This whole ordeal with moving has been beyond stressful and she made it so much easier for me! I had rented a storage room from them and after I went to go pick my stuff up they said ok you owe 40 dollars so I go back home pay it I get into it with the manger there and than they say I can come unless someone lets me in they feel threatened so ok cool everytime I go up there someone has to let me in until all my stuff was out and I only had 3 days to do it in so I get all my things out and than I received a letter stating that I never paid them and that I snuck in there to get my clothes out even though I needed someone to let me in because they felt threatened this place is bs than I receive a call from management PROMISING TO FIX THINGS IF I TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW SO I DO NEXT WEEK I GET ON HERE AND I SEE THERE RATING WENT UP YALL ARE SCAMS I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB

Do not and I repeat put your stuff at this Storage place. Went to get my stuff today and there were ants crawling all over my stuff from the crack in the foundation. The girl at the counter was less then helpful. No one was helpful or accommodating at all there are 1 million ants crawling all over my stuff and no one to help! I have never seen a lack of customer service like this in my life.

They failed to tell people that if you use your id for someone to put things in storage that you in fact are responsible for the bill!!!

This is a great place to use if you need storage space. What sets them apart from the others is there customer service. Ms. Crystal, the manager, is very warm and friendly and a pleasure to deal with every time I see her. I cant say enough about how friendly, helpful and courteous she and her staff are.

I don’t know how this location is held in high regard on paper. Their attention to detail or follow-through is average at best and that’s trying to be positive. The final straw for being at this location was being raised twice in 1.5 years. I talked to a lady about an explanation or resolution for increasing my rent to $240/annually. The last thing I was told was that I would get some type of feedback. Weeks later, there was no communication. Upon calling the office, there was no recollection or notes in relation to my concern. There’s no way in this day and age where you should feel good about how your money is spent and the value of your dollar, this place doesn’t have a concern about effective customer service! You’re just a number here.

My mom came back to rent at PS because of our prior experience with Crystal. She is great and it was a good feeling to see that she actually remembers her customers. I love that!!!
