose also the drivers door would not completely shut all the way. If I had hit I good bump I could have fallen out of the truck. I reported it to them and they said well call the Uhaul number and report it so that they know and can refund you some money. I did that and I was only refunded $20 when I told them that it should have been more a Katrina Lynn says well I apologize but if there were any problems with your truck you should have hit the link on your phone and reported it. Smh what professionalism! They said they would get back to me to see what can be done and I never heard from them again. It has been 1 month now that I have moved. Never again will I rent from them. There is no professionalism about that place. They do not know how to treat a customer.

Make sure you make a reservation when you need a truck at end of month. They were completely out but worked one in for us. Extremely nice!

Great service and had tons of great boxes for moving.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had renting anything. U-Crawl as my brother calls it because he used to work for a competitor just really dropped the ball. We drove from Pennsylvania to pick up furniture then to West Virginia. The real selling point for my girlfriend and I was the fact that U-Haul offered the $50.00 reservation guarantee. Well, honestly I would have chosen to pay more to any competitor to avoid this location and staff. Absolute horrible experience!! I rarely leave such detailed negative reviews and you can look at my profile on google with my reviews to see. But this location warrants a lengthy review to warn others. Not sure if it was the fact we were from out of state or just the lack of interest shown by one staff member in particular who was just not into taking care of meeting the reservation. We were told the returned trucks the size we had ordered were not received. There were a total of 3 trucks the size we reserved. Got the names of the two employees, the general managers name who was not there and plan on calling to get at minimum answers. Highly, highly dissatisfied with my encounter

Customer service was extremely bad. for 1 person the rest suffer. the girl up front was rude and not helpful. people like that should not even work. bad customer service didnt see her name but she was a big girl. all the other places havent had trouble but with this one customer service was bad. i wasnt there begging for a rental i was there to pay a rental not begging!!!

Made my moving/ storage experience easy. Everyone from the first guy who sold me boxes to the last girl who checked the vehicle at drop off was extremely helpful. The manager dealt with me for a bit and was helpful but overall customer service was great. Normally I’m sure everyone is stressed when it comes to moving but these guys know how to handle it and go out their way to save you money.Shout out to Jade- she was extremely considerate. When you work in customer service like I do you appreciate ppl that work hard and are friendly.

Incompetent is an understatement. I have never had a bad experience with U-Haul before my rental at Eastpoint. I rented a U-Box at the end of February and they didnt properly file any of the contracts. In fact they didnt do anything with the paperwork I signed. After a month I was curious why I had not received a bill so I called and nobody knew where my box was or what happened to it. They supposedly found it around April (I havent opened it yet so we will see if its the same box) When they found it they had to start a new contract which removed the insurance so if anything is damaged it will be on me. When I got it shipped to a new location they automatically set up truck rental even though I told them I would need storage for another month due to shelter in place orders. Again I have never had a bad experience with U-Haul before this but the people of Eastpoint U-Haul are just useless at there job.

Moving is a very hectic and stressful time, but the staff at this location was extremely helpful. Kim and April were so friendly and made the checkout process so fast and smooth. And there was a young man (I cant remember his name) that offered to carry out my boxes and bag of supplies. I couldnt have had an easier time with this center. if I ever have to move again this will definitely be my store of choice.

This storage place is better than all of the other storage places combined. The have climate control and heated storage units. All of their storage units are inside so you dont have to worry about the rain or wind. They also have a lot of moving vehicles to choose from the pick up truck to 26 vehicle.

When I run into truck everything was fine I was renting a truck for a one-way trip only they told me once I got to the city I was going to I could drop it off at any U-Haul location well since I didnt drop it off at one particular location they charged me extra money to drop it off at that location which is a scam in my book because thats not what the man that told me the man that told me any location and thats not how it works

Excellent service, good customer service, good working trucks

I moved my things into to storage units at this location on11/30-12 /08/2019.My first ever doing storage when I say thy worst experience EVER! The droppings inside my packed items was unsave able they literally eat though my plastic bags and messed up all my keepsakes from yrs ago. I took so many pictures of this mess Im really upset and when I take to the persons at the desk they brushed it and said thier not allowed to take pictures anymore call the insurance company. Really! A hot mess. Unspoken hurt I feel. Very 😡 And I had no food in the units!

Best location out of all locations in the area. No jammed up parking lot. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely the most dysfunctional U-Haul Storage I have ever rented a vehicle from. Brand new facility brand new people the manager literally told the girl waiting on me to figure it out for herself thats how she was taught and walked out and it took me an hour to rent my damn truck. I highly recommend going to another facility until this place has time to figure out what theyre doing

Employees are friendly helpful and understanding and they put up with my shenanigans trucks are clean stores clean I just need snacks when I come there offer snacks/coffee for people waiting

If I could give 0 stars I would! Ive used many Uhaul locations in Baltimore and have always had a good experience. Every interaction with this location has been chaos. It started with the employee not able to figure how to give me the 1st month free as advertised when renting a truck so I couldnt unload my stuff that day when I had help because after an hour he said I would have to wait until the next day. Then I setup for auto payments and the 1st one never happened so I had to call and pay it and they never took their lock off of my unit because they messed up. When I addressed it with their employee and my frustration feom the beginning her went from sort of nice to saying bye girl to me because he insisted he checked me into my unit when it was in fact another employee. I spoke with the manager and she said I would get my next month free because of all of the inconsistencies Ive experienced with thwm. Well that didnt happened and the payment was taken out which caused 2 overdraft fees and the manager said they would only refund the months payment and 1 fee because theres was only 1 transaction. I got a letter this month stating my payment wasnt made so I called the location and the man I spoke with said no you are up to date and I will go make sure we didnt put a lock on it. I said thank you and hung up. Yesterday I get am email that I didnt pay Julys rent so I go there today and access denied. I will be reserving a unit at another storage facility and never using any Uhaul again!

The worst customer service ever, stay away from this location.

Awful experience. Reserved my truck a week in advance. When I arrived, they did not have my truck available. The guy at the counter said he had no idea what to do. When I called Uhaul scheduling a few hours latrr, they said it showed my truck was available. The agent tried several times to contact the branch, and no one answered. I had to rearrange all of my moving plans, because these guys screwed up.

As of 9/22/2018 its a $1.29 per mile and $14 something day for insurance. From Saturday @ 12:30 to Tuesday @ 12:30 with an estimate of 70 miles. Came to $205
