I dropped my Jeep off at Tru Auto Care for an oil change and adjustment of the coolant reservoir. When I went to pick it up, they could not find the keys. You might think this is going to be a bad review. Anything but! Randy Griswold moved heaven and earth to eventually find the keys, including delivering a loaner vehicle to my house. Now that is service above and beyond. Everyone makes mistakes but Randy made it right. Thank you

I had a great experience shopping for a car at TruWest auto. Although I did not purchase the car, Travis Holgate was so helpful. He gave me a lot of time but didnt pressure. Based on my experience there I would recommend TruWest to anyone.

I never expected to be writing a review for a car dealer, let alone a positive one. What can I say? I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. No pressure, and I feel they gave me a good deal. Travis and Zach were friendly and helpful.But after I bought the car I had a couple issues unrelated to the purchase, and Zach and Travis both went above and beyond what they should be expected to do. I felt very well taken care of, and I can not remember when I have had better customer service. This place is not what you expect from a used car seller. They not only took care of me, but really made some things easier than they could have been. And all this AFTER the purchase.Thank you guys so much and I will recommend you often. Dax

The best car dealership I have ever been to. It was such a fun experience and Bob Soto did went out of his way to get me going. The Nissan Rogue is an awesome car and I have always wanted to buy a car from TruWest. A classy dealership and quality vehicles at a good price. Coolest people work there and they even have their own service shop so that a guy is able to keep doing business with them for years to come with confidence. Have always wanted to buy a car from this dealership.

Terrible place, I would never recommend to anyone. They lost a set of our keys during the sale and refuse to replace it. The keys are very expensive to replace, and they told me that a second set of keys are not promised even though they lost them and will not own up to it. They could not get the paperwork correct and had to send me new paperwork overnight 2 weeks after we had drove off with the vehicle. I have no confidence in this dealerships ability to do anything correct and I would NOT recommend anyone buy from them.Terrible experience, incompetent staff and lousy customer service
